Kat is a great therapist and has magical hands but this place has the worst customer service. I have been a couple times now and the woman at the desk is always rude... this time was my breaking point. We were going to upgrade from a single massage to a couples massage and do aromatherapy and salts but we didn't have the funds this month so we were going to cancel our membership and reschedule the upgraded massage for next month. However, since my appointment is 21 hours away, not 24 hours, we are getting charged a cancellation fee that costs about half the rate of a massage. That is bs and the massages are overpriced to begin with... I will no longer recommend this place to people nor attend a session ever again. Terrible customer service. THUMBS DOWN.
