Embassy Suites Galleria Review

I was SHOCKED to learn that my room will not be cleaned or made my entire stay - 4 nights(!!!). Is this for real?! I had to ask for clean towels, shampoo and soap! Specially these times you would expect more attention to hygiene. This is really unbelievable. I stayed there for business, all you ask for is a clean room and fresh towels. Apparently that's asking too much from this hotel management. They advertise hot breakfast but you get a box with orange, yogurt and cold cinnamon bun. Not a big breakfast person so didn't mind that but heard a lot of other guests complaining.
That was a bad, disappointing experience. I will never stay there again and recommend that other guests think twice before booking this place. Not sure that I will book again with Embassy Suites at all!

Great atmosphere and area location to all the events my family and I experienced during our stay. Hotel workers were very pleasant. Also, I love a hotel where I can not hear what is going on next door. And that was very nice.

We lived at this place for a night. It was a corner room without any good view, however I loved the small cozy place. The bed was comfortable. I loved the way they cleaned and took care of the sanitation. Everything was super cleaned. I loved the bathroom. It was sparkling clean with a super nice shower enclave. The bathroom was given all the standard amenities that one would need.

However, there were a few things that I did not like about this hotel, are as followed:

1. We had to pay the parking for our vehicle! It was 12$ for the 24 hour. In most of the hotels, usually self-parking is included with the room charge. But unfortunately here it was not.

2. The bathroom door ( a sliding one) came out and fell almost over on me!! I was trying to open it from outside by sliding, and it came out. The door was super heavy, I quickly shifted so it fell over the bed. Fortunately nobody was hurt. We called the hotel people and they sent a maintenance guy. He was smart and knew his work, so he fixed that quickly. We had no other issues later.

3. The breakfast was bad. Usually I don t expect the complimentary breakfasts to be a high-class one. But this one was very bad. Because of the covid usually now a days there is no live buffet being offered. They give out boxes. I appreciate and love it. We were running late (we had an important business appointment so had to rush out). There was a counter from where you can choose and ask the lady to hand over. The usual banana, yogurt and coffee was fine. The boiled eggs and breakfast sandwiches were all frozen. They were not heating before serving it to you. So you had to heat them in microwaves. We did not have much time and a quick heating did not work! So ultimately we could not eat that frozen stuff! It s not all their fault but at least I expect a good care from a hotel like this. Some freshly prepared sandwiches would have been much appreciated.

Good experience. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We had a couple of minor issues with the room that were fixed quickly. Hope to stay again when amenities and meals are fully available, post- covid.

I love to stay in the Embassy Hotel chain, I know I m going to pay top dollar but I m going to get exceptional great service and my favorite part a great breakfast. Unfortunately at this location I didn t experience either. Service was horrible, the Breakfast was a cold box of food that should be served hot. You had to microwave your own food, who wants to touch a microwave that 100 s of people have used in a pandemic? Our towels were dingy, I was just not impressed.

Had a few problems, but management took care of everything! My family and I ate down at the restaurant both nights we stayed, the food is amazing! Also the inside pool was very nice, my children loved it! We will definitely be staying with you guys again!

My husband brought me here for a quick getaway to celebrate my birthday. When we arrived, I started checking out the room, and in the bathroom tub, there was hair inside and on it. The sink in the hallway had only cold water. The hot water didn't work. When I made it to the bedroom, there was hair on the bed as well. Hilton property's are our favorite places to stay when we travel, and this is the worst Embassy Suites we've ever spent a night in. There wasn't a hot breakfast either. In addition, when we cleaned our bathroom to take a bath. The towels were dirty. I was totally shocked because I've never experienced this. Lastly, our checkout was at 12 noon. The Cleaning Lady knocked three times to see if we were leaving. We will continue to stay in Hilton Property's, but definitely not this location ever again!

This is a beautiful hotel. We enjoyed our stay. The staff was very pleasant as well.

You think embassy suites in Atlanta would be nice! No not here. I have stayed at several embassy suites and I have never in my life been at a unorganized and disappointed embassy. If you are booked up then why wouldn t you continuously keep towels washed. Two hour wait for towels and I ask housekeeping they tell me that they have them and then front desk tell me there is none!! So housekeeping don t know there job!! Never again! You will be disappointed so don t stay there!

I'm booked to stay here in the next few weeks. After reading the reviews, I'm already disappointed before I even get there! I sincerely hope things will have improved by the time my stay arrives! I certainly don't want to pay for way more than I receive! If so, management will be hearing from me! Hope you guys get it together!
