Not once was I ever told about the status of my car from a pothole incident. It's been almost 7 days and they still can't figure out whether or not it's gonna be fixed. Very disappointed in this agency. It has caused me Financial hardship while waiting to either get my car back or it be totalled. Literally stuck in another state waiting to know whether I need to get my stuff out my car or come back so now I'm making the decision myself and leaving it. Thaks for nothing elephant on you poor business practices I'll be switching to a competitor that's more proficient. Letters will be mailed from my lawyer now as well.

Been with Elephant for about 4 months now. A couple of weeks ago I needed road assistance for key lockout and getting assistance was very easy and quick. My 6 month payment for a premium coverage is very affordable. So far so good.

Unfortunately I had to file two claims on my insurance this year. One claim was for a stolen catalytic converter and the other was for a hit and run which resulted in my vehicle being a total loss. Elephant took care of the first claim within two weeks, and the total loss claim within three. I have to say that I am very pleased with the service that I received. Every process was hassle free and everyone was very knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend Elephant. Iam a very satisfied customer. Thanks Elephant!

Decided to give the company a shot after being a progressive customer due to cheaper rates having a teenage driver. This was a mistake. After being involved in a hit and run accident i immediately filed a claim. When I purchased the policy I did not purchase rental coverage, but I was used to my previous companies prompt customer service and that they seemed to have a since of urgency in dealing with repairs. Elephant has delayed the repair of my car multiple times requesting supplements from my repair facility. This should have not been the case as the repair facility wrote the original repair estimate to include the items that they wanted supplement requests for. So now the repair facility has had my car 7 weeks and is just get started on repairs. 2 car payments and 2 insurance payments without a car. To make matters worse the insurance company is still gambling on one of the repairs the dealer repair facility said was necessary won t be needed. After speaking with a manager this afternoon I was supposed to receive a call with an update. I did not receive a call. Too many other options for insurance to deal with this. And if you would like to discuss please call me. I would appreciate not receiving the generic response to email you with my concerns.

Just know your insurance goes up even when you are in incidents that are not your fault. Many companies don't do this. Also, they will not fight for your case. They only care about getting the most money they can, usually from your pocket. I have unfortunately been with them since 2017 and have finally left today. Why? I was in 1 incident this year that was not my fault. 1incident last year that was my fault.... This month my monthly fee went from $248 to $368. I called to see what they could do. And they said nothing. So I contacted Geico. I was honest about ALL my incidents. Guess what I pay with them? $242. Went right back down. Instantly. Be smart and save yourself the trouble. Also people look at you funny when you say you have Elephant..... And it's hit or miss with getting professional representatives. They take a long lunch break in middle of day when you can't get help. I could go on actually.
