I went to Einstein in Montgomery county for the first time after a work related incident where I broke my left hand. It was without a doubt the absolute best experience I ve ever had at any hospital or emergency room ever. Literally every single person that I came in contact with from the check in person to the nurses to the doctor to the discharge nurse was nothing short of wonderful, nice and genuinely concerned about my issue. I CAN NOT recommend or praise this hospital and it s staff enough!! Doctor Jennifer Cornish was my attending doctor yesterday, and she was without a doubt the most down to earth, personable, caring, real, genuinely loving doctor I ve ever had the pleasure of being treated by. I would absolutely 1000% recommend this hospital to anyone who is in need of medical assistance or treatment in the tri state area. Anyone who is in need of dire medical assistance in the surrounding area should be more than blessed and lucky to be treated by the doctors at Einstein medical center in Montgomery county.

Labor & Delivery and Maternity nurses and care pro...

Labor & Delivery and Maternity nurses and care providers are top notch! Every nurse we encountered was kind, supportive and helpful. There was no pushing or trying to persuade us to choose one way over the other from labor and delivery to choosing to breast feed or go home early. Everyone was amazing. I wouldn t go anywhere else.

I thought this was going to be a nice hospital to give birth to my third child. The majority of my nurses were great except for the one who was there for the majority of my labor. She made assumptions, was not kind or, helpful. No one cared to check on me and when I told them I thought it was time push the nurses, doctors and, midwives just stood outside of the room and continue to have casual conversation. My boyfriend had to ask them three time to come help me. Every night I was there a group of, what I assumed were, nurses talked and laughed loudly outside of my room. I was so tried and in pain. I had to get up and ask them to please keep quiet. Another time the RN asked them to be quiet as I was trying to rest. I do want to emphasize that all but one of my nurses was amazing and I appreciated them. However the rest of my experience there was horrible. I do not recommend anyone have a baby here.

I recently had surgery at Einstein and was there for 3 days. The Dr's, Nurses and staff were very friendly and very compassionate. The hospital is nice and they took great care of me. They do need to freshen up some of the rooms as they are starting to look a little rough. I was put in an isolation/negative pressure room while awaiting a covid test results 2 days after surgery, I was transferred to it from my regular room for safety. The I/NP room was definitely showing it's age. Not as clean looking or nice as the regular room I was in on the 3rd floor. It made me feel like I was staying in a Motel 6 that had seen better days. However, the nurse was super nice and took great care of me.

Honestly, the ER staff is terribly impolite, not informative and doesn t communicate well in an already upsetting situation.

The nurses in the ER rooms were sitting on their phones and gossiping instead of checking patients out and justified it with I haven t seen my friend in weeks, we are about to check you out now to a patient who came out to check if they could leave yet.

When we finally arrived to be seen, the staff didn t know which rooms were clean in the ER and told us to choose whichever room looked clean .

By the end of the visit we were left with common sense information and no answers/ help. If it s not a life threatening emergency I would recommend a different hospital.

I am also empathetic to those who are burnt out with a difficult job but the level of care and professionalism was inappropriate.

My Pop was given the best care by the nurses and doc here. Kudos to the palliative and hospice care nurses. My Pop died in peace and live on July 29 2015. I miss him dearly and the nurses at Einstein helped in the grieving process by pitting my mind at rest that John Wojcik got the best care

Thank you to the amazing staff at Einstein East Norriton. My daughter, son-in-law, and new grandson are being taken care of beyond anything we could ask for! Einstein s NICU is incredible. The care that the doctors and nurses are providing is exceptional. Thank you for taking such wonderful care of our family!

I took my wife to the Einstein Emergency Room in M...

I took my wife to the Einstein Emergency Room in Montgomery today based on her Neurologist s opinion that she needed immediate care. Her doctor personally called the E.R. to let them know that she had a patient that needed to be seen immediately. Got nothing but lip from the front desk worker that there was no record of the call. I made sure that she knew I didn t care that she didn t have a record as she should have called back when she was informed that a neurologist at their own hospital called and gave them detailed information about a patient and they did nothing to be ready. Then they had her wait as though she didn t need to be seen. At that point, it seemed like every interaction was to let us know that they couldn t fix her problem overnight. We weren t there to have her issue fixed overnight, we were there to get her care for her issues that are life threatening. They did everything in their power including arguing with her Neurologist to not admit her. The E.R. & hospital is a joke that is not servicing patients. They are just turfing patients and trying to get them into the Einstein Network to see them as out patients. While the specialists have been good, the hospital is not to be trusted. I wouldn t send an enemy to this hospital for emergency help ever!!!

Unprofessional ER staff. Loud and completely inconsiderate of patients. The triage front desk guy was hanging on the back of another male staff running down the hall like little school kods. The staff talked about each other and patients in earshot of patients. It took 5 hours for a CT scan to be read. Will never go to this hospital ever again. I'd rather drive 20 minutes to another hospital. Hopefully I will never need to come back here.
