Very friendly guy who works there , shop small but welcoming

Disappointing. I arranged for a parcel to be delivered here. Was told by the company I had to collect it within a short time period or it would be sent back. I couldn't get into town by then so I called the MSR Newsgroup and was assured by them that they would put a note on it to prevent it being sent back. I was very clear that I would be in within two days to pick it up, even naming the specific day I be going in. I go in on the day I promised, wait around for almost 15 minutes while they search for my item, only to be told that it must have been sent back! Very poor service.

Nice little newsagent. Lots of sweets and, surprisingly some interesting Notts Forest and general sport memorabilia for sale. Good place to have parcels delivered to - very close to Market Square tram stop.
