I wish I could leave a big fat ZERO! I've been ordering from this company for over 10 years now and they are CONSTANTLY screwing up my order. I've had items missing, been overcharged and now this last time was the worst yet, I payed for my order online with my credit card, when UPS came to deliver they said I had to pay the amount of my order in cash, and then took my package ransom. When I called Eikon, Ben the so called "customer service" manager said sorry but theres nothing he can do. Im going to have to wait until next week to get my package now after they fix their end and UPS clears my package. He gave me an endless supply of "unfortunately" and "I can't". Not once was there an offer of compensation or what he CAN do. Just said too bad. I'll be using Good Guy from now on. Eikon has made their last dime from me.
