Lovely place, nice customer service. Worth the experience

Very elegant fabulous hotel. Well accommodated. I love it.

The view is Breathtaking ,havent been in any of the room but the aesthetic of the place is topnotch.

Nice place! Seemed really expensive to live there, but had really nice facilities for living and having an event.

The staff is excellent and sooo accommodating. The rooms are emmaculant. It smells of the spa as soon as you walk in. I will visit again... most definitely 5 star

Super cool, upscale location in the heart of Northern San Antonio. This place feels like it's been dug out of the Mediterranean with amazing restaurants, shops and people watching. From the spa, to @RuthsChris and all the restaurants in between, I'm happy to call this location home.

Beautiful hotel, good location. Would be nice if it were closer to other stores and restaurants. Room was clean. Overall a good value if you use the facilities.

1st time getting a massage - I was very nervous but Tracie made it all better. She took her time and listened to me on what worked and what didn't. I will definitely be back!

Absolutely gorgeous. From the pools to the architecture to the carved out granite surrounding the property, this place is amazing. I'm shocked that we had the place almost entirely to ourselves. We went with our two kids and took advantage of a great kiddie pool with water jets and the shuttle to six flags (glorified SUV). Staff was wonderful and I would love to stay at this beaut again.

I attended the hotel for a Christmas Party and it was beautiful!

Enjoyed the room and pool. Had a very relaxing massage at the spa. Gabriela was great.

We were not impressed at all with this resort. I'm only giving 2 stars because the bed was comfortable. The room was so dirty and definitely was not vacuumed. You can see the stains on the couch and headboard. It was very disappointing as an owner and knowing we repay required to pay maintenance fees to make sure it is always top notch and clean...yet here it is, unvacummed...spilt stuff on the remote and desk and grossly stained furniture. We were not happy and probably won't waste points on this place again. We also went downstairs to the Sustenio restaurant and waited 10 minutes for the server to come to the table and fill our water glass as well as take our drink order, we ordered one soda we waited over 20 minutes and the waiter never came back to our table to bring the drink or take our order. So we actually had to leave and get our car from valet to go get dinner. It was not busy as there were only 3 tables in the whole section taken and the other 2 had a female server who was taking care of them. All in all the resort left a terrible impression on us.

Inadequate/inaccessible wifi, no ice machines (anywhere), 90 degree "hot" tub, literally everyone I interacted with took close to 10 minutes to figure out how my Marriot gift card worked, no USB outlets anywhere in the entire hotel room and what appeared to be an honest to goodness iPhone 1 docking station (in 2016). Identically listed rooms vary dramatically in terms of amenities, some have mini-fridges, some do not for example.

Fun story: spent 10 minutes on the phone trying to get in touch with a real person in the hopes of having a bucket of ice sent to our room as there are no ice machines anywhere in the hotel. Eventually, after being transferred and put on hold several times I was told it would take 10 to 15 minutes. For ice. 30 minutes later, no ice.

Also worth noting the the thermostat displays in your room shows the temperature as 10 degrees cooler than it actually is, which is no fun at all in Texas.

Otherwise very nice.

Wish I could give 0 stars !! Worst service ever. They know how to be fancy, but not professional. I don t recommend staying here, and I d never ever go back. Never heard hello, good morning from anyone that works there they just look down at people. Waste of time and money !

Had dinner at Sustenio and it was amazing. The staff was very attentive, the restaurant was very modern and seating was comfortable. The food was delicious and each course varied in textures and flavors.

Love it. The only is that you don't actually know what your paying! At the end I ended up paying double than what was stated. I feel like you sneeze and they charge you for it. They should include complimentary parking for the price you pay for a room. Other than that it is beautiful. Just be prepared.

The rooms were nice. I was here on a vacation presentation sales, so I did not have to pay full price. I am surprised that everything is ala carte here (no included breakfast). Also it's valet only parking which I did not know about until I got here. Although the rooms are nice, I get much more for my money at a budget facility that includes meals and does not charge for parking.

This place is absolutely amazing. The entire place is beautiful. There are several local bars and restaurants within 100 yards of the hotel. The pool is amazing, both of them and a great gym

Nice hotel, but the parking sucks and the room was small.

We came for a few nights to get away and relax. The Eilan made you feel that you were in you were in another country. Very relaxing and quiet.

Went to a wedding here and was blown away by how pretty the hotel was. The staff seemed to be pretty helpful. Only complaint is that the parking lot is a far walk from the hotel, for those who don't feel like using the valet.

This hotel is touted as an upscale resort but does not live up to its reputation. The hotel has turned into a timeshare facility and as a result there are a number of service issues. We were told extra precautions would be taken during the COVID pandemic. Unfortunately that was not true. Our room smelled musky, the fabric headboard had huge dirty water stains, the sheets didn't appear clean, we were only offered one thin sheet on the bed, and worst of all there was a paper plate of half eaten pizza left in the fridge. There was also a McDonalds McCafe creamer in our sealed bag of coffee that clearly didn't come from the hotel. When we asked for a blanket we were offered a very thin and worn yellow blanket that did not smell clean. We asked for one extra blanket and were told that even though they had extra we could only be given one. We ended up using our pool towels to cover ourselves at night. The pool was a little cloudy and had algae on the steps, the pool furniture was torn and tattered. We didn't even stay our second night because we felt so uncomfortable staying at this "resort." We previously stayed across the highway at the Hilton Garden Inn at the RIM and it was so much cleaner, nicer rooms, and friendly staff for a fraction of the price.

Gorgeous, classy, and sexy! We had a great experience with our group business meeting, and I can clearly see how this would be a great destination for a romantic getaway. I only wish the guest parking were more convenient.

this is a very sorry excuse for a 'luxury' hotel. The hallways, elevator and rooms are HOT. We had NO hot water at 4pm on a Saturday. The rooms are very small. There is no refrigerator in the room and no ice available to guest except through room service. It also has a very confusing layout with not map to clarify. The only positive thing I can say is the staff is wonderful. Every person we dealt with was helpful and pleasant. It is a shame that the hotel is not about a relaxing stay.

The wedding venue and reception was beautiful. Parking was tedious and took a long time. You can call to get a golf cart shuttle but it takes just as long as the lengthy walk. Everything about the hotel is beautiful and accommodating. They ran out if paper towels in the lobby restroom and when I informed the front desk they were very kind, helpful and apologetic.

I always have a great stay and can't wait till next Mini vacation to come back. I love the outdoor and indoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi. the restaurant is exceptional. I had the cheese tray and the oysters you definitely have to try those and the big Texas breakfast.

Sistenio restaurant is, as always, terrific food and service.

What an amazing experience we had here. We used points to book this and as soon as we arrived, I felt like no longer in America - like I was in Tuscany. The architectural design of this hotel is so unique.

The only thing I didn't like was the fact that the parking was too far, and yet they don't have free valet service. They do have a free shuttle to pick you up from the parking lot, but that's just a lot of inconvenience, considering you are already paying so much to stay each night.

They do have nice restaurants and shops though that I would definitely come back for if I want a quick and inexpensive "out of the country" trip!

Went here last Saturday for a special birthday celebration . Beautiful hotel and amenities. Will be scheduling a stay-ca-tion the first chance I get !

Stayed here with a family memeber. Place was very nice staff super friendly. I did not care for the fact we had to get a golf cart ride every time we wanted to get to and from our car. Only other option is vallet at 50 bucks a day!! Also the cart was raggity lol sounded like it might die at any moment. Kinda scary. Also carpet looked clean but when we walked on carpet with white socks we noticed they became dirty. A place like this should do better. Also room service charges 20 percent tip automatically and also 3 dollars charge on top of the gratutiy too...also kinda weird. Also brunch was $40!!! I mean it was good and all but still not worth 40 by a long shot. Most likely would not go back considering these things in combo with price of the room

The hotel is absolutely wonderful and the service was hassle free. I really felt like I was the only guest there! The breakfast is phenomenal as well!

-Cleaning lady never change the towels in our room.
-We ran out of drinking water in the room, the vending machine wasn't working and the guy on the front desk said that wasn't his problem.
-Zero ventilation in the bathroom.

Great location in NW San Antonio. Eilan was built in an area that resembles a quaint European city square atmosphere without the city traffic and people. Views are impressive! Easy access to I-10 in minutes..

I was dropping off a last minute delivery for a client that was having an awards banquet. The valet was very kind to let me park at the door and run on to deliver the item.

The experience started out with a complimentary ride in a black suv from the parking lot to the main entrance. The driver very nice and friendly. Walking into the hotel I was greeted with a smile and felt extremely welcomed even though I was just visiting a guest for dinner. The lobby was beautiful and warm. The lighting was perfect and the decor fit nicely. I truly felt like I was walking through luxury. Our friends room (more like an apartment) was gorgeous. The rooms were nicely furnished with much attention given to the details. The food, drinks, and service in the downstairs restaurant was perfect as expected. I can't wait to stay there myself!

This place is another world in San Antonio very exciting to be on that property and grounds super friendly staff great great atmosphere and the food wow always excellent

Love it, the staff is very nice and helpful. And the place is very very nice!

This place is gross. There was blood on one of the comforters in the room. The curtains were torn and shredded. I asked the front desk to resolve the issues and they left fresh comforters folded up on the counter in my room. The room was not cleaned/ freshened up after the first night of my 5 night stay. Disappointed. Also, the valet drivers only accept cash. I didn t travel with cash or an ATM, so they were never tipped by me. Didn t have access to cash - sorry guys! Maybe the hotel can modernize this process for them?

Beautiful atmosphere and accommodations. Lots of areas to relax in.

Room and bed were nice, the shower was great. Parking was pretty far away.

Stay at the JW Marriott if you have a choice. Cell phone coverage is terrible. Wireless did not work. Virtual Golf room was closed - even a manager could not get in the room with his master key. There are only less than 10 vendors at the Market Day (warm day). To get ice you have to order room service. Nothing to do at the resort you have to go off campus. The suite is only a little larger than the normal rooms. You get a couch instead of a chair and you get a TV in your bathroom mirror, but that is about it. I have a spa membership at the JW (nicer spa) so go ahead and stay there. This hotel was purchased from the original owner that lost money on the deal so they maybe hurting too.

The Eilan Hotel is a wonderful location with many beautiful amenities.

Brunch at Sustenio. The buffet food was ok, it was just too basic, desserts were the best I've ever had and the omelets were delicious, but the rest of the food was simply not veey good for the quality of this place. The waiting service was the problem, the waiter just disappeared for almost the entirety of our meal and it became a bad experience because of that. Basically they charge way too much for what they do.

I have stayed here several times at different times of the year. (Love the decorations at Christmas best!). Always feel pampered and stress-free. Far enough away from town to feel like a getaway, but close enough for a quick trip into all the sites and the Riverwalk. 5 minutes from Fiesta Texas

We had dinner in the restaurant (Sustenio) and it never dissapoints. Highly recommended for a nice date night.

Family are staying here and the place is very comforting and very inviting. Very friendly staff making me comfortable while I wait for my family to finish up business.

Loved it! The Eilan Hotel and Spa is absolutely beautiful. The staff are helpful and kind, as well as efficient. Looking forward to my next trip back.

Very nice hotel with great amenities. There are many good restaurants and bars within walking distance. The staff is helpful and courteous. A bit on the pricier side, but it is rated 4 diamonds.
