At first I was a little scared to sign with this firm but the investigator made feel comfortable and confident in my decision! They really bent over backwards to help me and were honest every step of the way! I got my settlement and I was more then satisfied! Thanks and I would definitely use you guys again!
Medical bills totaled 26K the guy insurance limit is 25K. Division is 33% please can someone do the math because this firm didn't and is going after my insurance! What do we have to loose that we haven't already lost there needs to be a protest conducted at this address. Just for moral support!

It started off a great. nice crew that I've met personally during my visits with the doctors n case managers but all of a sudden it's slows up. case mngr changes and can't get much done like I was before when I could call and get answers on the spot. Been waiting on file to be turned in for deman for months now for the insurance company. Just really want to get it over and done with and be happy with the outcome soon

I had a great experience with this firm. My case manager let me know the process and what to expect. Yeah, she didn t call me everyday, but I don t need all that. I just need to be updated when important things on my case happen and they did that. Not sure on other people in the firm, but I can t speak bad about this firm. Some reviews here are just not my experience.
It has been 1yr and 4mths since my accident and the level of service has been unsatisfactory. The case workers do not respond to calls or emails in a timely manner. Their "quick to action" lacked after all the information that was needed for my case was rendered. When I finally do get a chance to speak to someone I was Informed little to nothing regarding my case. I just want my settlement so I can be done with this whole rollercoaster ride.
These people are very unprofessional I've had 3 different case workers and all of them blame the last. Lucas the case manager is one of the worse as a manager all he do is promise what he don't do.. How r y'all still in business.

I was about 18 years old I was tboned , air bags deployed it was terrible . Heard about this attorney through a friend . Little did I know they were only trying to get a recommendation pay out for me using this firm which they did . Communication was horrible. My entire case was trash , the car was totaled out I still have injuries to this day and they only got me $200 . For my settlement. Please run as far as you can away from these people . And after a year and a half of run around and bs asked me if I wanted to take it to litigation.... And wait even longer to see anything . Ty the negotiator was about the only plus to this firm , and I wish he would go work for someone who deserves his hard work . EVERYTHING ELSE IS COMPLETE NONSENSE.

Dont use this firm! Complete incompetence across the board. I did all the necessary legwork that was supposed to be done by their administrators. Now it has taken them months to negotiate a settlement that still hasn't been done. Now they're saying the insurance company hasn't called them back since August but they return my calls within an hour. Unfortunately they can't speak with me because I have an attorney representing me. I'm going to remove them from my case today and contact the insurance company myself. My daughter was released from the doctor in July (separate case) its October and they have done absolutely nothing. They couldn't even request the medical bills, I had to do it. So of course no demand or anything has been sent. I'm going to pull both cases today. Save yourself a headache! You'll be better off handling your own case with the insurance company directly. If I could give them a negative star rating I would.

Yes my case worker is very nice and great communication. However I feel like I get the run around with them . It's been almost a year I'm tired of them saying call back next week then I give them 2 weeks call back and nothing and it repeats I'm ready to call it quits ! I feel like things could have went better
If I could give no stars I would. I have dealt with several different case managers. No one in the office is professional. The attorney his self is never there. They have lost my documents 7 times . They took 3 months after my treatment was finished to request records and another 4 months after that to put all records together . And now I still am waiting for updates . I email and call at least once a week still nothing . It's been a year and a month and no offer receive. Do no hire this firm save your self the sorrow .
I've attempted to be patient throughout the whole process, as I understand how taxing this whole situation can be, but as my accident approaches the 2 year mark and the other driver was completely at fault, my car was totaled, I'm a bit miffed that I've been ignored by the 2 or maybe 3? now workers that have switched my case around. I currently have no idea where it's been, heading, or currently at, and the last time I was contacted was the end of February telling me my check was almost ready, and yet here it is, months later still! The total I was going to end up with wasn't even that substantial, and I know they most likely will end up with most of it, citing all the supposed hours they put in, most likely ignoring my case. I was the most upset with my first case worker who outright ignored my emails to continue seeing the chiropractor they assigned me after the initial minimum amount of time. I thought I was healed up, but ended up that I couldn't walk correctly for nearly a year and a half after the accident, let alone stand for more than a minute without having to lay down. I ended up with a massive back and neck issue and can't do some types of physical work, and still can't stand still for more than a certain amount of time. I honestly just want this to be over at this point and never worry about this firm again.

She never called to give me updates and when I called she never would call me back! Same goes with Jose...Never picked up and never calls you back even when you leave a message...I waited a YEAR for a Tiny settlement...waste of time never even got to speak to an actual attorney...

I had an accident in April of 2017;It is currently March 2018, and I have yet to receive an update on the progress or status of the case. When I reached out to them and left messages they did not respond and one assistant even went as far as to say he could not find me in the database because I was not a client there. Do not trust them to handle your case.

I didn't receive a call from a new case. I did receive a text stating, "Call me. I'm from Nathan Law Firm". No name!!! If I called who would I ask for. Later, I learned her name was Gevagina.
I texted my investigator and stated I wanted to withdraw.
Next thing I knew Cunthia was calling and told me that the attorney did not wish to take me on any longer so they were withdrawing.
I had retained them on Tuesday and now it's Friday and I haven't seen the doctor yet because I was waiting on them.

I have no clue who is handling my case, whenever I call I am not able to speak to anyone and cannot seem to get an answer on the status of my case. I would not recommend the Nathan Law Firm for any type of legal services! The best they may have gone is the receptionist! I was with them for two years plus and they did not settle my case and transfer it to the office of Sutton Lover. Once They received the case they settled the case in less than a month! I had to get all my information for the Nathan Law Firm....I had to make all my phone calls to them Correspondence was horrible I can continuously called to make appointments because I never heard anything from anybody. They made promises to me that did not occur! Beware beware beware as the lady said before they are so unprofessional! If you get a good response on here 10 to 1 somebody plugged it in!

At this point I don t even care because I don t want anymore dealings with them. The service is terrible. They don t offer you any updates about the status of your case. It s been a endless waiting process an all I have gotten is nothing . My case manager was rude an unprofessional . I tried calling in only to learn that my case had been given to someone else without my knowledge. Again no calls no updates. I only gave one star because I had to. It s two thumbs down for me. This firm needs a customer service lesson ASAP. When we signed up with Mr.Blau he was very easy to talk to, very professional and seemed to want to help us. Once we signed our paperwork all that professionalism went out the door. My husbands accident was one of the worst things to happen to us and this law firm has made things so much harder by being unresponsive, not having any answers, not returning phone calls/emails. If you want to feel like someone actually wants to help you, and are on your side, this is not the place to go. I have called numerous times just to be told I was going to get a call back with more information, but never received any call from the office. I also asked to speak to the attorney on multiple occasions but he is never available and does not call no matter how concerned the client is. NOBODY DESERVES TO BE TREATED LIKE THIS.

Ive had an open claim with this law firm since February, despite the fact that it still has not been closed; I find that my case worker, Cassandra Ramos, is very unprofessional. Despite the fact that I have to constantly call them to get a status check, They have yet to call me to update me about my case, she is not consistent. She will tell me to call her back on a particular date and when I do call her on that date. I find that nothing I was told that was being done has been done. So then im given another date and the cycle continues. When I informed her that I am not pleased with this whole process she had nothing to say but "ok". This is my first and last time using this law firm and will never refer them to anyone to be used.

He provided little to no updates and my case. I basically had to hound and call him repeatedly. My case was handed off to another case manager (I didn t even get a call or email about that...) Also, don t take out any advances on your settlement. I was told there wouldn t be interest on advances only to find out this was a LIE. So again wouldn t recommend this law firm to anyone...EVER!

I had it with this law firm.They settled my case for $23,000 . My doctor bills was $24,000 ..They got those reduce to $8,500.But they said they get 36%.. (WHY ..it didn't go to trail..I got a $500 dollar loan from them ,I was told I owe them $1000 back from the loan....The insurance company sent me documents stating they sent the check March 4th 2019 .Jose said the check got there on the 14th give it time to clear ..I call back ty said the insurance company didn't send check yet ,,BIG LIARS over at Nathan law firm today is March 30 2019 still no sign of my check that been there .. have not talk to a actually lawyer in a year and a half ...I read the reviews before i let them handle my case ..I ignored the signs ..DONT BE LIKE ME ..ALL THE COMMENTS IS SIMILAR ..AND THESE PEOPLE DON'T NO EACH OTHER ....

This company is extremely slow and unprofessional. They ve been dealing with my case for 3 years for a finder binder. Every time I ve had to get a status update I had to call myself to figure out what s going on. I ve been switch around to 4 different case managers and they re all consistently uncaring and inconsistent. The women that answer the phone has the nastiest attitude Ever. Through out the process they claim they couldn t find paper work they needed to keep the process moving that I literally found in mins doing it myself. Great Lawfirm! They made sure I got all the money back that I list for time off work and a great Settlement! I would recommend using this firm! I've used 3 other firms before, some of the bigger name law firms and they always acted to busy to tell me what was going on. The Nathan law firm always kept me in the loop and always returned my phone calls. I was very surprised and pleased to receive such great treatment from a Law Office.
I was referred to this law firm from a friend when I was in an auto accident January 2017. I call and request updates all the time and half the time I cannot get the attorney representing me on the phone. It s now may 2018 and still no update. One would think they would at least reach out once a month with some sort of update instead of going months without anything.

I am sure there are employees that are great but the service I am receiving (or lack there of), and based off other reviews service is sub par. If I could give 0 stars I would. The other reviews may say they were "paid" or "fake" but I can assure you that I'm being very honest and real right now!! I got rear-ended on 85 in January of this year (BIG SURPRISE!!) and my case has been going GREAT. the girl handling my case was very thorough and kept me informed -- via email bc I noticed they do have a HIGH volume of calls so you may be on hold for a bit (I went in one afternoon and the phone would not STOP ringing!!!). I HIGHLY SUGGEST asking your case manager for their email bc I ALWAYS got a quick reply from my email and got answers the same day, if not VERY EARLY the next day. Once I was done with treatment they requested bills and once they got all the bills they were quick to put everything together!
I was told my file was given to the attorney for a THOROUGH review and then I got a call from Carla about two weeks ago letting me know my demand was sent off to the insurance company! She explained the process again so I know what to expect once we go into negotiations. I believe this case will be wrapped up very soon. I SUGGEST PEOPLE SET REALISTIC EXPECTATIONS OF YOUR CASE!! Accidents are ALL DIFFERENT and i feel like all the angry people probably thought they would get their $$$ in a month. nO! they are fighting to get YOU the most $$.

I am concerned. I am not getting answers to my questions. Physician offices cancelked my appoitnments because they coilf bot reach anyone in thr office! More importantly, because the firm did not answer an inquiry made by the adverse party's insurance company, the insurance company stopped paying for the rental car leaving me without viable transportation!
My accident occurred in March of this year and I already received my settlement check Today. My case Manager, Ms. Garcia informed me from initiation to finale every step of the way. Ty the negotiator did an AMAZING job in keeping me abreast of my case. This firm educates you from the beginning to end- This was my very first time I had ever been in an auto accident. This firm has made the entire process easy and VERY informative. I have referred several family members to Ms. Garcia .

Although, it was very nice in speaking with the staff, my time is extremely limited in my line of professionalism. I was told in October, November, December, and January the my case was being put together to go to the lawyer. I transferred my case to John Foy in February, where I received excellent service so far. One more thing the fake chiropractor at Southside, that they send you to after accident is joke. They are all working together for them not for you. Please don't waste your time.

Then he tells me the attorney will call me himself. Never called!!!! Matthew sent me an email nearly an hour AFTER the time he said the attorney was gonna call to ask if the attorney could call me Friday. Never called!!! When Monday came, I literally had to call the office and curse out everyone who picked up the phone before I had the attorney call me back. This was back in November. And here we are, STILL NOTHING. I fired them today!!!! I've been patient and waited long enough and there have been NO RESULTS. DO NOT BELIEVE THE OTHER REVIEWS!!! THOSE PEOPLE WERE PAID OFF OR SOMETHING. I was very happy with the lady I had before. She was prompt and made me feel like she on top of things. Ty (Tyrance) the negotiator is unprofessional and made me feel like this process long and drawn out. He sent me an email on Aug 3, I responded to him the same day. He didnt look at it or respond until I called him two weeks later!! When I call in the mornings to inquire about the process, I'm told by the receptionist that he is late for work or haven't came in yet. I'll never do business with them again.

Signed with them about a year ago. Took about 4/6 months and I got a settlement. The percentage that they take out is a bit extensive but it comes with the territory when you sign those papers. Brianna was awesome, and the all were great about keeping you posted on info pertaining to your case. I have recommended to a friend. Great results for her as well.
Can't speak on everyone at this firm, but the paralegal assistant Cynthia is extremely unprofessional, and incompetent. Rarely returns calls or emails, but when she does, it's to ask you for information you've already given (learn to take notes). I wasn't updated about my case unless you count being told "we're working on it". It'll be a year since my accident at the end of this month which speaks to how much they were "working on it". Dealing with them may actually make me lose money for my insurance claim. I switched firms, and they've accomplished more in a month than was accomplished in almost a year.
It took me about a year to get my settlement the lawyers worked hard to agree with the amount I m appreciative of their services.
They sought me out. I worked with them and it was stress the whole time. they left with more money than I did and I had to work so hard just to get information from them throughout the process never again would I use this firm and I would be cautious if you re thinking about using them.
I blame myself for not looking at they reviews first before hiring them because I m going through the same problems they don t know how to communicate my crash was last year and they haven t called me ONCE I have had to call every time then they tell me there are still waiting for my mri bill and that was something that was done first I know for fact it doesn t take that long to send a bill that was put together last year so I had to call myself and to no surprise it was ready to send off the lawyers just haven t sent for it or inquiry about it it s ridiculous I m going report them straight to the BBB if i get anymore bs from them because they don t deserve to even be in business if they don t how to do business
Very quick efficient and got my body back to its youth haha. Just got my settlement and it looked better than expected, would recommend
I can't believe the bad reviews this law firm has gotten. My personal experience with them was very good! At times I didn't get calls at the exact times as promised but they have always kept me in the loop. I have used the Twice already and each time they have taken care of me greatly.
This is the worst law firm to the deal with. The lawyer's are never in the office. Everyone is always out sick. Doesn't return calls or give updates on your case. Just sit back and collect money off of the case. Totally unprofessional. Scam artists please dont let them represent you on your case... Havent spoken to my case worker since the car accident december 1 of last year.
Again my accident was July 2017... since then I have had 3 case managers and now I get an email from Ty saying that they have the check and are just waiting for the Attorney to sign it... last week I wrote a review and a gentleman called to talk about my REVIEW BUT NO ANSWER TO WHY THE FIRM HAS HAD THE CHECK FOR 3weeks now waiting on the attorney to sign it... I don t understand, then he says we will have him sign it next week which is actually THIS WEEK. I m frustrated, not about so much of the money but the unprofessionalism of the firm. The only consistent person is the damn receptionist. She has literally been there I ve even had to vent to her I feel bad that when ppl call she lies to say that people are in meetings or gone to lunch , or on a call just to cover for the LACK OF things being done around there. ITS BULLSH** seriously. At this point I don t believe that Nathan is even real . And he has all these employees getting yelled at and taking hits for his sorry efforts to get a team that can be prompt and efficient. All people ask for is progressive communication. And to add the guy who called last week had the nerve to say that he didn t see that I had tried to reach out to the firm lately I said FOR WHAAATTTT you don t answer the phone and NO ONE EVER HAS AN UPDATE. I want my check this week period. I have never written a review on a company before but this had to be said because I ignored the other ppl DO NOT USE THIS FIRM IF YOU WANT CONSISTENCY AND TO ACTUALLY GET YOUR CASE TAKEN CARE OF WITHOUT STRESSING OUT AND BEING LEFT IN THE DARK

If I can give them zero Stars I would they lie to take my case assured me that my case would be settled because I did all of the work in regards to my case bring it down all of my information all of my medical records everything else that they needed I brought I paid for out of my pocket only thing they needed to do was sent over to man to the other insurance company here I go over 6 months waiting wasting my time with this Law Firm and my case still has not even been assessed I called up there spoke to someone else who went through my case and told me that my case has not even been touched in over a month like they have not did anything to my case with my case it was supposed to be settled out 45 days after I brought my paperwork to them because there was nothing else that they needed to do this Law Firm is full of lazy workers and they lied to get your case do not go here do not waste your time being bother with them they will only waste your time I'm currently seeking another lawyer now to wrap my case up and make sure they do not charge me for doing absolutely nothing and regards to my case
I was referred by a friend to The Nathan Law Firm several months ago. She referred me to her case manager Jesse and since day one, I have only encountered professionalism from this firm.
When I met with some of the associates of the firm, they were polite and very sympathetic towards my needs. I could have gone anywhere else, but never receive the same reliable service as the Nathan Law Firm.
When I call the office the receptionist Natalie is always a sweetheart. She always helps me when I have been unable to get in touch with my Case Manager. She usually has Jose their Liaison speak with me and he is always helpful and always has answers (I like that- instant answers)
In my line of professionalism, I don t have time to follow up with my attorney to make sure they are doing their job correctly. This is the MAIN reason I contracted this firm. My friend Shakirya has two accidents with them and she receives the same level service and her cases settled pretty quickly . We don't need to worry about our cases because we are confident with this law firm (Love the peace of mind)
I believe the firm had staff changes and perhaps this is the reason for the previous reviews (so I heard). I myself, have never encountered anything but prime service.
I just recommended a friend to them yesterday and they were on it. They called her the same day and set her up. She was happy on their rapid professionalism.
Again, I would unquestioningly recommend them!!!
