Convenient location to the airport. Great breakfast. Clean and well appointed rooms. Good fitness center. What you expect from an Embassy Suites.

One caution on the airport shuttle. It is contracted out to a provider that services 9 other hotels. You will need to be very assertive to get a seat on their shuttle during busy times as you are competing with a lot of other tired travellers. After an hour of trying and waiting, we took a taxi. When we expressed our frustration with management, they ultimately made us whole.

Would stay again.

Happy hour snacks and beverages were wonderful. The room was clean and spacious. The pool was a tad cold and my girls both had rashes after exiting and showering, not sure if it's connected but it would be a weird coincidence.

The room had a funky smell. You have to pay an extra $11 per night parking. Only one person was handling breakfast and the front desk in the morning. I was here a few years ago, and it was in much better shape then. I was disappointed and would not choose to stay here again.

The hotel is a mixed bag. My room was very, very comfortable. Quiet & smoke-free. On check in I discovered housekeeping had missed a dirty table top, candy wrappers in the bedroom trash, and a dirty mirror in the bathroom. Breakfast is the typical offering of healthy & not so healthy food offered in every motel & hotel in the U.S. Its served buffet style by friendly staff in a large, pleasant, well maintained, dining room. The sundry supplies are very limited especially given the hotel is far from stores of any kind. I needed lather & hair mousse & they were not offered for purchase. The front desk clerk embarrassingly told me the hotel was out of the free samples of lather the hotel claims to provide. He left it at that. Not an issue for me, but would be for a guy going to a morning business meeting. Weirdly, the hotel rooms lack a safe. On the other hand, Matthew, the assistant front desk manager couldn't have been more helpful. He had checked me in the night before, and granted my every wish. I complained to him about the lack of the lather the hotel promises to provide and he opened up the supply area and personally brought to my room two cans of the stuff. But one doesn't want to hope that Matthew is on duty during your stay. As far as the airport shuttle is concerned, the hotel has two of their own. But in real life it takes time for the driver to get to the terminal, drop off passengers at various airlines & get back to the hotel. This will take more than 15 minutes so expect to allocate a minimum time of 40-45 minutes. Do book the shuttle WHEN YOU CHECK INTO THE HOTEL. That will save you a real scare in discovering the night before your flight there is no seat available for you on the morning shuttle. My bottom line is the hotel is not up to the standards of other hotels in their price range. I recommend considering staying elsewhere. There are lots available in the immediate area.

We got a great deal on a hotel room here. The room was very nice and the breakfast was rather good which includes personalized omelets, waffles, pancakes. The gym was very nice, along with the pool and hot tub. I would recommend this place.

Pro: room was nice enough and clean. Bed was comfy, good channels in the tv, and shower was also nice.

Cons: Was not aware that you have to pay to park when you leave your car there if flying out. So ended up paying $45 to park my car in their parking lot while I was gone. Made shuttle reservations for the next morning to leave at 8:00am, shuttle was late and didn t get there until 8:20am. The airport was super busy so that extra 20 min would have been nice to get to my gate.
Fly back and go to where the shuttle is supposed to pick and up and I wait...and wait..and wait. I even called the hotel and she said someone should be coming soon. After almost an HOUR of waiting, one of the other shuttles from another HILTON property must have felt bad for me as I had been standing there as he had came through several times already to get THEIR guest and so he offered me a ride and went out of his way to bring me back to the Embassy!
Incredibly disappointed in this! He also told me that the Embassy for whatever reason doesn t drive their OWN shuttle but contracts with another company which is part of the reason it s such a mess.
One would think that since it s a AIRPORT hotel and many guest would in fact be flying in or out that there would be every effort made to make sure the shuttle service runs smoothly.
Next time I am flying somewhere I will def skip staying at this Embassy Suites. I will be staying at the property of the shuttle that went out of their way for me and picked me up.

Very disappointing. Always stay at embassey suites, usually in La Vista NE.. DIA Embassey suites a complete let down. Paid for the premium room. Had no premium benefits available. Had to wait for the room (tired and hungry kids), Was told several times they were short of staff. Just over all disappointing. Kids had been so excited to go and were let down Won't book a room there again. :( And then they acted like my family was an inconvienince to them. Sad when staying there was a treat for my family.

Made a reservation. Called the day before to let them know our plane wouldn't land until very late. Called from the airport when our plane landed. When we got to the hotel at 3:30 in the morning, they were sold out, and our room was gone. Guy at the front desk was difficult to communicate with. The only saving grace was that they put us up in a very nice Holiday Inn next door. Although they handled the situation well, the brand has lost a customer for life...too many other choices to deal with greed / incompetence.

Room types, Bed sizes, Parking lot situation, and ...

Room types, Bed sizes, Parking lot situation, and management all need a refresh.

"2 Room Suite" is actually a single room with a living room. Some might say that is two rooms but the word suite would be redundant. Never seen this room configuration called "2 Rooms".

Bed sizes are often doubles, which if you are a solo traveler might be fine, if travelling with family or kids go-to any other property by Hilton for better accomodations.

Parking requires a ticket and you must use a code to leave. We arrived when the gate arm was up and received no ticket (Yes they treat it like a parking garage).

Finally management would not even talk directly to me at the front desk they spoke to the attendant and had that person relay all details even thought I was standing right there. When I asked direct questions they would not answer me but rather they would whisper to the desk attendant and that person would repeat what was said, which I had already heard.

The construction noise is nearly unbearable. I would not recommend staying here until the renovations are complete. Had I read the prior reviews, we would have avoided this property. There are lots of other options nearby.

Checked in at 4pm. Took 3 hours to get cribs to the room. Placed me on hold 2 different times for more than 10 minutes each. Third time I called the gentlemen doesn't great me and say his name and the location, but just a hello. Like I called his personal number or something. Whats worse is the shuttle driver at the airport wasn't full but told me to wait for the next ride after returning my rental. 40 minutes later I'm writing this review. Worst embassy I've stayed at in years.

I can't believe what happened during our stay. I was about to go to the pool and I found out someone had pooped right inside the pool. I went there and found out the pool was about to be shutdown due to the issue. I didn't recieve a refund for the issue, and most of the reason we stayed was for the pool.

Staff did their best to help, but they can only
do so much because the Maintenance was gone. I'm worried about using the pool
tomorrow due to the cleanliness or biohazard

The front desk staff could have been friendlier. The hotel was clean, well maintained, well lit and inviting. As I was visiting my exposure to the room was minimal but what I did see of it was clean and well maintained.

Bring back the local beer

Bring back the local beer
The evening reception is amazing and well worth any price of a reservation but the fact that hilton decided to go with bud and bud light instead of some amazing local Colorado beers is disappointing.
Come on Hilton you're better than this!

Friendly accommodating staff. I had an issue at check in due to my booking agency and they took care of it without having me wait. Pool, fitness, conference. Free breakfast (due to COVID it's grab and go) and free nightly alcohol from 5-7 pm. Hot tub closed due to COVID. Cons: fridge wouldn't work, handicap had a bath tub not a wall in shower, bathroom doesn't have a fan (which I notice is a company thing at all Embassy's)

The place is good overall, but they charge 15 bucks a day for internet! McDonald s gives it free to u with a 1$ burger. Place is old school greedy. Just checked on google , they advise free WiFi. Hotwire advertise them as free WiFi. Check their reviews, if u pay $15 they give u 2 down and 1.5 up. Good hotel getting messed up by bad management. Pool is little bit small. Didn t find jackuzi. Customer service is kinda rude. Needs a new manager.

Embassy Suites by Hilton Denver International Airport is one of favorite places to stay when passing through Colorado. Comfy rooms, happy hour and a great gym. This is the place to stay after fun on the road, in the sky or working the office of all day.

You can always count on EMBASSY SUITES for quality service, amenities and accommodations (including an exercise room and day spa). The facility was very clean (A+), the staff were helpful and friendly. We had a one-bedroom suite, the linens and bedding were superb and extremely comfortable. As usual, we were given a full breakfast buffet at no extra cost. We received a good night's rest and complimentary shuttle service to the airport at check-out time.

Room and amenities were fine, the issue we had was with the unprofessional attitude and ineptness of problem-solving of the front desk.

At the time of checking in, we were told that the airport shuttle we reserved will arrive at 6:45am . As it turned out later, it actually meant that the shuttle would arrive the terminals at 6:45, with a pick-up time of 6:35 at the hotel lobby

It was just a simple miscommunication, but it did make us miss the 6:35 shuttle; meanwhile the next shuttle was at 7:05 and it was booked fully. As we were trying to figure out a way to get to the airport, a Miss Yessi of front desk, said to us dismissively, Well, you heard it wrong. We never have a 6:45 am shuttle. In order to prove her point, the reservation book was thrown to our faces, See, it was at 6:35 and you missed it. The next one is full. At the time, we were stressed with the situation and said Don t you think it is not such a good idea to blame the customers when they are already stressed out? Besides assigning blame, could we work out a possible solution first? However, she continued to be curt, offering no constructive suggestions whatsoever, except for making us feel stupid and mortified by indicating that it was our own fault and there was nothing she could do about it, repeatedly.

When we demanded to speak with the manager, the gentleman at the front desk offered to give us a lift with the spare shuttle. Nevertheless the mumble under the breath I ll take these two a**holes to the airport did not go unnoticed. We also ignored the violent throwing of our luggages onto the shuttle and the angry closing of the door in our faces because it was not our priority to expect hospitality at that time we just wanted to get to the airport on time.

This situation could have turned out very differently for all of us, had not Miss Yessi been so argumentative with two stressed customers on a tight schedule, instead of offering to help from the get-go; or if that was too much to ask from a customer service personnel had she been just a little bit nicer and more sympathetic with our situation. We were ready to call a Uber and leave because we didn t wanna miss our flight as well.

This may sound like an empty threat but it is safe to say that we will probably never stay at any Hilton properties again in the future, when there is a choice.

--------------------------UPDATE-------------------------

The manager returned a left-message of my travel pal's complaint on the phone. Thanks for offering refund, but the phone call from the manager did not make us feel any better about the incident.

First and foremost, the manager herself took the side of her staff after hearing only their side of the story. She offered no constructive criticism nor even a hint of apologetic attitude initially. "What do you want?" pretty much summarized first half of her conversation.

She said she did not have a detailed version of the incident and she had not read this review yet. All she heard was two rude and aggressive men making a scene at seven am for the breakfast audience.

Not until my pal started leading the phone call by telling her the post-facto managerial resolution of a customer grievance is simply to "make the costumer feel better" did the manager start to realize what this was about. However, since this phone conversation so far failed miserably at this purpose, the last reserve was to offer us a refund.

Somehow, after this phone call, we seemed to find the root cause of the attitude problem of the front desk staff. And that, seemed to be the only relief we found throughout this whole customer service fiasco.

They charge you over and above your room rate $50 - in case you use a facility in the hotel - catch is you do get a refund but it can take 7 days! Very unprofessional practice - won't be staying here again!

Average Embassy, but Embassy is a very nice hotel compared to others in area. Absurd pricing tiers and rates which made no sense and seemed to confer zero advantages on their website. Just get a basic room.

Nice place and great location ,,,,the service was less than usual for Hilton,,,,,asked for a breakfast bag 3 times because we had an early flight and it never happened,,,,but enjoyed the room and the hotel ,,,,also parking of $9 per day wasn't on website or told upfront ,,,,,Hilton corporate made it right (for no breakfast) but beware of parking fees .

I cannot be more mad and shocked by the service. I was at the bar enjoying a drink while my wife called me to tell me we had to put our dog to sleep. So I stepped away to speak for 5 minutes and the blonde uneducated idiot girl with abolutely no personality behind the "free happy hour bar" chases me down and hands me a $6 tab while I'm grieving. She admoshed for leaving. I tried to explain and she literally hands me a bar bill while I'm outside. I'll never stay here again and you can count this is going online. Are you kidding me!?

Nice hotel but rude front desk employees. They don't seem to smile or are welcoming. Kind of a dry atmosphere. The front desk clerk working the morning to afternoon shift around 11am on 9/26/20 sounded very abrupt and short with us when we asked for house keeping service. We Would recommend she needs to be more customer friendly.
