Room was small, but it is Paris and you aren't living in it. Thankful for the complimentary earplugs - the road is busy and you can hear the trains underneath. Very well situated for groceries, shopping and transportation. The breakfast was superb!

Cute little Parisian hotel very comfortable, clean, welcoming and friendly service, very close to the Montparnasse train station, well served by metro and bus, hearty breakfast, plenty of restaurants nearby. I will come back and recommend it!

Small room, tiny bathroom, only one "pillow". Maid who enters the room in the morning while we were sleeping. The room vibrates every 2 minutes because of the passing metro. Work at 8am in the room next door, therefore impossible to sleep, nobody warned us. When we told the reception: "Ah, nobody warned you?".
Price too high for the quality of our stay. We will not be returning.

Very pretty and comfortable room.

Very pretty and comfortable room.
Too bad the bathroom is small, if you want to take a romantic shower, don't think too much about it, you'd be cramped. The insulation is not great because you can hear all the noise from the doors, not to mention the metro (that's a slight drawback for me).
Positive points, a huge bed awaits you! In the top ! There is also a big TV in case the weather is bad and you can even have it delivered straight to your room which is really nice!
Apart from that, the reception staff are really warm and dynamic, a big thank you for their professionalism and their smiles

Little escapade of 24H in Paris, successful! This hotel transports you directly into the atmosphere and the Parisian charm! The location of the hotel is ideal. The +: the welcoming and smiling staff! I keep this address for my next stays in Paris!

Wasn't expecting to love this but I really did. Like most central Parisian hotels, it's bijou, but it was so well decorated and the shower was amazing. Although I do think that my enjoyment was amplified because I had a room on the third floor at the back of the hotel away from the road noise. Having said that, the metro is ever present and the rumbling ever 2 minutes might bother some people, such is the price of convenience. Overall I loved the room and the service at check in was very polite and friendly. Breakfast had plenty of selection, I'm always happy when there's some fruit and a good coffee. I stayed here for a conference at the institute Imagine which is very close, as is the Necker hospital.

Great staying experience. the only thing i wasn't happy with was the sound proof...i can hear people talking next door, or when the staff was wiping the wall...felt like wiping my own wall. That affects my sleeping quality.Other than that was all good.

Starting from the relatively cheap hotel base ( 120 per night) in the downtown area of Paris I thought it was quite good. Clean, comfortable and with good attention in goal. Obviously the low soundproofing and the small space I do not value it because in Paris it is what there is ... Breakfast I did not try it because 15 euros seemed excessive to me, having so much offer in the streets around.

Very cute boutique hotel. Staff is friendly, helpful, and speak English. They don t room service to your room and having one tiny elevator can be a bit of a pain. But still an over all good place to be. Location is also great.

!!!!!!!!!!!!THIS HOTEL IS NOT SAFE AT ALL. PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have never actually taken the time to write a review on TripAdvisor, however this one is extremely necessary. I cannot stress enough that this hotel is not safe to stay in. After saving up to make the trip to Paris before Christmas, we returned to our room to find that all of our cash, an expensive camera and my watch had been stolen. There was no broken entry to the room meaning that it must have been someone within the hotel that had committed the theft. The hotel was unwilling to call the police or even refund us for our stay - we obviously weren't going to stay there for even one night! Since leaving, the hotel have been extremely uncooperative, have refused to review the CCTV within the hotel and have also refused to replace our stolen items, even though they obviously took them from us.

After looking at other reviews, I can sadly say that this is NOT the first time that this has happened at the 'hotel' - if you can even call it that. I would not want the same thing to happen to anyone else and would urge you to genuinely think before putting yourself at risk and choosing to stay here.

After having to pay to move somewhere else for our stay, we are majorly out of pocket and we are disgusted by the treatment we received. Please think before booking. The rooms are also tiny, the walls very thin and you could barely move in the bathroom because it's that small. THINK WISELY!

It is well located and communicated, near the Montparnasse, Falguiere and Duroc station you can go anywhere. The staff is friendly, the hotel is clean.

My room was the Curiuse room, which is the most basic and has a window facing the street, it is a small but sufficient room, it has everything you need (safe, mini fridge, kettle, hair dryer).
There is only one closet and it is open and quite small although it was not a big problem.

It is true that you can hear cars a little, for me it was not annoying but if you are not used to it, better book a room that does not face the boulevard.
There were some stains on the carpet, and on the seal of the shower screen, but in general the daily cleaning was good.
What seemed strange to me is that they only gave us amenities for one person and two of us went.

Breakfast is good, they have a little of everything although I don't think it is worth what they charge if it does not include it in the room.

They store your suitcases when you arrive and the day you leave in case you want to take advantage of the day in the city.

How curious, if you go out and look from the road you can see the Eiffel Tower perfectly.

The Parizienne puts us in the eye: between the emerald green and palm decor, the pineapple lamp or the feather and powder pink room, the hotel mixes trendy and cocooning style.
We find the adventures of the Parizienne with pretty illustrations everywhere, and we can take care of us with Nuxe toiletries and a breakfast so fresh! The hotel does not hesitate to share good deals and give us its addresses of bars, restaurants or museums around.

The hotel looks very clean at first, and it is.
On the other hand, what we cannot judge on photo, it is the soundproofing and the heating of the room.
We heard every conversation from our neighbors, we woke up at night because it was very cold.
We could hear the metro going through the night while we were on the 6th floor ...

Really lovely and very helpful staff
Really original decor (not to mention the illustrations absolutely superb! We bought some of them elsewhere ...)
Spotless cleanliness
Only downside: Room really small despite great functionality - impossible to put even an umbrella bed for our baby ...

Excellent hotel. Although our room was very small it's was furnished to an excellent standard.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel offers a smartphone in each room that you can use round the city and make international calls and use the Internet. This is a brilliant service and something I have never seen before.

Over all I would say the hotel is excellent and I would stay again.

It was correct but nothing more.

It was correct but nothing more.
I took a superior room, where the business of another person were still there, the shower head had a leak which made nice little shower, and missing sheets.
Other than that, the room is well soundproofed and very beautiful. The staff is pleasant and helpful even if their organization is reported.

The person in charge of the front desk had a good feeling by the person who is very good-hearted. Guest room is clean enough, facilities are complete, and it is very comfortable. The room is not large at all, but it is sufficient for sleeping as a tourist. As refrigerator is attached, it is convenient. There are several supermarkets that are open at night, and there are many cafes open at night, so it's easy to pick up at night. Close to the station, especially when going to Mont-St-Michel or Le Mans, Montparnasse station is about a 5-minute walk, so it is a hotel I want to recommend it for the previous night.

Small tight rooms but great location! Clothing storage could be much better, water sprays out of the showers easily so bathroom floors will be very wet. Hallways are dark and easy to trip and fall if not careful. Location is the highlight -- easy access to many train lines and lots to eat and shop within walking distance.

A disaster - would not recommend!

A disaster - would not recommend!

Firstly, we arrived and we had booked a river cruise as they are very popular in Paris. However, all river cruises were cancelled due to flooding. Staff at the hotel made no mention to this major attraction being closed.

Secondly, when we arrived back after the room had been cleaned we discovered that someone had been through our bags and any money that we had left in our bags had been stolen. The woman at reception was very nice and apologised to us. However, that night the night porter tried to convince us that we were probably pick pocketed (which we were not) and when we were checked out by the manager there was no apology for this.

In summary, my stay in this hotel was not an enjoyable experience...

A completely renovated and very well located hotel with very comfortable rooms worthy of a 3 star plus plus more. An atmosphere both cozy and sparkling and an extremely warm welcome; an address not to miss on Paris ...

This is a beautiful hotel on a busy boulevard with quick and easy access to stores, restaurants, and transportation. The room was small but the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The staff was very friendly and most helpful with tips for site seeing, helping us to book a dinner cruise on the Seine River, and so much more. Breakfast is included and it's a hearty breakfast of bacon, eggs, fruit, pancakes, crepes, cheeses, breads, juices, coffee, and more. You will not be disappointed. This is my go-to place the next time I visit Paris.

You can hear the noise of the metro in the room, and also the elevator door which made a lot of noise when someone was leaving.
In the hallways it was very cold.
The bathroom a bit small and the sink really not too small.
The breakfast was good but not worth 16 euros
The staff were very friendly and the place is well located.

Hotel with nice decor, very welcoming staff. Unfortunately, every metro that passes you feel strong vibrations and there is noise. The rooms overlooking the Boulevard du Montparnasse are quite noisy too.
Breakfast served in the basement not very original: industrial orange juice, no yogurt

Good, convenient location, and rates are competitive. However, the walls are EXTREMELY thin - we could very clearly hear our neighbours' conversations, among other noises! The shower door was missing so the entire bathroom flooded every time we showered. The shampoo/body soap was a dispenser attached to the shower wall, and when we checked in, it was basically empty. The following day we called the reception to ask for it to be refilled, and they told us: "No one told us that it was empty", as if it was OUR responsibility to ensure that housekeeping refilled it. We also asked for a bathrobe and were told that one would be brought up for us. Later, when we followed up on it, they informed us that they didn't have any clean robes left and that we need to give them more advanced notice if we want things like this.
