Unfortunately I had to file two claims on my insurance this year. One claim was for a stolen catalytic converter and the other was for a hit and run which resulted in my vehicle being a total loss. Elephant took care of the first claim within two weeks, and the total loss claim within three. I have to say that I am very pleased with the service that I received. Every process was hassle free and everyone was very knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend Elephant. Iam a very satisfied customer. Thanks Elephant!
