+ The room was clean and very spacious
+ Early check-in for bags
+ Valet parking guy was so nice
+ Complimentary coffee most of the day
+ Front desk staff is very nice
+ Took Covid precautions with disinfectant wipes at the front door, spacing in the elevator and hand sanitizer.
- The "covid times" breakfast was two watery boiled eggs, a week old bagel and cream cheese, and spoiled yogurt. Expected so much better but the breakfast was so bad it ruined my appetite
-They completely eliminated the evening food which is why we chose embassy suites in the first place.
- $40 valet parking fee and its the only parking option with nothing else around and we had no idea about this until we got there
- Absolutely no early check-in unless you wanted to buy the night before for an extra $100 so you better have something to do until 4pm.
- Late check-out is $25 for every additional hour as if they didn't get enough money
- The location is pretty terrible if you have things you want to do in Boston since most things are 30 min away but it's relatively close to the Boston airport if you take the shuttle from the Hilton honors connected to the airport

Location worked well for our trip to Boston. The "T" is just a short walk through a nice park and Embassy Suites is quite a bit less expensive than the downtown hotels. Nice that we could have our kids in one part of the room and us in the other. Breakfast is great too!

Clean, close to the airport and car rental return. Rooms quite nice, simple, comfortable. If you want and can afford more luxury, stay at the Marriott or Hilton...if you are just spending the night to catch an early flight, this is great! The shuttle runs every 15 minutes 24X7. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Highly recommended! I would give more stars if it is possible. I had a very pleasant stay at the Embassy Suites at Boston. When I came back to my room after a busy day, a clean and tidy room was ready, and there were always enough new towels! I stayed in a lot of hotels for the past years, most of them wouldn't add new towels if you put towels on hanger. I also really enjoy the big size of the living room, with a real bedroom separated with the living room. The room also has a microwave, which was extremely helpful. The service was great as well! After this experience, I immediately tried to book another Embassy Suites in Canada, but it was booked out already... too bad... Anyway the great experience made me write this post although I am supper busy right now.

Our stay here was really nice. The staff was very polite and accommodating. We were able to get a free shuttle from the airport to the hotel. The hotel itself is located not too far from the Airport station on the Blue and Silver T lines which made it incredibly easy to go to the city. To get to the lines, it is just a short pleasant walk through the park across from the hotel.
We found the hotel to be quiet throughout our stay and found the room to be clean and in good working order.
The only negative, and this really was a very minor disappointment, was the breakfast. Most Embassy Suites that we have been to have a better breakfast but that isn't to say that the food was gross, it was just a bit more sparse than what we expected.

Not really impressed. Charge $51a night to park a car. We had to squeeze in as the valleit parking guy was asleep or behind not sure but ended up leaving our car halfway in the street. It was 1:00am when we got in.
The room was is clean and staff are friendly. The room looks like it came out of 1950 but that's not a bad thing. Just what it reminded me of.

Largest complaint is with the price of parking and quality of my first experience with it.

Loved this place. Very close to airport and can walk to subway station. No need for rental car. Valet parking is really the only choice and it s $50/day. Breakfast is great. Nighttime drinks are non alcoholic, snacks are good.

Made Reservations over the phone before arrival. It was made clear to us we would have a smoking room and free Wi-Fi. Upon arrival we were greeted with 35 dollar a night valet parking no choice. Then no smoking anywhere (not what I was told over phone) Then no free Wi-Fi( again not what I was promised )They wanted 10.00 a night per device for Wi-Fi. Room Service was way to high priced SO we ordered delivery. Got charged .75 cents for local call. The room was filled with holes In the walls. The furniture looked old and not matching. The sign at front desk said if you are not satisfied let us know so we can make you happy. That was B.S. we complained and they did nothing.

This hotel was very nice! Good breakfast, and the hotel restaurant is very nice and has good food as well! Steve is the engineering man, and he is so nice! He made our day multiple times and really went out of his way to make sure we had a very comfortable stay! I would say he made this hotel 5 stars for my family and I!

Nothing great about this location other than it is near the airport. The windows only view was the breakfast area. It is close to the airport the the shuttle took over 30 minutes after I arrived and called. I wish I would have known it was next to the car rental. I would have taken that shuttle. I was right by the stairs and it was very noisy. The app chose the room for me. Lastly I ordered room service. The food was cold and expensive. I called down to let them know my hamburger was cold and I could hardly understand the guy that answered. He did not say sorry or try to make it right.

Thank you for running the shuttle to the airport in this difficult time! The room and entire place was clean, and we felt safe and comfortable. I highly recommend this place when you have early flight.

Embassy Suites is always a nice place to stay. Less than a block from the car rental terminal, which was nice when returning the ride. Santarpio's Pizza (local pizza joint since the early 1900s) a few minutes walk from here. Clean rooms, great breakfast as usual.

I stayed in this hotel for four nights.

The restaurant in the main area is very nice looking, but took over 10 minutes to get us seated, with over half the tables unoccupied. After being seated, the service was incredibly slow and my Dr. Pepper was watered down. The food was mediocre at best, however my friend reported that her meal was delicious.

Our bathroom was incredibly loud, the toilet flushing rivaled that of being in a sports stadium for 20 seconds.

The WiFi is a suffering of Embassy Suites, it cost $10/day for the cheapo package, or $15/day if you wanted to do anything. I burned through nearly 2GB of my phone data because it was not worth that much to me.

Our room was located on the complete other side of the building, it took a good 5 minutes to walk to and from the elevator.

The concierge was quite wonderful, especially considering I had not visited Boston before and had no idea how to get anywhere. Combined with her and Google Maps I successfully navigated to where I wanted to go.

Overall, while the place did have some high points, I will not be staying at this or any other Embassy Suites again.

For $300/night we didn't get breakfast since they didn't start serving until 6:30am. Google couldn't find the hotel. It took us to a locked gate right in front of the hotel. They also could not immediately find my reservation. Very disappointing.

For an airport location, I like this place. Good open lobby area, great breakfast, free shuttle service and nice rooms which surprisingly aren't loud when it comes to airport noise. Walking distance to the subway (blue line). Friendly staff

At first glance this hotel is nice as clean. But so are most modern hotels these days. What stands out to me are these two points. One is the parking situation. They charge $50 a day to park. Street parking is hit or miss but can be free for weekends. But they don't tell you that. Also the parking ticket is only $40 so it's cheaper per day to try your luck there. The other issue was the managers reception. This is the first Embassy Suites I've been to that does not include drinks. The Free Happy Hour was a big draw to the ES, but this location does not play. Wish I had known! Professional staff, no other issues.

Good service but may be a bit slow for checking in because of the number of people staying in at the hotel. Laundry is also relatively cheap compared to other hotels. Also has a shuttle to the airport 24 hours a day. Would recommend to people staying in Boston.

Front desk was awesome! Check-in was smooth and easy. They also helped with getting to and from the metro and which stops we needed to get to the Red Sox game. Watch your kids in the morning if you are waiting for a shuttle. The driver pulled straight into the overhang at a high rate of speed and created a dangerous situation that is 100% avoidable. For convenience to the rental car center it's awesome, however, I recommend staying at the Hilton if you just need a place to crash for the night and have a flight before 0800. Anything after that, the Embassy is the place to be for a nice breakfast.

This is by far the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The front desk is very helpful, and they will store your bags if you are not able to check in yet. If your flight departs after checking out, they will still store your luggage until you decide to leave to the airport. There is complimentary hotel shuttle to and from the airport which is not a far drive to the terminal. There is free breakfast too, which is the best breakfast I've ever seen served at any hotel. The rooms are spacious, and let me tell you about the bed... it is by far the most comfy bed I have ever laid on. The pillows are super fluffy, the sheets are nice and cool. The shower had zero mold on it. Everything was insanely clean. I love this place and will be sure to keep in mind for the next time I am back in this city!!!

Room was great. Front of house staff was helpful.

Evening "Happy Hour" was a mess. They do little to refresh or even tidy the snack area.

One elevator was out for three weekends and they did not put their third elevator into regular use. The wait was long and every ride crowded, often leaving people to wait for it's return.

Pool bathroom was not well attended to.

Perfect customer service! Great breakfast not to mention delicious and their rooms are the most spacious I've seen in awhile. Great amenities but slightly confusing location probably because it's new. Would come back!

Extremely expensive for what it is, I was staying in an exectutive suite and the drain in the bathtub was yanked completely out and gross. I think that allowing a room to be in this condition and it being a high end suite is absurd

280 usd a night for a suite, around 7 dollars a beer at the bar. Breakfast is good, with cook to order omelette. Rooms are spacious and well appointed. There is a small pool and fitness center. There aren't any places to eat nearby, but the bar does meals at around 17 to 20 dollars a main.

The property seems to suffer from not enough staff. Only two people working the desk knowing that they were a designated hotel for a large convention. Breakfast ended at 9am on Monday and 10:30 on the weekend? With no room service option until 11am? Room was clean, spacious and quiet. Too bad service suffers from under-staffing.
