Elite Water Damage did a great job on my Water Damage. They did so good i even fed the guys a free piece of our prime rib.

Called on an emergency hot water heater burst. They were out very quick and took care of everything very professionally

The first crew from Elite installed their drying equipment incorrectly. My circuit breakers kept blowing over a holiday weekend, while the water spread further through the carpet and up the walls. This caused further damage to possessions, walls and carpet, and the resulting mold and mildew infused the house.

I could not reach the company office or my representative, George, for four days.

I'd asked to have the wet carpet removed when they arrived, and was refused. Later, I was told they didn't know the carpet was padded. That's something you would think professional carpet removers should recognize, especially when it's wet and squishy.

The second crew installed the equipment correctly, but refused to remove the formerly-wet carpet and walls. I paid out-of-pocket to remediate the remediators.

The estimator Thomas F was professional, knowledgeable and very patient and walked me through the entire process of what needed to be done. The staff who came out to do the actual work were on-time, professional and left the work area in my house spotless. I contacted them again ~ a month later with a concern about the work they had done and was given an appointment within 48 hours. Again Thomas F came out to my house on time and addressed my concern, which turned out to be nothing. However, he addressed my questions and even reviewed the work done by his workers on the previous visit. I cannot tell you how appreciative I was of their effort to ensure that the quality of their work met and exceeded my expectations. After a few bad experiences of having contractors do work on my home and being disappointed, Thomas and his staff definitely restored my faith in humanity. I would definitely give this company high marks in terms of their professionalism and quality of work. I would also consider using them again if the need were to arise

Arrived over 3.5 hours later than promised, and were no help. Quoted way more than what was mentioned on the phone and we had already done a lot of the work before they even arrived.

They got all the water out but that s about it!! They agree to get rid of the damaged items in the basement but the did not .. they basement still smell like water but they said it wouldn t .. they didn t clean up at all basically that just set up blower and left and then pick up blowers and left ... terrible service !!

I had a flood in my basement. When I called elite water damage they came very quickly on a Sunday and where nothing shot then amazing. Very caring and compassionate with all my belongings and very respectful to my house. Glad I chose them and would definitely use them again. Would Highly recommend them to my friends and family

A few weeks ago our bathroom got flooded and it damaged the bottom portions of our walls and flooring.

After finding these guys on Google. Doron and his team were out to our house within 30-35 minutes and got the water out and replaced the water damaged walls and flooring. Couldn't be more thankful because they got the job done well and fast. Thanks guys!

I called Elite Water Damage Restoration when I had a leak behind the wall in my laundry room. Hector Velasquez came out within an hour, and immediately got on the job of taking out the sopping carpet, baseboards, etc., and installing machines to dry the room out. He worked until 9:00 pm the first night. After 6 days the restoration is complete, and you would never know anything happened. Hector is honest, fair, and very reasonable. Plus I trust him in my home anytime. I strongly recommend Elite!
