Cousy hotel have clean rooms with limited space. Friendly staff with smile on face everyday. Nice location.
Not sure what bite Ingot but seemed to be a bedbug and wall are as thick as paper...
The rooms are very well decorated and very nice. However, the bathroom is small and there is not really a desk for who wants to work.
The weakest point is the very poor quality breakfast for the price in a room with no natural light where there is no privacy.
Nice decoration but very noisy hotel
_ no insulation from the boulevard
- you can hear the metro below at each passage
- we hear neighbors coughing or going to the toilet
Ok
Excellent attention to your guests.
Very flexible with the schedules (we arrived 3 hours before check in, just to check that everything about the reservation was in order and they offered us to stay in the room once. For us it was excellent because we were a little tired.
They explained many things about Paris, transport, food, etc. (They gave us a map of the city).
For Christmas they made us a nice detail, they placed in the room a bag of macaroons with a very nice message.
They speak several languages including Spanish.
And well the rooms very clean.
Very central location.
We will definitely return
Greetings
Edgar
Great little hotel in a perfect location. Rooms are small but had everything you needed. Really nicely decorated and we had a brilliant view of the Montparnasse tower.
Very friendly staff, central location on Montparnasse tower, very clean. Bed comfortable ... Room smaller than expected ... bathroom very narrow, for chubby people it is difficult. You can hear the subway drive.
Great and friendly staff. Very helpful and courteous.
Absolutely one of the worst experiences. The small and stuffy rooms. Little ariate and in fact mold on the wallpaper (rooms 401 and 402). The bathroom is nothing more than a closet where it is impossible to turn around. Not only do the photos make you imagine a much more beautiful structure but we have also discovered that it is absolutely not necessary to book in advance (one month) because you spend 30% more.
To make you understand how bad we felt ... we left the hotel after the second night despite having paid for two rooms for three nights. We preferred to change hotels, spend more but we didn't want our stay to be completely ruined by this hotel.
After researching several hotels based on my budget I came across this hotel. After arriving to the airport - I jumped on the subway system and easily found the hotel. It is a 2-minute walk to the subway and located near restaurants and shopping. The Eiffel tower is a short job (15 minutes.) Definitely located near everything. The room was clean, modern but small. It accommodating everything I needed for the night. One trick (I'm from USA) you have to use your room key to turn on the lights in the room. I could not figure it out until finally playing around with the switch.
The front desk was extremely courteous and helpful!
I would highly recommend based on price and location.
My daughter and I found ourselves very well! Small but functional room, comfortable and spacious shower, bathroom is essential. For a short stay it is perfect. The fabric-rich walls and bed could be dusty, the curtains need to be dusted, but the rest was well cleaned.
I loved my stay, yes the room is small but it s good for a short stay. Breakfast was great and front desk staff spoke English and Spanish which I thought was amazing. I love the coffee machine for my breakfast cappuccino. Good location. Bed was very comfortable and room was very clean.
Three star hotel near Montparnasse. Good access to metro. Small rooms, but clean.
I loved this hotel! While visiting Paris for a few days with my partner, we appreciated the welcome, the originality of the rooms and the proximity to transport.
Great location. Small rooms equipped with every comfort
Despite my late arrival at the hotel due to transportation concerns, my room was well reserved and was well booked.
I really appreciated the welcome when I arrived.
This is a funky boutique hotel. The room we stayed in was small but had everything we needed.
The breakfast in the basement is FANTASTIC! There is quiche, meats, cheeses, pastries and the usual bread and cereal. A great assortment. I would definitely stay there again.
Very friendly & helpful receptionist! Safe area. Free upgraded this stay to a large corner room with a nice layout. Shower head with great power. Equipped with well-known hardware brands such as Grohe, DAIKIN, SAMSUNG, and SALICE. Though hearing the subway passing by underlying this building with some minor trembling, no problem during the bed time. Overall a good choice considering budget!
