The room was EXCELLENT, the breakfast buffet was quite good, & I greatly appreciated the prompt & gracious shuttle service.... but the pool was a disappointmt because the jacuzzi was lukewarm & there were children dominating the entire swim area with hardly any supervision.

This hotel does not deserve even 1 star, THE WORST MANAGEMENT and THE POOREST SERVICE! my door key not working for last an hour, back and forth to the front desk, each time he says someone is coming from the past 45 minutes. Its 8:51 PM and am outside my room!!! When I asked late check out they said $25/hr, what about I just spend almost 2 hrs outside my room 8:00pm to 10:pm! Supposed to be resting for the morning conference! Horrible!!! STAY AWAY if you have options!!!

Impossible to get here by car if you aren't intimately familiar with the area. Google maps navigation will take you to the back of the building, but there is a gate barring your way. Also, $46.50 for valet parking. Wasn't communicated up front and there is no other parking.

Went here for a 3 day work event. There were flies in our space each day. The venue charges 3.50 for a cup of coffee with free refills. The staff isn't very accommodating, they won't provide tea even if you pay the 3.50. Other than that, it's pretty dated, but the dinner service has always been on time.

Great location with frequent shuttle to the airport. Very helpful and friendly front desk staff. Had snacks including veggies and dip from 5-7 on a Saturday night. Usually this period for business travelers during the week at other hotels I've been. So I was impressed.

Great hotel, staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast is a little early, from 5.30 to 9am, but they have a full amazing breakfast, some of the best breakfast I've had at a hotel. Make sure to try their customizable omlet that they cook right on the spot!

Bed was good, had a great night's sleep. Windows could partially open for fresh air, heavy drapes kept out light and noise. Shower was good with shelf and hooks and very hot water. Coffee maker did two cups at a time. Spacious two rooms. Big luggage trolly made moving our packs easy - we had a lot with gear for desert camping and both oil painting and pastels. One can walk to Cunard Tavern, 24 Orleans street. Good food and beer, helpful staff, nice relaxed ambiance.

Was disappointed I didn't get to use the pool and jacuzzi due to Covid, but understandable. The rooms were clean, up to par, and spacious. I loved the fact that there's a living room, than just a stuffed up basic room. Two flat-screens, one in the living area, and the other in the bedroom. The bathroom was nice as well. I also liked the convenience of having a 24/7 free shuttle to and from the airport which is no more than a 5min ride. And also it shuttles to the train station (@Airport Station- blue line). Though one of the drivers seemed to have an attitude driving us to the train station , I guess since it was a 7min walk to the station (he pointed out that fact), but who cares, it comes with the perks and we used it. Other than that it was a pleasant stay here.

This hotel was very good. It was very comfortable, the staff was helpful and nice.

The room was big, with two separate areas. The room had two queen beds and the living room had one queen sofa bed. We were 6 people, and we fit perfectly in the room.

The rate included free wifi in all the areas of the hotel, and a breakfast buffet, that had a very wide variety of food.

This hotel is near the airport. It included free transport to the airport.

To go to the city, you can take the subway. The station is 10 minute walk from the hotel. You have to go through a park near the hotel to get to the station. The area is very safe so do not worry when you arrive late to the hotel and have to cross the park.

The room was fine and an easy walk from the rental car return. The evening snacks were ok, but without the alcohol it seems like they could have been better. We ordered the chicken fingers appetizer with chili Thai sauce and the portion was enough for two and delicious.

Room was clean and front desk provider was friendly, but luxury hotel is quite a stretch... firstly the website states the spa and pool or closed due to covid.. when we arrived we quickly realized EVERYTHING in the hotel is closed (except of course valet parking which the hotel is apparently valet only for 55 dollars a night...to me this makes no since considering all the other regulations in place due to covid.. we should be able to park our own vehicles..they also make sure to hand you a ticket that states they aren t responsible for things stolen from vehicle or damages that may happen to vehicle in their possession..so you have no choice but to let them park it but if something happens to it oh well) .. they offer a box breakfast with either burritos, bagels, or frozen breakfast sandwiches.. my daughter chose a bagel and cream cheese.. after this we found out not only is the bagel not cooked but they have no means in the hotel to toast it..so she ate an uncooked cold bagel.. housekeeping never came to our room once the 3 days we were there to offer new towels or anything etc.. now I m not trying to be that person who comes on to complain about everything but I can tell you now I would not recommend this hotel if You re looking for accommodation at least not during this time...

Large, comfortable room and friendly staff. Even with its proximity to the airport, our room was very quiet. Don't listen to your GPS or you'll get lost-- getting there can be a little tricky. The shuttle to the airport was very convenient. The park and stay rates are decent for the area.

If you are going to take a cruise out of Boston Cruise Port this is a great location. It is close tot he airport and only a 15 minute ride to the port by Uber. You can also walk to several restaurants and there is a wind shop to get your bottle limit for the ship.

Pro: It got us a safe and clean place to crash. (At unjustifiable high price). It got us to public transportation for a wonderful day in Boston.
Cons: After reading these reviews I can't imagine how anyone, including myself, could book at this place. All the negatives mentioned are true. Worst place ever for twice the price. To negatives mentioned I add: food (other than breakfast) is almost disgusting and assistance in finding food outside was nonexistent. The towels my grandmother would have thrown out years ago. Only bad bed we had in 2 weeks of vacation (many at much more affordable hotels). Front desk was absolutely useless, unfriendly and wore socks and flip flops! Water never got hot enough for a tub bath. Lampshades were torn. Coffee machine leaked coffee all over. I had a longer list but am so relieved to be out of there I want to forget!

Fairly priced alternative when downtown rates get too high. The rooms were cleaned very well (although a bit dated). The restaurant could take awhile to seat / serve but overall the food was good for a hotel. It s located a walkable half a mile from the blue line airport exit. Memorial Park is also right next to the hotel. The park has a public track and several soccer fields.

Cozy rooms, but hotels far from the city center. Convenient if you need to stay near the airport. Also in the surrounding area there is little to do and see. Very small gym, as well as the hot tub and pool. Discreet level bar and restaurant.

Convenient location if you are doing a quick stopover on your way to the airport. Clean rooms with kitchenette. Not so easy to get a crib / pack & play for the babies. Good shuttle service to the airport. Please consider serving breakfast from earlier or preparing a bag for early travelers. Would definitely stay here again.

Spacious rooms, well serviced;

We stayed overnight near Boston Logan, and were pleasantly surprised. The room was large with a separate 'living room' with a sofa bed, desk and mini-kitchen. The bathroom was reasonably sized and the shower was clean and pleasant.
Only 5 minutes from the Airport.

They seem to be quite full so don't expect early check in or late check out. As a diamond member, I received neither. The hotel is nice/clean. My only complaint is the water restrictors they put on faucets. The stream is a step up from a trickle! Annoying when you're trying to wash your face or clean your toothbrush...

Even though the hotel is under construction, the staff was incredibly hospitable and helpful. The room was also very clean and welcoming. Also, the hotel continues to offer a grab and go breakfast that limits touchpoints taking into consideration current events. It was very much appreciated.
