Hire without telling you when quotas are met....lay offs.

awful customer service they don't deliver when promised STAY AWAY or you will be disappointed

They hire, then fire half there workforce every 6 or so months.

I did some work for Electric Mirror several years ago and found them extremely weird. I have worked as a contractor since the early 1980s and would rank them as second worst of all my assignments which have ranged from from nearly two years in length to a few weeks with known start and finish dates. For instance, I would be hired to finish someone else's work after that person had been fired or had quit.

This has been a wonderful company to work for. Electric Mirror successfully balances the warmth of a family-owned business with the global and innovative thinking expected of much larger corporations.

Poor customer service. If you try to call them, you will be put on hold for longer than you expected. And when the call reps return your call, all you will get is just out of stock products. They won't even apologize for the long wait time and offer you resolutions or reservations. All their products is out of stock, I'm wondering if they are ever selling anything.

I've been fortunate to stay at a few hotels that feature Electric Mirror's products--lighted mirrors at the Ko-Olina in Hawaii and a TV mirror at the PostHotel in Leavenworth. I love these mirrors, and can't wait to have one for my own home!

As an intern for 6 months, I would say this is an amazing company, they have invested in me a lot and I have learned a lot from many different aspects of the company! Thank you to all my amazing supervisors and the people that made this possible for me!
