Very great and would you like to have top quality dinners than go here

They say its renovated. The rooms have water damage and smell stale. Being an honors member, I should get free bottles of water. They ran out of water at check in so I had to buy bottles =$25. The housekeeping crew didnt come around until 5 PM- spent 3 nights and never got a room cleaning. The fire alarm went off and everyone had to leave the hotel still dont know what the issue was. Then at 1130 at night the music is so loud. I called the front t desk and they told me it was from a private club and they have no control. And hung up on me!

Big hotel with age but has been renovated somewhat recently. Very good breakfast and staff has been very helpful and courteous.

Clean hotel. Included breakfast is pretty extensive. Parking can be an issue at night. Very close to 95.

Very dissatisfied with service... will call corporate to make claim as to my situation. To many things happen to explain and write. This has been my family vacation spot for last 3 years

If give it a 10/10 if I could.. It's beautiful and the breakfast buffet is so good :)

A quiet and cozy hotel, its very spacious rooms clean and newly remodeled, the common areas clean heated. It has a free bar service from 5:30 to 7pm, breakfast very good and plentiful. Only the pool area was a disaster, everything was dirty full of leaves the water level low. If they improve that they have 5 stars.

We stopped by for drinks while meeting family that were staying at the hotel. The hotel was beautiful and the staff at the bar were amazing. It was a great place to meet friends and family before a night out around Boca.

Rooms were very spacious and customer service was excellent. The breakfast is by far the best I have ever had that was complementary and omelettes made to order. There is also a happy hour at 5 that includes free beer, cocktails, wine and snack with your room. Hard to beat. Could have been a little cleaner though. There was some renovations that were being finished up which may have contributed to this.

It was a good stay, the rooms are ample and it was really peaceful, it was missing a few things that would have made it better and the food was really expensive, other than that i had a good time, customer service was really fast. Thanks a lot embassy suites.

The hotel is old and has not been updated and the rooms are the same. I had to change rooms when I arrived, because the room smelled like urine and the new room does too just not as strong. The staff has been great and the main reason I gave 3 stars. I'm disappointed in this location, usually Embassy is one of my favorites. I won't be back.

They put is in a room that was above a party that went on till midnight. We got very little rest. And to top it off they changed the check out time from 12 to 11. So they got us checking in an hour later and checking out an hour earlier. Terrrible experience at almost $300 per night. NEVER AGAIN!

Its ok as far as a hotel goes but it is showing its age. I was there when they seem to be renovating. Good service but not outstanding. Room had issues, nothing major but should not be that way. Television reception was fair.

Great hotel probably one of the best looking and overall hotels I've stayed in in the Boca area. Even the elevators were dressed up with old style posters!

Terrible hotel. Room smelled so bad, they had to put this crazy loud commercial humidifier in the room which cause us to not sleep and didnt help the smell. Pipes leaked in bathroom and flooded the floor and some clothes.

The rooms were nice and big. The provided fridge was enough to cool down my water. The overall experience was amazing.

The embassy suites was a great venue for our industry meeting. Parking was good. The facility was spacious. The room was comfortable. The sound was good. I would recommend this as a good event space.

I really enjoyed my stay here. We have a suite with a king bed and quenn sofa bed, there was a microwave and refrigerator in the room as well that came in very handy. My family and I stay here while we dropped our daughter off to college and it was fantastic. The entire staff was amazing and the free breakfast buffet was very good. They also have happy hour in the lobby where they offer select drinks and snacks to the hotel guess free of charge. The parking can be a little tight but they do have an overflow parking lot. I'm very pleased with my stay and I'd definitely stay again.

Rooms are pretty dated. There's a lot of construction.

I spent two nights in the executive suite. In general, I found the experience very good. Included breakfast was enough to satisfy my basic needs. I enjoyed the pool and gym, they are a plus. On the negative side, the only thing I can think of is location, because it takes a vehicle to move to almost anywhere in the area.

It was horrible they need new furniture, false advertising, lazy management, rude employees (especially the omelet station guy) the room had a horrible smell, they set off a fire alarm at 2 or 3.( not for us) pool was dirty the light worked on a half-side. Verrryyyy uncomfortable bed. There was mold, only one elevator worked, uncleanliness employees, not safe, also dirty minded employees(some)
And also had a lot of glass on floor in some rooms.
There is a lot of places I love and I hate this Hilton.

Nice room, free drinks in the evening and free breakfast in the morning. Pool was a bit dirty, but that's likely due to the storms over the last few days.

They are clearly going through some remodeling but it still looks beautiful inside and the rooms seem to have been updated since the last time I was there. Loved the bathroom. Great sink and shower. Fantastic breakfast in the morning till 10:30. So many options. Very comfortable stay!!

Went there for a training, our hostess got a room with a conference room connected, which was great! The staff were all super friendly and helpful, clean spaces, and the food was good. Loved the bar area downstairs, wish I could have stayed and hung out for a bit. Looked like a fun way to unwind.

They took 1.5 hours to come get the feather pillows out of our room. It is on my reservation that we have a feather allergy. I confirmed our room 24 hours in advance and called the front desk to confirm no feathers in the room. Upon check in i asked again and the clerk said there is no feathers. Upon arriving in our room there was in fact feather pillows (4) and we called down to front desk to notify them. They said housekeeping would be right there. 1 1/2 hour later the lady arrives with the foam pillows.

Everything was great I always try to stay there wherever I go. A little bit pricey but it's worth the money. There was no breakfast due to the covid 19 pandemic outbreak. It was clean and the service was good. Location was off the interstate and easy to get to.

Everything that can go wrong does go wrong. This is my second stay and I was told I would have no worries. This time, after I was promised I wouldn t have to pay the $50 incidentals fee...it still went through. The room stunk like mildew...and to top it off, our pipe underneath the sink in the bathroom started leaking. Not a trickle...no. It was POURING! Avoid this Embassy Suites at all costs!! I m a devoted Hilton member but this one I ll never stay here again! If you want to stay in this area in Boca, pick another hotel nearby.

Great location off Interstate 95. Exit Yamato and you're home in about 1 mile. Gas. Chase bank. McDonalds and Wendy's less than half mile west. Closest Publix (Spanish River) about 3.8 miles away east off Yamato and US1 South. Hotel in very private location which makes it very quiet. Front desk staff very warm, friendly and helpful if you have inquries. Breakfast is a must and evening cocktails should not be missed if you can help it! Ample parking and quick elevators just make moving around the property a breeze. Cable service is good with adult entertainment movie options on demand (GREAT selections). Beaches and shopping are also close by. Enjoy your stay. Thanks again Embassy Suites for continued excellence and hospitality.

Nice room with living area. Stayed one night only, breakfast included (it was decent). Had a cockroach and a smaller one scuttle across the area where the coffee maker is, so I didn't use it even though I wanted to.

My friend's room was infested with roaches. The first room I was given had a moldy smell and after I called the front desk, I was told that all the rooms without the smell were taken... so they knew about the issuesl and it was still given to me. They said it was due to the hurricane. I have no good comments about this hotel.

AC didn't work, we asked for engineering, but didn't fix the problems. Stayed for 3 days in chilling temperatures. Coffee machine didn't work neither. Front desk not really helpful.

The room was nice. Smaller than expected but nice. The breakfast was fresh and well stocked. The Cook was rude, slow and didn't cook breakfast as requested on both days we stay. The snacks during wine tasting were not desirable. The bartender who took individual drinks could have been more informative especially since we asked him what was available. The maid didn't clean our room (not sure why we didn't put out service sign) We called for towels & replenished services and she acted as if she didn't want to give them to us when she arrived.

Good hotel in Boca located right by I95, corporate parks and restaurants. Breakfast buffet was good had a nice variety of food and staff was friendly. I received a corporate rate so for the money I spent I give it 2 thumbs up. I would stay again for short travel. If you're looking for more amenities at hotel like big pool area and things for kids, it's probably not the best choice. Business travel definitely.

Nice breakfast and friendly staff, but the room looks like The Hangover was filmed in it. Torn bed headboard, beat up and frayed ottoman, door stops falling off. Good grief.

The room itself was fine, but the managent and staffing were sub-par. We had 2 queen suites booked for the weekend and then one was given away to another party, which we found out because we were walking by and we saw them going into one of OUR rooms with a working card key, so WE had to change rooms (luckily there were no valuables left in there). The rooms we did have were unclean, food bits, stains, and the cups were unwashed, as well as a dirty knife we found under the pull-out couch. We called to get more towels later on Saturday night so we can shower and never recieved them, even after phoning the front desk again to see if they were coming. Another thing, the hotel is under renovation, which did not bother us too much, but the construction noises can be pretty loud. Also, one of our neighbors had two infants, but since the renovations called for installing sliding glass shower doors instead of tubs, she had to wash her children in a different room altogether. Overall unhappy with the management, I have stayed at other Embassy hotels before and this one was nice but the people were not.

I was at the hotel September 19 thru 22 for a Church Connvocation and we went to use the jacuzzi and the water was cold. While out there waiting we made three service calls and no one never showed up. We waiting out there for two hours and they decided to come out after we left. All they did was put a yellow rope around the area. I've always enjoyed going there, but this time I was disappointed.

Torn head board, streaky mirrors, the bathroom with poor light and grunge in floor corners. Breakfast scrambled eggs, bacon an waffles were not even slightly warm. The whole place was dark and dingy blown out lights in dining atrium. Won't be back.

This place doesn't live up to the other Embassy Suites I've stayed at. The room had a STRONG musty moldy odor. The hotel kind of felt like I was in a jailhouse. I left within 1 hour of being there and will never go back.

Large hotel, tight parking. GPS has difficulty directing me to the weird location. My room was musty, had dirty carpets and furniture that was tired and worn. One of the room phones didn't work and the bathtub was plugged. Maintenance was prompt and did their best to address the issues, but if this room is typical, it's time management sinks some money in gutting the rooms and redoing them.

Great showrooms, and staff.. events are so easy to have here..

The check-in was quick and easy. I haven't stayed here in a couple years and the renovations were quite nice to the dining area and the lobby and the rooms. I found it to be very comfortable and enjoyed my stay. Breakfast was tasty and the only thing I probably would have liked was a slightly better omelette.

I am satisfied with my stay. The architecture and internal layout are both very impressive and staff has been very friendly. The hotel has a free shuttle service up to a 3 mile radius from the hotel; pick ups also available. This distance sounds small and of course there is much to visit further out; however, I was pleasantly surprised by how much was available in this distance including a public beach, many restaurants, and a shopping mall or two. The complimentary breakfast has a hot buffet, cold selection, and made to order eggs and pancakes. Room service and meals are available all day and my one order was quite tasty. On the downside, our room was pretty small. We had plenty of space for the stay but it seemed to be crammed to the max with a bit too much furniture. There were a couple unsightly marks and stains on a few walls and I'd definitely say most areas are due for renovation. Overall it was a pleasant stay but the one downside is definitely my room which is where I would have preferred to feel most comfortable. I gave the hotel 3 stars. I'd rate it 5 stars for the amenities, but I took away 2 because of my room

This was the first time that I was disappointed with my stay at a Hilton Property. I stayed 2 separate nights and had to change rooms twice. The carpet had multiple stains and in another room the carpet was damp with a very bad smell that triggered my allergies.. eventually I was given a satisfactory room. The restuarant service was deplorable, I sad for almost 20 minutes then finally had to go and ask for assistance.. I waited another 25 minutes for my appetizer, only for the server to ask me what had I ordered...then another 20 minutes for a cobb salad with shrimp instead of chicken and bacon, that was $13 but was charged an extra $12.95.. for 6 pieces of shrimp...then the server gave me an attitude because I requested an extra honey with lemon and a spoon for my tea...of which she brought me back a dirty spoon with butter on it... I was extremely disappointed, this was the worst experience I've ever had at a Hilton Property...

Rooms are good not Fantastic. The Front desk crew is Fantastic however!

The staff was great but the room was horrible. First when we checked in my kid found bugs in the sofa bed, so they moves us. Ok, this was no better because the sofa has dried blood on it and the restroom is very nasty. Dried blood in the toilet, hair in the corner, mold in the tub. It's just nasty and I had to endure this because I didn't have another 500 dollars to spend on another room. I was just suck. Will never stay here again.

I was invited to a dinner that was organized by my sister's college . The place was nice and the service was amazing ... Loved their food ...

I enjoyed my stay. The dining area had been remodeled recently and looked very nice. The rooms were nice overall but the carpet could have done with a cleaning, as I noticed a couple stains.
