The referral I received to try Elite Water Damage Restoration proved to be invaluable. The estimator Thomas F was professional, knowledgeable and very patient and walked me through the entire process of what needed to be done. The staff who came out to do the actual work were on-time, professional and left the work area in my house spotless. I contacted them again ~ a month later with a concern about the work they had done and was given an appointment within 48 hours. Again Thomas F came out to my house on time and addressed my concern, which turned out to be nothing. However, he addressed my questions and even reviewed the work done by his workers on the previous visit. I cannot tell you how appreciative I was of their effort to ensure that the quality of their work met and exceeded my expectations. After a few bad experiences of having contractors do work on my home and being disappointed, Thomas and his staff definitely restored my faith in humanity. I would definitely give this company high marks in terms of their professionalism and quality of work. I would also consider using them again if the need were to arise
