Elmbrook General Dentistry Review

My nightguard was not working for me. I came in to see if I could have a new replacement made since the old one no longer was working. They worked me in the same day and now I will be able to have a new one I a week. No painful teeth and jaws Yea!!!!

The most professional dentist office that I've experienced in many years. Dr. Hackbarth is truly knowledgeable and professional in his practice in Dentistry.

They have the state-of-the-art equipment.

I have been a long time patient for probably 15+ years. Never have I been disappointed and always leave in a good mood. They treat me like I m part of the family and even though we only see each other twice a year we have built a strong relationship. Highly recommended !

Jane was a good detective and found I needed more work to be done. X-rays showed I needed to have a tooth removed. She and the office gal helped me get the referral and appointment. As I was completing my teeth cleaning, I could hear the very young patient near me being asked what color tooth brush, tooth paste and "what toy" was to be selected. I looked at Jane and said I was never offered that option. I received a very nice, yellow toy air plane!!! Jane did a fine and professional job with me and was very helpful with my wife's special needs. Jim Reeve

I am about to have a stem cell transplant and needed my oral health checked ahead of time. I left it to the last week possible before calling. Not only did I get an appointment the next business day, but the visit was extremely thorough, and the letter for my transplant doctor was ready within minutes of the end of the visit with Jennifer and Dr Hackbarth. A friendly environment and very modern equipment well-trained people and a total quality experience

My family have been with Elmbrook General Dentistry for many years. The staff is friendly, professional and surely treat everyone like a beloved family member. The receptionists are always welcoming with lots of smiles. The ambience is relaxing with a classy seating area. We love the fish tank and the wonderful aroma of the my favorite jasmine tea. Service is impeccable; whether it s making an appointment , or receiving a courtesy call, we always feel valued and appreciatd as clients. I love service that goes above and beyond. I recall my wife and I were traveling out of the country for vacation, and she had to get some emergency dental work done. Our dentists ask us to share our contact information as they were concerned for us traveling out of the country having done the dental work a couple days before. About two days after arriving at our destination, we received a phone call from Elmbrook General Dentistry checking on my wife and making sure she was doing well. This is great service! The dental work was superb. I highly recommend this dentistry for your family; you ll love it! Dr. Rose and Dr. Tran thank you for always providing great service for me and my family.

Everyone here is so kind and do such a great job. I hadn t been to the dentist in an embarrassingly long time, and no one was judgmental about that. They had me come in for a two part cleaning and took great care of me, were gentle, and talked to me about what to do going forward. Dr. Tran, Rikki, Kathy, and everyone else here are wonderful.
