Boston lodging tends to be very expensive so we were happy to land here for 2 nights on a recent visit. Efficient (and complimentary) airport shuttle process, walking distance to the subway, pool, hot tub, hot breakfast included. Rooms are large and quiet and beds comfortable. We would stay here again for sure.

As an aside, if you have ever stayed at the Hilton Mag Mile in downtown Chicago, this property (room and amenities) is very similar, right down to the furniture in the room.

The breakfast was great here! I have stayed at many different Embassy Suites before, but none of them had the large selection that was offered here. Pancakes, french toast, and corned beef hash were some of the extras and the selection on fresh fruit was great!

As for the room, everything was pretty good except the ironing board. The padding was worn down to the point that it was almost unusable, and the hinge mechanism wouldn't stay in place, so the board kept sliding down.

Will definitely stay there again next time I am in the area.

This hotel is very good news/ bad news. It's close to the airport, but has $44 valet only parking. It has one (and only one) Gluten free menu option - but to be fair the salmon was good and the waitress was happy to check on the ingredients about several other things. Given the same circumstances, I'd definitely stay elsewhere next time.

It has been a wonderful experience to stay here, the reception at 5:30 every day, the New England Clam Chowder in bread bowl from the restaurant, the customer service, the price and location, all add up.

Room was good size and clean. Includes breakfast with a variety of options. Also has shuttle running to/from airport and subway station. Convenient walk to subway station. Front desk attendants were ok, weren't going out of their way for anything.

Not sure how I feel about this hotel. Pros: Suites have a nice layout; mine had a good view of downtown Boston. The beds were comfortable and the shower was fantastic. Cons: Lobby was outdated, bar service was terrible, and the 'manager's reception' was the worst I've seen at any Embassy (and I frequent many).

Clean, comfortable rooms and very attentive staff. Breakfast was excellent (I had the made to order omelet). Valet parking only, but if you pay for parking with the room at booking it is not out band for Boston prices (I paid $25, versus $44 if not prepaid). I would stay here again.

Amazing place to stay. The resteraunt staff was so nice and the food was amazing. My mother LOVED her Lamb Stew and my club sandwich was amazing. Bot only that but their special mistletoe holiday drink with Sour Apple and Gin was amazing! I'd love to stay there again! I just wish I could have gotten some free breakfast before I had to catch my flight!

If I could give them zero stars I would. The lady at the reception desk, Frances was extremely rude. I was in town for business, and she made me wait an hour for a room change after I payed my stay in full upon check in. They switched me from the 6th floor to a handicapped room on the 3rd floor. I am not handicapped. After she had gotten the ok from her manager, she tried to convince me that the rooms were the same, and she was adament about not switching my room. An hour passed, and she finally gave in, switching me to the 9th floor. The next day, my credit card was mistakenly charged $110. After all the trouble and reporting it to the Manager, Ken Smith, I was pacified with a goody-bag . Do not stay here if you re looking to stay somewhere in peace!!

The room was nice. Beds comfortable. The room was a bedroom with a living area, separate. The living room had a refrigerator and microwave and a sink. Plenty of tables face for work, you didn't, game of cards. Would be nice if there had been a different thermostat for the bedroom and the living space. Key to this hotel is the location... And the shuttle to the airport. Staff is friendly. Had a nice selection of local craft beers in the bar.

The hotel itself was fine. Nice room, loved the bathroom/shower, really therapeutic. But the one and only time I have and will ever go to the restaurant, me and two friends got meals (about $30 a piece) and they all sucked. The food was flavorless, burnt, and undercooked at the same time. Two of the best food items were the coleslaw (which I still hated) and the French fries which if you mess it up there's is something wrong with you. Not to mention the waitress was late to first serve us, and way too early both times checking up on us. And on top of that she spilled water everywhere any time she poured it and she never asked if we wanted refills. And there was white floating gunk in the water that collected and congealed at the bottom. And the waitress acted drunk and was on her phone the whole time.

My room was very spacious, complete with boiler and kitchenette, sitting area and desk. Average breakfast, located near the airport but near the metro where you can reach the Quincy market with two stops. Friendly and helpful.

Everything was excellent 5stars up until the departure. Box breakfast was not ready at 530 or even a few mins past. Van to airport was leaving...They should have had those items ready to the 10 plus of us on that van. A complete disappointment

They charged for rooms they said were connected with a living room and kitchen area and were not and would not refund any part. The power was out with no generators for hours(around 5pm to 11pm) and 2 rooms with valet were close to $1000. The customer service and hotel representatives were condescending when the issues were addressed and had me talk to several people for about an hour with no resolution.

Comfortable hotel and convenient location. Comfortable room with good bed and shower. Didn t hear any airplane noise, very well insulated. Not to impressed by shuttle service (arrived 9 PM) and didn t see s shuttle in 15-20 minutes. Breakfast was OK but for dinner I recommend to go somewhere else.

Very convenient location for a trip to Boston with an easy 5 minute walk to the subway station. My group of five stayed in a premium suite on the 10th floor which was very spacious and clean and the added snacks and drinks in the room were a nice bonus. The free breakfast had an assortment of fresh fruit, pastries, breakfast meats and made to order omelettes. This awesome breakfast made up for the $49/ night valet parking; I wish there were a self park option. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. Highly recommend!

Beautiful room, no complaints whatsoever. We weren't able to enjoy the pool or other amenities due to Covid closures, but everything looked great.

Would not necessarily recommend unless you're passing through and really need to be close to the airport as there's not much around, but we did find an excellent pizza place just down the road along with a bodega for snacks.

This was overall a positive experience. The hotel is difficult to find if you're not coming from the airport (Porter Street is gated at the end next to the hotel, so if you follow GPS, you'll be able to see it and not get to it. And the have to go around and enter through the airport side which is another 15 minute detour. So frustrating.) The staff was friendly for the most part and the breakfast was tasty.

I went to desk again and asked him that I especially told you to get king bed . He responded we don t have any king bed you can get out if you don t like it . And I told him you could at least say you don t have a king bed . And he was repeating again you can get out we don t have any king . There was even no point to talk . I paid almost 200 dollar . And I was expecting polite hotel stuff but he was extremely rude !

i was there dec 27 check out dec 28 the hotel is ok and very good airport location
when I arrive on Sunday evening and the fron girl was great and very polite
but when I departure on Monday 4:45 in the morning I got a very nasty and none polite front desk employee
hes name is manny , Management should not let this guy be in the front desk
he is rude and have no idea what hotel hospitality is.
Is sad because hotels have many good qualitys but when you get mistreated the way I did
All other things don t count .

The shuttle to/from the airport is super fast. The pillows and sheets a much more comfortable here than at other Hilton properties. The breakfast buffet is disgusting. The bacon and sausage is pretty much raw. As long as you can get breakfast elsewhere, this is a pretty good stay.
