Went on a Saturday night, the place was not even half full and packages are overpriced, they also make you buy a package to sit on a table. I dont mind if it is expensive if the place is fun and theres good music and dancing, but it was a let down.

You come here with a reservation confirmed TWICE and when you get to the door they tell you they don't have you down on the list. Then you see a lot of weird people coming in and out without reservations. This place is corrupt, dysfunctional, nothing works, ghetto and it all comes down to who you know not to satisfy it s customers.

Nothing really special about this place, but we all had a good time.

The hookah lounge is very nice. The music was good but the owner does not keep his word. We agreed on a firm price of 750 when we received the bill it was 1202 dollars plus they over charged all of our cards. If you want to go to a hookah lounge to be ripped off or taken advantage off this is the place. I was so disappointed. The owner specifically said if I have any issues to go speak to him and he wouldn't even look me in my face. I felt highly disrespected. I wouldn't even recommend this place to my worst enemy! Stay away from here.

If I could give 0 I would, literally over charged me and then had the right to say you want me to give you money back on a bottle you drank just horrible service I m all set with that I ll smoke my hookah at home.

Last weekend we were accommodated I originally had asked for a booth and people pulled out, employee Stephanie work it out got us a stand up table very good service .

Ive never been inside this place, security denied me and my friends at the door. First excuse was were closed then i told him it says on google you close at 2am then he said we hit capacity. As we were getting into our cars, a group of girls went up to the front door and they let them in. So well never attempt to come here again.

The club is lit the dj was good. And the amount of bottles purchased was kinda crazy. Not me personally but in general

They had at least 40-50 people waiting outside in the freezing cold for over an hour before telling us that it was at full capacity and we had to wait for people inside to leave for us to be able to come in. They even had people that had reservations for tables waiting outside. THEY didn t even get priority. And those tables are well over $300. It was my cousins 21st birthday and we were looking forward to spending it here and they totally ruined it. There was no communication whatsoever with the patrons and the staff on what was going on inside. They definitely tried to get every penny they could and that s really sad. If I could give them less than 1 star I promise you I would. Don t waste your time!

Service was actually gd even tho it was a slow night music was great so was the vibes and the food. Definitely coming back

This place is a great spot for hookah & drinks. They have great selection of shisha flavors and bottle service deals. Plus there is a smoke shop next door if you ever want to buy your own hookah! I never get bored with the music because they change DJs every weekend! The bottle girls know how to put on a show! Great staff and customer service, everyone was really nice. I love how when I need something the waitress is always on top of it. I highly recommend everyone that wants to have a good time to come to this lounge.

This place has a dope atmosphere, the service is phenominal and the waitresses are all beautiful. Great music and big selection of hookah and drinks. Highly recommend Arlette as your waitress she was amazing and made our night.

Had a great time celebrating a friends bday here. Hookah, drinks and great music. I wish the lounge was bigger because most of the people were up dancing instead of sitting but there are so many seats and not enough space for dancing. Other than that I would definitely go back even though it s a little drive from Boston. Def recommend!

Dont waste your money or time, lack of communication we reserve a reservation when arrived they stated online reservations are the stand up table,okay my husband and i said ok thats no problem. we literally was standing there no one services us. bad customers service. we decided to go to the bar to buy our drinks due to no one coming to our table to serve us. we order 2 drinks and Hookah. after we received our hookah one of the staff stated who is our servers i told her we didnt have anyone to serve us so we decided to go the bar to order drinks and Hookah. Then her replied is This table is reserved and we will need to relocate she had a nasty attitude. manager was not helpful at all. i will never returned to this place i wish i could give this place a 0 stars worst place i have encountered stay away rude staff no type of customer service

Good atmosphere, it makes you feel like you're in Boston. I didnt like 2 things about this place. 1. Its not a hookah lounge, it's a smoke whatever you want lounge. There was weed, cigars, cigarettes and etc. Not my idea of a good time. 2. Better ventilation, All the smoke is just mixed together and it makes you not even want to order a hookah.

So we went to the place and he said that they do not have coffee and there is coffee on the menu .
The waiter said that they have tea but he is not making it since he is not feeling well !!!
And they are going to close in 1 hr
Imagine how bad is this place and how bad is the service

The price of admission on website states free which you end up paying a cover charge. Upon arrvial my online reservation for a table was not updated in their system, but was escorted to a stand up table that was unstable. After purchasing a $100 dollar hooka and 2 drinks, my guest and I were told we have to spend and additional $100 to for a bottle in order to stay at the table we've been escorted to. My mood has changed (badly) once a manager came out to discuss the situation. The demeanor of this individual was threatening and the thought of compensation us for purchasing an item as big a lamp at the cost $100 bottle didn't matter. Being kicked from a table to try and hold a hooka and my drinks was uncomfortable and impossible to enjoy myself. I have spent 30 mins to get to this location and only spent 25 mins there wasting $140.

This place is all about money and no customer service.

It's a $20 cover charge to get in, which for the area is high, but it is one of the only surviving hookah lounge's around. As soon as you walk in, you'll notice that, just like other's have mentioned, it's a smoke whatever you want lounge. There was cigarettes', cigars, weed, vapes...you name it. (This will be relevant later on.)
Our table, which for what it is, was in no shape or form VIP or private as we were crammed in with the rest of the crowd all night. We had ordered hookah service and bottle service which did take a considerable amount of time to get to the table. We had no issues about that, as we were enjoying the music.
Shortly after receiving the bottle and hookah service, the fire alarm goes off.
This is probably due to the poor ventilation and the numerous amounts of other unmonitored vapors in the air. We decided that it only made sense to wait it out, as our table still hadn't finished the now missing bottles that were ordered for the table (the service takes the bottles with them and periodically return for refills). After half an hour of no music, no drinks and a blaring alarm, the service goes around issuing everyone their bills IN FULL. They stated the issue would be fixed in a few moments and they were just being preemptive about payouts as the lounge would be closing in two hours. We decided to wait.
45 minutes went by and the alarm was still blaring, the service came back around urging people to pay as they were now closing! This is when issues started. They were forcing people to pay full prices for what was now a portion of the services rendered.
I get it. Bad nights happen in any establishment, but to demand your patrons pay full price after having delivered a third of the services was at best mediocre and sketchy.
Never returning.

First off it was fun, in a could stop the ringing in my ears the next day kind of way. White walls and fiber optic special changing color effects. Wild hookahs with aqauriums under them. Drink prices that depended on the bartender, and a DJ that loved to talk over the music!

This was not your tapestry hookah lounge it was something much much different. Food No, Drinks Ok, Hookahs inspired.

Figured I d go and smoke, get drinks. Was made to wait til 11 because it s full. Walked in at 11. Paid $20 for admission. Ordered right after. Waited to 11:28 until i got the bottle and hookah. Told the owner who told me to figure out who the waitress is cause he doesn t. She cane back w the bottle. I asked about the hookah and was told they don t have the head. I ordered a regular hookah and 7 min later watched a table that was there maybe 3 min get there s. 5 min later mine came. They take the bottles and you have to trust they bring you the right one back. Music was good but i don t think I ll come back.

Good Crowd! Good staff! Great music! And of course great wings! Hookah Flavors are to die for!!! I recommend this place to anyone that would like to have a great time!

Vanessa was the individual who took care of the crowd i came in. 5 of us and we are very picky and adamant about the way we drink and smoke our hookah. She took care of all our needs and extras. The lounge itself was very clean and we all had a great time. I would recommend this place to anyone trying have a good time and enjoy the night.

Best hookah lounge around! Very spacious and elegant. The service is awesome! Highly recommend to anyone who's looking to enjoy their night, along a great group of people. Will be visiting soon.

Couldn't get the fruit head hokaah to work so we had to convince the hokaah guy that it wasn't working and get him to remake our hookah. We still had a great time and everyone was very friendly after that incident.

I came to this this place to celebrate The Holi Festival and was just amazing, really good DJ, good food and nice place.

$20 cover for a crappy Spanish club with tobacco smoke.... Don't waste your money or time. Terrible service and everything is extremely over priced. Expect them to go out of business this year = that is what the menu screams when I read it. Ten thumbs down

Great spot, very good music (diverse) although a bit pricey.

Hands down great atmosphere, fancy lounge and greats people. They have reasonable bottle packages. Hookahs is a must try they have any flavor you can think of. Staff is very good looking and service is on point. They have a variety of DJs so music is always great! Highly recommended place to go to.

This place is overcharge galore. Their drinks are overpriced and so are the hookas. I used two card when I went. The drinks (advertised at $13 dollars each) and I got a tab of $47 dollars when I purchased just 3 drinks. 3 *13 is not 47, is 39 and 8 dollars tax? absolutely not possible. My credit card was also overcharged with $21 dollars that I did not pay or authorize at all. My debit was also ran for $91 when a fruit hooka was advertised at $55 dollars. I complained about the hooka price and they couldn't explain why the overcharge but they also didn't fix it.

The Girls are nice , I love the vibee I come here all the time it's my Favorite hookah bar , My Favorite flavor is blueberry mint, they have a great food menu too !! Love this hookah bar They are worth the time and money. Definitely love the crowd too a lot of good looking people.

I called a day in advance, reserbed a table, then called again 20 minutes before getting there to confirm the table and they said yes, my reservation was all set, when I get there, there was no reservation made. Then they had the nerve to tell me that sometimes they do not make reservations if the person does not sound serious ? ! How does a person sound serious about a party table?? Anyways, i tried staying but service was sluggish, waitresses all had attitudes, and the music wouls either be too loud or inaudible. I do not recommend.

Drove one hour away to get to Elixir Lounge to just stand in the rain. The parking lot is small. There was no parking. Had to park in front of someone s house. I waited in line in at the lounge just to stand in the rain for an hour. After waiting in line for an hour in the rain I left. My jacket and hat got wet. They were letting people cut in and go in while people were waiting on line in the rain. This place doesn t care about you. I m from New York and I m used to going to crowded lounges. This place wasn t even crowded to have you wait in line for an hour. I would not recommend anyone to go to this place.

Expansive but good vibes and club theme for more luxurious crowd

The owner definitely did great with this place. Very popular on the weekends. Although this place is pretty small, it has a very glamorous feel. Waitresses wear thongs and body suits for uniforms, so if your not comfortable seeing ass everywhere it may not be the place for you but overall this is a fun place and the hookahs are huge with great flavors.

the food was good and the hooka was good to but the only thing was vwhen i parked for VIP first they charged me $8 and i was like okay thats fine and then when i was done and went to the guy to get my car he said its going to be $51, and i was like seriously 51 dollers just to get my car back. i was not happy with that, they could at least put a sign or something

Guy words cannot describe how unvelieveably sickening it is that these people can charge you 18 dollars for a shot of Jameson and have the audacity to think that that is appropriate. And the champagne glasses are PLASTIC... yea plastic...

Absolutely silly pricing. $45 for a hookah? You can buy literally buy a brand new one (to own) for that price. Maybe they can get away with charging outrageous pieces because they are banking on ignorance

Elixir Hookah Lounge is a great place to smoke hookah comfortably and have a drink or two (ventilation here is like no other place I have been to, smoke never lingers around me or do I go home ever smelling like smoke) You could also go in and buy a bottle or two if you are in the mood for it. We all have to remember that this is a business and businesses need to make money which is understandable when it comes to the weekends and vips go for 1-5 bottle minimums. The prices are great unless you want to spend more and go to Boston and pay 600-800 for one bottle..... Sounds crazy. The staff is super nice & attentive. If you're celebrating a birthday and you let your waitress know they will put on a great show for you! (Yes capacity stinks but everywhere has capacity just make sure you get there EARLY on the weekends, it's a safety/emergency hazard having too many people in one place and I'd personally rather be safe than sorry).

They had our group waiting outside for almost an hour when someone had PAID BIRTHDAY RESERVATIONS! Usually if you make reservations you get to go right in to your table. More upsetting was that the bouncers proceeded to let in 5 or more ladies who just walked up ahead of us. We finally did go in & made the best of what was left of the night but I'd never pay to get in there again

Poor customer service.... first, place says closes at 2am, then after we sit and got our order he tells us they close at 9. Second, we asked for coffee, he says no because I don t feel well . Third, people walked in at 8:15 and he refused to let them sit and refers another place. Fourth, very rude and a lot of attitude when we ask for more service. Wouldn t recommend this place at all. Don t waste your money here. He said he isn t feeling well but he s sitting here smoking his own hookah.

Elixir Hookah Lounge was great. The venue is clean, atmosphere was positive, and the service is amazing. I had Chabeli as a server and she was arguably the best server I've ever had. Chabeli was very polite, informational, attentive, and down to earth. I definitely recommend this lounge to anyone visiting the Boston area or lives in the Boston area. And when you go, request Chabeli.

Place is great, staff are nice but the prices go up from one week to the other. Entrance was $10, i went the following week and it was 20. Not cool

This place is nice because it feels like something you would expect in a big city like Boston but it's located in a small town . Honestly this place is great except for the high price tag and because it is far away from any other nightlife so it's very inconvenient to bar hop you need to drive at least 20 minutes to the next good bar/club. I did not like having to valet my car especially around here it was an unnecessary expense , next was the cover charge was really high , I had spent almost $40 before I had even gotten a drink. Again that is not expensive if we were talking about Boston or NYC but Methuen Ma , really ? I have to say the atmosphere was on point though nice bar , lights , waitresses ,and all of that . one of the downsides though is that the bar is really small and all the tables (and trust me there are a lot) are reservation only with a few hundred dollar minimum. And just to clarify I have no problem spending money on a good night out . but again were talking about Methuen Ma . There is very few places to sit if you are getting hookah so you better come early and grab a seat at the bar or buy a table. The next thing is the the tiny dancefloor, now I don't know what the legal capacity is for this place but I can tell you if it is at capacity I estimate only around 1/4 of the people in there will be able to fit on the dancefloor at any one given time as they used the rest of the space for tables (but It really doesn't matter since most people there don't dance anyway ). The only other issues I had were with the general people that go there seems like everybody trying to flex and not even trying to have a good time. On the plus side the drinks are awesome and they have some pretty creative ones and for what you are getting they are a good price. Also service was excellent , the bartender was asking us if we needed anything every 10 minutes or so , I never felt like I had to wait for a drink. Also hookah was great , great selection fast service. My suggestion to the owner would be to get rid of valet it's really not needed , play more dancehall music or just dance music in general , have a strict dress code and enforce it , and promote a more dance upbeat atmosphere so more ladies will come out , right now it's more dudes from Lawrence trying to flex wearing a hoodie standing next to the dancefloor with their shades on. Will I come back ? Yes I'll wait it out a few months and try again but for now I'm going to Boston or Lowell . 4 stars for trying something different up here and bringing some much needed nightlife , it is a great plan it just needs to be better executed.

Ive never been to a bar where gratuity is automatic on a bill...but judging from the horrible service they depend on drunk ppl not realizing the 100% OPTIONAL 15% gratuity they put on your bill. I will NEVER go to this over priced lame bar again.

I had such a great experience last night. My waitress Chabeli was super attractive with her gorgeous smile. Amazing service! She did not leave our side the entire night. She was super friendly and tended to our needs. Chabeli made suggestions in regards to drinks and the various hookah flavors. She was very efficient as she immediately served our drinks after we finished our cups. At our next celebration we hope to have her be our waitress. She is awesome!!!! The environment was comfortable and the pricing reasonable. Also the chicken was to die for, she had them ready to go. We will be back soon!

Worst ever service not a good place at all very disappointing

When they first opened this was my favorite place. But now they are way over priced and the quality of the product has dropped. The clientele they attract is not my cup of tea. Oh well, all good things come to an end.

For the price you pay for VIP, so expensive that you're better off going to a place in Boston, Quincy or East Bridgewater which is cheaper. The couches are too low & very uncomfortable. Not worth the drive or time. V.I.P is so tight that you & your group could barely dance without bumping into eachother.
