Elite was honest and saved me a trip charge by suggesting they come out with a replacement part they had to special order. The tech had good communication skills and technical knowledge. Very happy with work done.

it took me 3 companies to find ELITE ACCESS Doors and Gates. Not only good value, but exceptional! Thankfully John (highly recommend) came at the top of window of service with courtesy call beforehand. Knowledgable, professional, efficient service. Gave me my options with a quote. Finally, a company who know their product. I highly recommend ELITE and John's impeccable standard in service.
UPDATE: Editing this review due to a second interaction I had with this company. After only 30 days from my initial service call, our gate stopped working again. I was told they offered a 90-day warranty on service and parts so I called to have them come back out to diagnose the issue. A different tech came and suddenly it was a completely different issue than the first time. Hmm... They tried to charge me $900 for a new circuit board which costs $300 online. THEN, when I said I didn't want the new circuit board installed, they still tried to charge me for the service call...which I was not informed about when I called to have the tech come out. He said if the current issue did not have to do with the original issue, then I'd have to pay a service fee ($255 for nothing!). I refused to pay, as no one told me that would be the case. If I knew the service call was not going to be covered then I would have called a different company to begin with. I don't trust this company and will not be using them ever again.
I'm keeping the original review below to prove that I was initially happy and they did fix the original issue (at least for 30 days). I only posted the review below because they offered 5% off the service fee if I gave a review. But it was very awkward, as they made me post the review before the tech left. So anyway, just a very strange situation.
John was extremely professional and was able to fix our gate quickly and accurately. He explained everything to me in detail which I greatly appreciated. Elite Access Doors and Gates was very responsive from the beginning and was quick to respond to our request for service. I would definitely use them again if our gate needs servicing.
