Don't work here

My experience with GDCC was extremely disappointing. The interview process felt more like a high school. It was most like a computer exercise than a legitimate job interview. No questions being asked. No discuss about paid or anything. All you had to do was click a few things on the computer and if you could log in to their system, congratulations, you got the job.

On the first day of work, they referred to it as a 'class,' but it was far from any meaningful training. If you couldn't immediately figure things out, you were shown the door with no second chances. It was a one-mistake-and-you're-out policy.

What's even more disheartening is that the negative reviews about the management I had read beforehand turned out to be painfully accurate. I strongly advise against applying for a position at GDCC. It was, without a doubt, the worst job application experience I've ever had.

Appear legit but are not!

I got contacted about some market research in return for payment and spent 45 mins answering questions about IT service providers. I was not paid and they said there had been an error so the whole interview/research was repeated. They still failed to pay me despite many promises and eventually just faded away. This was a year ago and I was never paid. If they contact you do not waste your time as they are a very dubious organisation.

Horrible company, the training day it s really basic, not at all helpful, when starting working basically the people that will help you are your colleagues. If you are unlucky enough if you get a difficult project it doesn t mater that you make a 10000 calls a day, and try your best to get interviews, if you don t get them you will be removed. Sometimes people hung up and it is still your fault. They offer you month for probation period, in my case it was almost at the end of the 2nd week that I got more interviews and the 3 rd week it was better, I received nice feedback from the team leader, the next day I was removed without explanation. Some members of the staff doesn t treat people well. Worst company o have worked in. AVOID!!!

An illegal call centre run by a young dutch owner, training is 1 day, your role will consist of calling unsolicited random numbers & give surveys which is annoying to people so you will have no calls for half the day or will be hung up upon. You are paid only when you log in, there "system" shuts down at least 3 times a day. Where it is your responsibility to remember when these hours were, to get your wage for this lost time. Frequency of change with employees is rather normal and a common routine which means you're on the clock and could be easily removed with no explanation or reasoning as there is initially no contract ever signed. Do not work here as it is a waste of time and not a legit company.

PLEASE NOTE: COMPANY IS ILLEGALLY BUSY.

PLEASE NOTE: COMPANY IS ILLEGALLY BUSY.
If you are reading this I want to warn you about this company:
1. They illegally buy phone numbers and then bother them with all kinds of questions at inappropriate times
2. Employees have nothing to say and are unceremoniously dismissed one day after another.
3. They hire employers who do not have work papers to exploit them cheaply and fire them again.

If you think to work / get in touch with this:
DO NOT
