Caroline the waitress is terrible with customer service
She was rude and wasn't accommodating at all. I would never stay at this hotel especially with employees of this calibur

I stay here every year with my church. But this the hotel staff was completely awesome. Ms. Gwen, Juliene and lauren were on top of everything. This trio work wonders. I love the new look of the hotel.

Clean, spacious room, friendly staff, good hearty breakfast.

Service was slow, bedroom tv remote was missing. Can't replace with working one. Overall it's okay. Breakfast was good

What a great experience Very clean rooms . Very good service .. i asked where i can get good really good food for delivery and they reffired me to call bella nonna gourmet pizza .. nice good coice they delivery right to my room and 1 never had to leave my room .. tHanks you so much and for recording Bella nonna. Good job staff.

Room was ok, not much of a veiw out of the window, breakfast didn't start until 6:30 am, so no coffee or hot chocolate for us early birds.

Disgusting Smell in the rooms- Potent Stench of Mold/Mildew. The air in the rooms is extremely humid. They re clearly having an issue with water damage. They Shouldn t even let people reserve the rooms if they can t take care of the problem. The excuse was somebody left the sliding door open! Really? In all 10 rooms that STINK and are humid? ( we were a large party and ALL 10 rooms had the same problem.m, some worse then others. Filthy Hotel, Rude Staff.

This has been a complete disaster.....the website says they are an upgraded hotel. If this is upgraded, I would hate to see what it was before. We arrived right at midnight and when we opened the door, the room smelled AWFUL...like a really bad mildew smell. Reported it to the front desk and they said they would try to put us in a different room. We waited for about two hours, and decided to TRY and get some rest/sleep and deal with it in the morning. Got in the beds and the sheets and pillows were damp on not just one bed, but both doubles and the pullout. Called the desk again and they had someone bring up some sheets for US to remake the beds after traveling on the road for over 12 hours with an infant. Really???? The carpets were filthy, the vents above the bed were full of thick black dust or mildew....this is how Hilton runs their hotels now???? Our reservation was for three nights costing us close to $500, and that was the discounted price, for this??? It is now 3:04 am and I can not wait to see how this will be handled during regular business hours. I will do a follow up to this review. If I could've given it a zero rating that would be too high. Don't waste your money here....RUN!!!!!!!

AMENDED REVIEW: Well, last night was awful, but once the manager Angie heard about our experience, she did everything to accomadate our stay here. She put us in another room and it was like night and day. It didn't smell and it was 100% cleaner than the room we originally had. And the sheets and pillows were dry!! Thank you Angie, Louis at the front desk, and the Hilton rep Susan for fixing our problem. Exceptional customer service.

Late checking in Lauren was super hospitable. The breakfast chef preparing our omelletes he was awesome serving everyone with a big smile. The lady in the breakfast made sure our dirty plates where picked up. And our housekeeper was very nice. Thank you all! Please share with the line employees.

Great hotel however, with the Pandemic we're experiencing the Grab n Go breakfast was less than desirable because there was an unreasonable limit of individual meals given. I was with a group that made up 6 but they only wanted to give out 2. Exception made to give 4.

My recent stay on a hotel with my family at Embassy Suites is one of the BEST hotels with its attentive service. Room was clean. The bathroom was clean and the beds were the best part. The beds were nice and comfy. Also I loved the way they had towels arranged in the gym. Overall this is great for kids and family. Hot Breakfast was excellent.

Embassy Suites never disappoints. It as comfortable as being home. Great staff, everything you could ask for.

Staff was very friendly and helpful however the bathroom shower tiles were visible dirty. Please make a note to cleaanimg crew as it makes you feel dirty even after taking a shower. Awesome Supper and breakfast. Thanks for having us.

Room Phone did not work, Garbage was outside of room, room was 80 degrees and when I called to ask about temperature and garbage they told me they would bring in a handyman when the entire hotel is empty of people. Lends itself to a very creepy vibe. Considering I'm paying over 200 dollars a night here I am unimpressed. Also I pay extra to be a Hilton's Honors member, and be on the 7th floor, this is not what I expected from the Hilton. Manager comped room but I would still never come back

Friendly staff. The beds were not comfortable and the still allow smoking in some of the rooms and it was unpleasant walking past those rooms. Included breakfast was decent. Probably wouldn't stay here again.

Yes large rooms but large old rooms that have not seen any fashion updates for decades. Even the toiletries are from the 80's.

Great room for our family of 6. Soft pillow, clean room, & nice heated pool. Staff was super friendly and had a very nice open be manager's reception with Shirley Temples for kiddos and snacks like chips, pretzels, salsa, etc. Breakfast was delicious and cooked to order, breakfast meats variety of pastries and baked goods & egg dishes, French toast, fruit, yogurt, oatmeal & cerealsplus your choice of juices, milk, coffee & sodas. This is why Embassy Suites are our favorite!

My roommate and I went to Embassy Suites to a class on flipping houses. It is a really nice hotel.

Staff was friendly and helpful. It is in olderr facility and showed its age in a few areas. There is a musty smell in the room that fades if you're able to open a window or run the AC. It's nice to have a small balcony area off the room. Plenty of meeting space for businesses and gatherings in the area. On site food was good, but service is slow. Room was clean and start timely during my week there. Overall good experience.

It has no entertainment, no music in the pool and the staff lacks training.

Dirty trash was everywhere and wasn't picked up. The room smelled of mold. Looks great but wouldn't recoomend staying there. The two stars is for the one nice staff member.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, inviting public areas and nice happy hour. Ramona from Hunduras at EmbassyRamona from Hunduras at Embassy Suites is the greatest! Suites in Boca Raton is the greatest! I felt welcomed as a single traveler and will definitely stay here again.

The rooms were good. Carpet does carry a bad smell though.

Visited a Networking Meeting. The Buffet breakfast is really good, and the location the Hotel Provides is very clean.

Bar and restaurant was nice to have and service was great
