Customer service was terrible. We called to make reservations & the girl had an attitude. After we made the reservations we drove 40mins to get there. Only for (shesabarbie) or should I say Jamilia to say our name isn t on the list. We clearly made the reservations with her & she had the same attitude as the person on the phone. Then she said all the tables are booked. After that, I asked to speak to the manager & she claimed she was one. I don t know what kind of place she running but she needs to find a new job. With that kind of service she is gonna loose Elixir money & business.

I'm only giving two stars for the music and our server (she was really nice). Other than that, I will never go back there with my family or friends. The place is REALLY SMALL and their so called VIP areas are a joke. I reserved an area for 11 people with 2 hookahs and 4 bottles. When we got there and saw our area we just stood there with our mouths open. The booth was literally only big enough for 4 people so most of us had to stand. They did not try to accommodate us. The place closes at 2am; by 12ish, the fire alarm went off and we all had to leave. How a fire alarm goes off at a hookah spot I don't know. They didn't try to reimburse us or anything claiming that we still got serviced. I'm sure plenty of people walked out without paying their tabs though. Overall, I would not return.

The waste longue ever i went. They have organized an event which literally has to start at 11:30 but it didn't even started even after 2hours they said. They gonna have buffet as per them but no food at all, got vexed up and ordered food finally..lols they didn't even get our food before 45mins. No one even bothered to get some water for us though we have asked for, thats so ridiculous and the staff left us unattended. I recommend don't ever go to any time here and the costs are also damn high..
