Rooms and hotel are nice. Breakfast is amazing and the bar has free happy hour. Only complaint is the whole hotel is open air and leads to a lot of noise from the bar

Great place to stay. Front dest personmel were exceptional!
Nice hotel, close to airport, easy shuttle service.
Excellent staff on front desk when I arrived last night. Couldn't be more helpful. Short trip from airport so would highly recommend as an overnight stop
Worst customer service ever! They told us they had rooms and we were checked into a dirty room. Oh and there is a $50 cancellation fee.
Horrible!
Fire alarm on 1.1.2015 resulting in an evacuation at 00:35AM for 30 minutes. Temps outside in single digits. Water pipe broke in entrance area soaking a good portion o the lobby. Staff and Management didn't offer any apology or discount.
Don't recommend this hotel at all - there are lots of better choices in the area.
Rooms are clean and staff is friendly, but the free food for happy hour is the worst ive seen from any embassy. Sometimes they just put out 4 bowls of chex mix.
Aweomse rooms, good pours at the bar. Decent hamburgers.
Above average hotel. Took care of all our needs. Shuttle from airport was a little stressful. Not sure what improvements to recommend.
My husband and I stayed at this hotel two nights ago. Our stay was amazing. The room was comfortable and cozy. Most of the staff was friendly. BUT one. My husband and I got there around 11am. After being told check in was at 11 by a person over the phone. We found out check in was 3. We just dropped off our rental in downtown Denver and took a Uber to the hotel because we were flying home the next day from our vacation. And before that we were in the car for over 12 hours driving back to Denver. So we looked rough and all I wanted to do that morning was take a shower. We had no where to go with no vehicle. We expressed this to the front desk lady. And she understood. After we told her a man named Rob came out with an attitude telling us check in is at 3 and that the housekeeping does their best to clean as quickly as possible. And we understood that. There was no need for the attitude. The lady (didn't catch her name), took my number down and was going to call us when a room became available. So we WAITED in the lobby for three hours. We were in clear view of the front desk (again we literally had no where to go and no way of leaving). We went from the restaurant area to the couches right in front of the desk. We even had lunch at the restaurant. Our server Deaunte(?) was great to us as well. It was so embarrassing to wait there for so long. My husband fell asleep in the couches. We looked like homeless people. I'm not sure if they let us wait so long thinking we would leave? I felt judged. We always stay at an embassy suites any chance we get because we love the rooms. I felt so judged by Rob. He acted like we couldn't afford it. Around 1pm, I saw several groups of people check in. At this point I was frustrated and embarrassed by sitting on the couch for so long. Rob knew we were there because I caught him looking at us several times. I went to the front desk in tears. Like I stated, we were on a 12 hour drive and all I wanted to do was shower and clean up. My husband saw me crying and got upset too. He firmly asked Rob had there been rooms available this whole time. Again with the attitude he told us NO really loud and then checked us in? If there wasn't a room available, why were you able to get us one at that moment. He showed no remorse to the fact that I was in tears. The rest of the night went well. We were cozy and comfortable. No once did we ask for anything or complain. We even ordered room service that night. The room was amazing as always. But the service we got from Rob was beyond terrible but people like deaunte and the other staff were amazing to us and we decided to stay. I'm not sure if Rob needs further customer service training or what. But this was not the only instance he was rude. Just prior he was yelled and by another woman with kids. I don't believe this place deserves one star because we enjoyed our stay. But the service we received that morning from him is the reason why it's not 5 stars.
Room accommodations were nice but the only free thing offered is the hotel shuttle. Bottled water was $3, internet is $15 unless you are a Hilton's Honors member. Front desk staff was cordial but not informative so if you don't ask questions you will miss out on what is offered. We were also given a room by the elevators so we could hear them going up and down all night.
Clean and spacious rooms.
The desk clerk was funny and accommodating and the room was amazing.
NOISY.
There were jackhammers going from 9 A.M. to 6 p.m.
Stayed one night. No issues. Clean and comfortable room
Excellent service, clean room, and the managers special was great
Ended up staying at this location due to overnight lay over (canceled flight) and not disappointed. Very spacious & clean room, great little restuarant for any meal of the day and very friendly & helpful staff. Just a short shuttle ride away from Denver International Airport. Highly recommend if you are in the Denver area for any reason.
Everything was great but I was disappointed that there was no made-to-order breakfast
Wonderful stay, Rooms are large are well kept, staff is awesome! Bar is great- restaurant is terrible though, plan to eat somewhere else!
So far the hotel is ok, not too good at customer service. The staff does not seem to know the meaning behind the do not disturb sign. Had a housekeeper barge in without knocking or announcing herself. The shuttle driver I had this morning was extremely rude as well.
Super nice rooms, free happy hour and breakfast, what more could you want?!
Nice clean and comfortable hotel near the airport. Great breakfast and evening reception.
Solid breakfast, happy hour. Suites are nice for extended stay. Clean and functional. Decent water preasure, unlike Planet Hollywood in Vegas...
Like most American hotels, spending is not worth it.
Great hotel, nice suites, free cocktail hour, and free breakfast. Couldnt be any better
Great embassy suites, nice hotel. Great decorations. Bed was good, clean hotel and beds. Staff very friendly. Breakfast was good and fast.
The staff was great! The rooms were clean. But the rooms were very out dated! Have stayed at alot of Embassy Suites that were very nice! This one was very disappointing!
Had a great lobby with a nice looking bar. Room was clean, and it had the biggest TV I've ever seen in a hotel room.
Pay for parking. Asked for a new lightbulb that never came. Server at breakfast was gruff. Lots of hidden fees for a bigger bill than expected. At the least the beds were comfortable. Stay somewhere else. There are 50 hotels around the airport. Pick one other than Embassy Suites.
Good service, great rooms, wonderful breakfast with a very convenient shuttle from the airport.
The scrambled egs looked and tasted like they where made from plastic! Elevator is very cool since its transparant from one side.
Great location when you have an early flight. The hotel is quiet and the staff is friendly.
The hotel was great, the bed was comfortable, the breakfast was good, and they graciously allowed us a late check out... they get two stars because they nearly caused us to miss our flight. We scheduled an airport shuttle for 1:30pm and weren't picked up until 2:15pm; rushing through the airport with a toddler in tow is not the cherry on top of a nice stay.
Great suite-style rooms with multiple rooms. The hotel is shaped like a square and you enter the room from the middle of the square, so you have exterior (outside the hotel) and interior windows (inside the hotel) to give you multiple views. Multiple TVs in each room too. Great breakfast and happy hour. Workable gym and business center.
Clean room and pleasant staff. The center area of the hotel can get loud and will permeate the sitting area of the room. Luckily, the bedroom has a door that blocks most of it out. This is a standard characteristic of the Embassy Suites chain.
It was clean and spacious.staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and bed was comfy.
The room itself was just fine, but really the only reason we booked here is so we could have breakfast early prior to catching our flight out of Denver airport. Food on the go is somewhat difficult to obtain in Colorado now since it generally cannot be consumed indoors in a public space. We were informed breakfast was served at 6 am so I got up and went down at 6:15 to get to-go boxes to bring up to my room for me and my family. I was informed by a maskless associate that the breakfast guy was running late and breakfast would not be ready for about an hour. That was too late. We needed to leave to catch our flight. I would have booked at a less expensive property if I had know this (and they still probably would have given me something to eat!)
My room was very unclean. There were crumbs left in my bed from the previous guest. I also noticed a few bugs my first night. Requested to be moved rooms.
Hotel was good!! It is close to the airport, the staff is very nice, they have an indoor pool, breakfast was included, the rooms were clean. Parking isn t free, but you can park in the street. Like staying here.
Pretty convenient location. Not far from the light rail to get into town. Clean overall. WiFi speeds were decent. Happy hour is superb. Would stay again!
Nicely decorated hotel. Prices are too high. The room was not clean, hair in the bath tub... actually more than several hairs in the bath tub.
After staying at the Colorado Springs Embassy Suites this week we were very disappointed with our experience at this location.
At check in we had to wait almost 15 mins while the one person at the desk was on the phone. During happy hour we ordered food from the restaurant but had to get up to ask to order, get a box and the check because no one checked on us and the service was so slow. Our room had a dirty wine glass, nail clippings, and nasty stains on the wall in the bathroom and we had to call for new bedding because the bed had a handful of small and long hairs. It took 30 mins to get the new bedding. The front desk said they would call back to check on us and let us know what the supervisor said about compensation and we never received the call. I don t recommend this hotel by any means. Don t waste your money.
Wonderful location and friendly staff. Unfortunate that they seem to be the only one or 1 of only a few that is gated and charges for parking.
Good hotel, good pool, and complimentary happy hour
Nice rooms, good service, food wasn't all that great
Only Bud and Bud Light served for evening reception. Otherwise I would give them four and a half stars.
I missed my flight. Bad start. Everyone was very accommodating. Very clean. Nice complementary apps and drinks. Helped with dinner recommendations. Very clean. I will be back.
Rooms were excellent, clean quite and very spacious. They provided great service from breakfast to the bar Staff. Would recommend this location to anyone passing through Denver.
If it weren't for the unsupervised children running around all over the place like it was an amusement park, I would have given it a five star rating. Well designed, very clean, and very helpful staff. Best bang for the buck near Denver considering the ridiculous prices.
These hotel are also nice! Great breakfast. Rooms are nice and cozy. Coffee is always fresh through out the day. Highly recommend.
An excellent hotel with good prices to sleep in. Near the airport. The rooms are huge and very clean
New location working on customer service. Parking made difficult, as only hotel charging because they can't determine who's a customer and who isn't. Really better was to handle people using them for free airport parking. Parking barriers didn't work for hotel guests, annoying. Staff ok, nothing noteworthy. Everything around them under construction, may cause minor delays for closures.
Had a great stay here. They stored our luggage the next day as our flight didn't leave til 8pm. Had a good time last night at happy hour can't beat the free drinks. Free breakfast this morning and a nice lunch. Embassy suites has never let us down.
Awesome. Fabulous. Excellent.
The shuttle was very prompt for airport pickup, friendly and efficient check in, amazing room!
The lobby is stylish and cool with bar and restaurant seating. Large glass elevators. The atrium layout is beautiful here.
The two room suite is super clean with great amenities and a fantastic bed. This is the best airport hotel at DIA in my opinion. Enjoy.
Nice hotel good location for airport travel. Parking is at a cost.
Great contemporary rooms. Great service. Great food.
Rooms at this facility were not as aesthetic pleasing, as other locations.
It was terrible. Staff is unfriendly, food was old and really should have not been served, even the free food at the reception. Celery was funny color and I could bend it half with out it breaking... That tells you how old it was. Pita chips were so old and stale they could break your teeth. Our horrible dinner was comped which was great since we did not eat it, but they should not be serving food that old to anyone. There was hair in the draw where the x-tra pillow was. I had forgot that I did the upgrade to premium until 10 pm, so AFTER I paid for internet and went and bought snacks at the gas station for the kids I remember that I did. We called down and asked ands the desk agent said oh yes sorry I did not give you coded I will bring them up. I travel ALOT and will not stay here again.
The amenities are excellent but the pigeons and construction drive me nuts. Not to mention the power went out
i only stau at embassey if i can help it. maid knocked on my door twice at 0700 then again at 0730 asking if we were still there!! WTF+
Very helpful. The guys working last night were very nice and super helpful.
They charge for parking. If you have to park your car, you will have to pay $11 a day The AC units are super old and noisy! We couldn t sleep well. We requested for another room and it was still very noisy. Rooms are clean. Staff is friendly. Very close to airport. They have a shuttle.
This very nice rooms are very spacious and the services this is good
We stayed here for our first family trip and other than having the keyless check in our stay was horrible. First of all if you plan on going now until they are done with renovations DONT DO IT! Also if you plan on staying more than a day and you have plans to go outside of the hotel make sure you pay for the daily fee which is $11 for the day rather than $2 each time you come and go. PARKING IS NOT FREE. Our room was meh.. the new "sanitizing" they are promoting was not done in our room. Everything was dusty, the remotes didn't work, and there were batman stickers on almost all the mirrors TV and remote. Terrible stay ..and my husband works for Hilton. Oh and breakfast is 4 kinds of cereal, muffins and premade breakfast burritos.
Great hotel resturant
Carlos best customer Serice at the restaurant
Although there is ongoing renovation, the room and hotel were clean.
A little disappointed in breakfast layout and options. Clearly in the name of COVID and low occupancy the hotel is cutting back. I stayed on a Weekend night so not sure if this is different from weekdays.
Breakfast options
Cold egg burrito and egg sandwich
(warm it up in the microwave.
Tip: Burrito takes atleast 3 mins to warm up. Didnt see Salsa)
Strawberry and Blueberry yogurt
Apples and oranges (sorry no bananas)
Blueberry muffins
Cereal boxes
Coffee, Milk, Orange Juice and hot chocolate
Granola bar
Layout:
Except for coffee and orange juice the entire breakfast was on an approximately 8 feet by 2 feet island. Things were cut back because of COVID-19 but apparently the layout was given little thought. If one person is trying to warm the burrito in the microwave (3 mins), he is taking up the entire island, meaning either wait until burrito and sandwich warms up or just forget 6 feet distancing and grab the other food items. Which is exactly what was happening.
The front desk person was managing both the breakfast area and front desk. She did a good job but I think based on the number of people grabbing breakfast, you need a dedicated staff.
The breakfast was supposed to be grab and go but no paper bags or any other kind of bags. You have to juggle all items and coffee in your hands.
To the hotel management:
Please place atleast two or three microwaves away from the breakfast items so that people do not block the area while warming up.
You also need a couple hand sanitizer near the breakfast area.
You need some kind of paper or plastic bag for it to be grab and go.
More breakfast options especially on the hot side. Warming up pre-packed cold burritos hardly says Embassy Suites. Breakfast was closer to a Super 8 motel standards.
Dedicated staff for breakfast.
We got dinner at the hotel to-go and that was good. No issues.
No issues with the room.
Greeted promptly at the desk and given a nice, clean room. Had dinner at the in house restaurant / bar. They seem pretty understaffed but the bartender / table waiter was super friendly and took care of everyone arriving as soon as he could. The noise from downstairs was surprisingly loud in the front room of the suite but I didn't hear anything from the bedroom, which is all that matters! I would definitely stay here again. Thank you to the staff at Embassy Suites Denver International Airport!
Rooms were as advertised.
Good service.
Coplimentory Breakfast could have been better.
Terrible experience! As we arrived the toilet was running and dirty. The guest services would not pick up the phone so I called room service. Room service had to walk to the front desk to get them to answer. Waited an 2 hours for guest services to fix toilet while waiting for kids to go to bed. Hot tub was cold and not enjoyable! Buzzing sound from the room went on all night on the third floor. After a night of poor sleep I woke up to a bill that was not what I booked room for $40 over. When I went to front desk to again talk about stay and the incorrect bill they said they put the bill for the room next to us under the door and said my bill would be what was quoted only to find that I was billed the incorrect amount when I returned home.
The reason we stayed was because of the free shuttle services they offer.
And the great stays we have had at past embassy s. Our 6:30 shuttle did not arrive until 6:50 and when it did it did not have room for everyone who was waiting! We had to wait for a later 30 minutes shuttle and were not the only ones... missed our flight!!!! The breakfast tables were sticky and not clean from the night before!
When I returned home I called to talk to management. The front desk manager (Kelly) was not apologetic and said she would get back to me. I just got done calling back and Kelly answered and I asked to speak to a manager then she transferred me to an answering machine, I immediately called back and the employee that answered said Kelly is the front desk manager and could not explain why she would transfer me when she needed to be the one to take care of the issue!!!!!!
I am being charged a terrible stay with a manager that will not address the issue and correct the terrible stay and was instead charged more that what the fine bill states!!! Do not stay here
Still have not been refunded full amount although I called and received an email saying it would be.... hope to see this fixed
Very nice hotel that is poorly managed. We were told that there was no room on the shuttle to the airport so we had to get a $30 taxi. I have never had that happen in all my years of travel. We discovered too late in the morning that there was only one towel in the bathroom. Too bad because it is a nice, new hotel.
Friendly staff, clean rooms, great complimentary happy hour.
I had not even checked in and the hotel is unreachable by telephone! For hours I tried to call no answer! The rooms at the Embassy suites are always first class but the service is on par with Motel 6!
