I used Print-on-demand for two of my 7 self-published books (one long-listed for a major award). One was a limited edition HB with several interior illustrations: photographs and artwork by two artists, one a professional. the other was a PB by a fellow member of my writing group with a cover design by the same professional artist. The presentation of both products was top quality in every way, especially the artwork. I also find the staff very helpful, patient and willing to give guidance in choosing the best publishing option for a particular book which can sometimes be confusing even for an experienced author as I have recently found.

Best book place in the UK. Good affordable prices and the quickest book printed ever. Will be returning!

We have been with PODW since 2012 and remain happy with that relationship. We order directly through our Account Manager rather than online as this fits better with our business and is a seamless process. It is our close working relationship with our Account Manager which is fundamental to our business and we value the effort, care, attention, and commitment which she gives to us.

The pricing and quality of prints is pretty good - issues can arise but they are prompt to respond to emails and assist in resolving them.

Just started working with Printondemand-Worldwide and I am very impressed with the whole process. We are reproducing some of our out of stock publications and needed a high-quality finished article. The Business Development Manager, Curtis Roberts-Argrave, has helped reproduce the original oversized saddle stitched publication to a neat, perfect bound format with superb results. We plan to send more titles to be reproduced in the coming days!

I communicated throughout the entire process with one person. That person is your Business Development Manager (Curtis Roberts-Argrave). I am extremely pleased to have been able to deal only with one person throughout the whole process. Curtis was VERY helpful at all stages of the discussion about ordering, placing a dual order and completion of the order. I felt that I was in safe hand at all times. Any future order our organisation may make will be based on his excellent performance.

Don't use if you need a fast turnaround. They advertise 7-10 days on their website but it took them over a month to dispatch my order. Nice customer service that kept reassuring me and promising a quick finalisation which wasn't the case. Won't use again.

Absolutely awful experience with PODWW on our first book.

Extremely poor lapses in communication, continued "machine-breakdowns" when deadlines are approaching and very poor quality printing with a great level of disparity in quality amongst numerous copies of the same publication.

Overall, for the price we have paid combined with the service/print-quality received, I would be certain in not recommending PODWW to any of my colleagues and peers.

They attempt to give the impression of a caring company who put you, the authors, right at the centre of the process, yet when they continually make mistakes, promise phone calls/emails that don't materialize and fail to meet deadlines on numerous occasions, you are left with a feeling of quite the contrary.

1/10 - I would not return. Very poor.

Customer service team are always prompt and most helpful with all enquiries and print queries throughout the process. The service from Jen was excellent, and I will certainly use them again soon. The print quality was also fantastic, couldn't recommend more. Thanks!

I highly recommend this company. I have used their services for a couple of publishing projects where the print specifications were not 'standard' specification, and I found the customer service team and the production team to all be very helpful and responsive to questions. The publisher's interface presents all the information about sales and orders and I was able to use it to manage the distribution a charitable crowd-funded project.

You might have the best book distribution service and the best book promotion service etc., but none of that matters if you do not have a UK-based printer like Printondemand-worldwide. The quality of the paper and printing is superb, and their treatment of our clients who can buy their books directly at contract rates is superb. The service we have had for years has always been superb, and I can recommend them wholeheartedly to anybody.

I have used Printondemand-worldwide for many years, and its current standards of printing (paperback & hardback) are very high, comparable to any in the marketplace. The new imprint 'Upfront publishing' offers a distinct brand, and the friendly account management works very well. This service provides an author with a sympathetic personal contact -much appreciated in the lonely process of writing. The optional promotional material, provides plenty of ideas to promote any book. I would seriously recommend this service to anyone.

Even with the restrictions of this wretched CV19 virus, and some unanticipated printing process production issues, PODWW produced a fine book for me - with multiple, sharp, high quality colour images, and, beautifully rendered mono type.

I requested 2 proofs - to gauge different Hardback types.

PODWW do not provide a customer friendly service. They do not provide quality books every single time. You will be lucky if they adhere to the size of your files and if you want the pages to stay put - go somewhere else. If you want to use a reliable company PODWW are not the company for you. They will deliver poor quality products, miss delivery deadlines, be rude and unhelpful. They may even increase the book cost at a moments notice. Avoid.

I have been using PODWW ever since it started and have found them to be an excellent company with a superb service. The quality of the printing is very high standard and this is reflected in the reviews from my own clients with the quality of my training materials.
