The first crew from Elite installed their drying equipment incorrectly. My circuit breakers kept blowing over a holiday weekend, while the water spread further through the carpet and up the walls. This caused further damage to possessions, walls and carpet, and the resulting mold and mildew infused the house.

I could not reach the company office or my representative, George, for four days.

I'd asked to have the wet carpet removed when they arrived, and was refused. Later, I was told they didn't know the carpet was padded. That's something you would think professional carpet removers should recognize, especially when it's wet and squishy.

The second crew installed the equipment correctly, but refused to remove the formerly-wet carpet and walls. I paid out-of-pocket to remediate the remediators.
