The best guy's every fast unload my trailer only 30 minutes. Clean pleas.

OTR, been here few times. Check in at the office when they give u door back in all the way, once they brake the seal they will knock n flash light then u put up n open doors. Might ask u to wait inside while unload.

This place was awesome! I was an hour & a half early for my appointment. But they assigned me a dock Anyway, and finished unloading my trailer in about 45 minutes!

You have to be on time otherwise you gave to wait after 4:00p.or nex day
Mi appointment was setup for 1:00 they finished at 2:30

Please is terrible. Orders are wrong and/or late a lot and they have to send the merchandisers out. Southern is way better.

Very busy place. They put cars in front of the dock so its a tight 90. They have plenty of spots they could do employee parking lot but they park in front of the docks so we have tight spaces for our 72 foot trucks and trackers. Not a long wait to get unload. About 30-45 mins. But you spend a lot of time waiting on people to dock and than you have to dock. And the employees squeeze past you as your trying to dock in your blind spot. Do have a waiting area and clean bathroom you can use. Vending machines.

I wish we could order from somewhere else...worst customer service ever. When we are shorted on our order it is such a hassle to get it off bill. They used to have representatives come and check on small businesses..now just a phone call every other week. And to try and talk to someone about issues is impossible..10 minutes on hold. They do not care about small accounts.

I delivered on 5/23/18 and was there from 9am to 4pm. They take forever to unload plus they make the drivers wait in the waiting room. They will not let you wait in truck. I will not be coming back!

Shady business worst service I have every experienced and what I witness with how they treat their employees is disgusting. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!!!

The bathrooms are the cleanest I've seen at a shipper/ receiver. They gave me a door and started unloading me an hour before my appointment.

Don't come here, very bad place and lazy people.They don't care about appointment .Half day for unloading - 5 hours . Newer more. upci .

Waiting for unload 3-4 hours. they make you wait in waiting room. They have nice restrooms though. Used to be better place. Now is becoming bad as the reefer places

Regarding overnight parking-not allowed, but call receiving and he may change your appt. To help you. May be able to check in at 0530 sometimes, to avoid rush hour.

The worst company ever. No reps! No one calls! You call and everyone has attitude and they screw up orders constantly. We have no choice but to use them. It s actually embarrassing how bad they are. Even pre pandemic

How can you rate a place that you are forced to buy from .. all I know is that they can't seem to figure out how to process a credit and probably float by on customers $$

They take absolutely forever to unload trailers. My trailer was half full. I hate going here because I know I will be there for a minimum of 3-4 hours.

No parking overnight,unloading time 3 hours,bad place for delivery

They constantly mess up orders, it takes weeks for errors on their part to be picked up. Then several more weeks for you to actually get your credit! Horrible company, but unfortunately you re basically forced to use them.
