Having worked with Elementel for several years and received an excellent service, I was more than happy to trust Dan and his team to install another new system which I'm happy to say is working out very well indeed!

I just want to send a note to thank the ElemenTel team for the installation of our lease line and telephone system.

From start to finish I found them helpful to work with and they seemed to genuinely care about getting it installed as soon as possible.

The installation process with Paul went very smoothly with minimal disruption, and we are very happy with the results.

We needed a telephone system we could rely on. Not having great technical knowledge I was apprehensive about who to go with. The sales representative explained everything in plain english and listened to our requirements. The installation team were really helpful, working around a busy office without hassle and the support we ve received in terms of training has been excellent. I would happily recommend Elementel.

Since our initial dealings, we upgraded to the Wlidx system. It has proved its worth completely during these difficult times when as a travel company we had to be up and running remotely. The system was set up in such a way that literally one press of a button and we were good to go. ***

Excellent experience from sales to install and aftercare. Having had our fingers burnt with a less than scrupulous company, we were very apprehensive when it came to moving to a new provider. Martin helped provide various options for what was a complex set up. We never felt pressured and appreciate the patience shown.
The team who look after the install were very good and equally as patient, and my staff were immediately at ease calling for support and hand holding when needed.

We signed up with Elementel earlier this year after speaking to them a couple of times about what they could do for our business. We now have a great VOIP phone system that gives us far more flexibility and features than that of BT for the same money we were paying to BT! Additionally, we can connect calls to our mobiles.
Not only that, but their customer service is excellent. Installation was quick and painless, they call regularly to check we are happy and make tweaks while we are on the phone. The system is backed up in case of power cuts so we don't lose our phones and for further continuity Elementel can divert calls for us remotely. They are always on hand to help and nothing seems too much trouble.
I would recommend Elementel to any business looking to upgrade their phones.
