Well, I've read those few negative replies and since I've been dealing with this company for almost a decade, I feel compelled to say a few words. Never,e ever, ever I had any bad experiences with this guys. Was I lucky? Hell no! It is because they are all professional and consistent in their care for us artists. I used to call to order and it was always pleasant talk. Now I order on line and there was a few times when my order was messed up, but, it happens and that was not important. What important was the way they dealt with me and how they fixed the problem. One time, for example, they send my order to the United States and then I was so frustrated for I depended on it, and I needed it fast, clients were waiting. I called, they found the reason right fast, pack a new order and send me by express and took the lost paying for it themselves. How's that not carrying? Another example, I received the wrong configuration of the needles, complained and right away they set me the right ones and I kept those wrong ones too. It;s not like I couldn't used them. It just at that time I didn't need them. But the time came and I used them too. Free! Win, win. Now, that's about all example of mistakes on their part I have. How bad is it considering almost a decade dealing with them? Am I special? I don't think so. I believe they deal the same way with everyone. Therefore, I am highly suspicious of all this reviews who put them down. By the way, I checked Good Guys after reading one review and I tell you this. Good Guys have a long way to go to reach the standard of Eikon.
If you decided to shop with them, If you are professional and honest, straightforward person, you would have only the best experience the industry can offer.
