Reasonably priced hotel close to Metro with good restaurants in the area.

Very good hotel, clean, quite quiet, good location and good value for money.

The hotel is ok. Not bad, also not awesome. 3 star hotel. My room was a bit smelling smoke. Rooms are small. Corridors very narrow. Would be a real challenge to go there with big luggages. But staff is friendly and nice. No complaints. Price also very good.

Hotel was nice and clean but the room was extremely small. We ended up leaving before the first night and went to another hotel. You have to prepay everything here so unfortunately we were out the money but our stay there would have ruined our vacation.

I spent 3 nights in this hotel myself. the rooms are nice and are cleaned every day also it was not expensive. I have not eaten there so I can not give judgment.

This was the last leg of a 2 week vacation and it was great! Hotel is very clean, beds are comfy(soft), customer service was great. The breakfast had great options (15 a person per day). We stayed on the first floor and it was easy in and out! Restaurants around the area in walking distance are limited but by metro you can get to some good spots. There's a corner store down the road open late so that was a great thing.

Room well appointed and very comfortable, the choice of colors make it all very warm. We would stay there more than one night. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great place to stay, a typical small European room but efficient setup, clean quiet and comfortable. Wi fi worked well, relaxing breakfast and Arec did a great job each day with the room. Would stay again anytime!

Awesome interior design, quality bathroom, nice media equipment, friendly staff and good location.
Only negative thing is that the door has no noise blocker.

Be it quiet clean the place the hotel is just awesome

Rude staff, tiny dark rooms with peeling wallpaper and dirty carpets! Money was missing out of our room, cleaner insisted no one had gone in due to the do not disturb sign and was very defensive and kept trying to convince me not to go down and complain and that there were cctv cameras in the hallway (there s 1 by the stairs round the corner from our door) once we went downstairs to complain the 2 ladies on the reception didn t greet us but instead looked us up and down as if we were in the wrong place, I explained very politely what had happened and that I wasn t looking to accuse but just wanting to check the cctv to give myself peace of mind, the receptionist said no one can go into your room you have the only key, I don t know what you want me to do about this I then replied with exactly what I had just said the cleaner had told us there was cctv watching our door id like to just check it please the receptionist tutted at me and then said something in French and then said ok since that we ve had no communication with any of the staff and certainly won t be coming back to this disgusting place, I ve never been so disrespected ever!

This hotel is simply the best hotel in the area you will not find better! And the receptionist Olivia does a great job, she shows a professionalism breathtaking rarely seen that. Long life ! :)

Celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary in Paris and our stay at your hotel was amazing , the staff were so friendly , the hotel was spotless and our room was beautiful, would definitely recommend this little gem..Thank you for making our stay one to remember

Nice decor. Only real down side was a member of staff used the toilet before we checked in and the smell was absolutely disturbing.

Very well. Well placed and although the rooms are small, they are very well equipped.

We come back for the second time and it is always a pleasant place. Very quiet area, excellent soundproofing, cleanliness and kindness of staff. Thank you for the little attention. See you soon

Excellent option, is less than 150 meters from the subway, in a neighborhood that has everything nearby, restaurants, supermarkets, snack bars, bus terminus, public bike point, in addition it is close to the Eiffel Tower and the Arc de Triomphe, better ?? The price, super fair, rooms clean and with shampoo and mega scented soaps. The rooms are small like any other here in Paris but the location, price and warmth I think are worth a lot!

We stayed here for 5 nights. On a dead-end street so noise level was minimum. Bus and Metro were right outside the door. Staff was very friendly and spoke English extremely well. Would like to mention some of the staff who were outstanding: Olivia, Fatoumata and Sidney. They went above and beyond to meet our requests and needs.

The room we stayed in was very nice and looked fantastic but was very small! Not much space around the huge bed!

Air con was confusing as anything, it never seemed to be right, always too hot or too cold! The shower was nice but would have loved a bath as well.

Didn t like square toilet seat either.

For this price range the services are very correct. Like many hotels the soundproofing is not always up to par, but the night was quiet.

Rooms are smaller than they appear online. It was a little difficult to find but is in a good location.

Nice, clean and modern room. However, badly ventilated and the air conditioner hits you straight into the head as you're sleeping, so you wake up with a cold. Breakfast is very good and the location is good.

A magnificent room, situation of the hotel slightly behind perhaps a slight lack of light but compensated by services of values

This is the second time i have stayed here and i loved it, again! The room and bathroom were cozy, comfortable and very clean. Location and connectivity are ideal with a bus terminal and a metro station at the doorstep. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes around the corner to choose from. Supermarkets, pharmacies are all a stones throw away. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. The staff are friendly and very helpful. They would even put on some children's shows on TV near the breakfast area to keep my toddler engaged. We really enjoyed our stay this time also.

One drawback, no coffee pot (I do not even ask the lobby)

Nice place at a convenient location, next to the subway station. The people there nice and helpful. The rooms are a bit small, something expected for Paris.

I stayed here it was great. Transport, restaurant, grocery store, bakery, fast food, everything is at hand. Pleasant setting, competent staff, friendly and warm. I left with a heavy heart. Congratulations and big kisses to the whole team

Neat hotel with chic decor. Bathroom has a nice rain shower and looks neat. Rooms are tidy every day and we got clean towels every day.
Metro is really around the corner so ideal if you want to explore the city. The only downsides are that we found the bed a bit hard, but everyone experiences that differently.

Excellent value. Quiet room, spacious and very comfortable bedding, perfect for restful sleep, well-maintained sanitary facilities with L'Occitane brand products available. Courtesy bottle of water. An excellent, varied breakfast with quality sweet and savory products (coffee to be dosed according to taste, fruit salad and fresh fruit juice, good baked goods ...).
Public transport (metro and several bus lines) just steps from the hotel, making it easy to get to tourist spots or department stores. Several restaurants nearby.

My boyfriend and I spent the weekend at this hotel and it was just perfect.
Everyone was lovely during check in and throughout our day.
The rooms are lovely and cleaned to a really good standard everyday.
They replace all your l occtaine toiletries each day which is amazing!
The price was really good and all in all I would recommend.
So this in itself would be a great review but the absolute best part of my experience came after I checked out. During my trip I had bought a little blue arc de triumph key ring for the grand price of 3euro. I didn t buy anything else on my trip as all I wanted was this adorable little key ring. I realised when I had gotten back to Dublin that I lost my key ring and I was genuinely so disappointed. We emailed the hotel to see if it was maybe be there and they had found it and actually it to me. I bet the postage was more than the key ring and so I just think this was such a lovely thing for them to do.

A well cared for good hotel, good breakfast and friendly staff. Metro line is close to the hotel. For 7.5 euros you can drive 24 hours through district 1 & 2. There is also an interparking in the area within walking distance. You can park your car here for 34.40 per day. Parking Champerette

Very disappointed for different reasons: room too small, positive point a corner outside. Price too high. ironing of our things (finally a little iron after a passage in a suitcase), 2 pants, 1 blouse, 1 sweater, 1 jacket for 44 .
Breakfast served in room at our request but it would have been better to go in room because very little room. More than average shower gaskets with mold, under sink with traces, hot water once in two in the shower. No heating (October 10) so a little fair. Nice welcome but it is not enough to swallow the note. Initially no request "Did you agree"? I will not name the hotel or we went after but a 4 star at 200 euros per room, double of surface including for the bathroom. Too bad we may not have been lucky because we had read some reviews.

Beautiful stay in Paris. Rooms are well appointed and all kept very clean. Staff very friendly and spoke English. Loved our window to let the beautiful fresh air in and hear the sounds of the city. On a dead end street so no busy traffic, within 100m of metro and bus station and amazing food in every direction.

Very good hotel. Small bathroom but decent enough for few days. Clean n very central. Quiet location. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance and metro literally under the hotel's doorstep. Highly recommend this place.

Nice surprise that this small hotel, atmosphere and decor felted, place in the street next to park, nice room with terrace, well heated, well equipped, classic breakfast without surprise but hey, he misses a corner bar that is at basement .. and nice staff.

Very good location, about 12 minutes walk is the Arc de Triomphe. Quiet place with many options to eat. Would go back.
