16 year customer.....Terrible customer service, ha...

16 year customer.....Terrible customer service, had to make a change in policy, Chantelle (agent) did not return my voicemails for days. Asked to speak to the boss Natasha Eisenhower, who was unhelpful, she directed me to another agent who didn't return my morning call until the next business day. My experience was so bad I cancelled my policy mid term taking a monetary penalty just to go with another company.
