Howard Medical Review

I rented a scooter to get around McCormick center. As you probably know it's a big place and to walk through all 4 buildings with an ailing back would not have been fun. They delivered one to my hotel and it was charged and ready for me when I got there. Used it all the next day going through the IMTS show and hardly discharged the thing at all. Made my show experience much better. I dropped it off at the front desk when I left and the whole process was most enjoyable and stress free. I will definitely use them again if my back is still having trouble in 2 years. Thanks for the excellent service and great product.

A day before my arrival in Chicago for a 3 day event, my almost healed injured leg decided to give me issues. I went online and found the Howard Medical company to be the most responsive and easy company to schedule a mobility scooter rental. They delivered it before I arrived and my event was much better having a scooter to get me around. I highly recommend their services! Fast on the email too :)

Howard Medical always goes above and beyond for their clients! All the staff member are so sweet too- to be quite honest even if I found better pricing on products (I have yet to find anyone with lower costs!) Id stick with these guys for their customer service. The delivery and ordering process times are so fast too...Im happy give them my business!

On a recent visit to Chicago, I rented a wheelchair from Howard Medical for a family member. I was unsure of the size, and requested a large chair to be delivered to my hotel. The chair turned out to be way too big, so I called Camela (who assisted me with the initial reservation) and requested a smaller chair. She had it delivered to my hotel later that same day! Talk about great customer service!
Camela was extremely helpful, friendly and professional, and not only will I definitely rent from Howard Medical again, I highly recommend it to anyone in need of a wheelchair rental.

These guys saved my trip to Chicago with a broken foot! Over the phone they helped me pick the perfect wheelchair for my itinerary. When the taxi got us there to pick it up, my husband was in and out in literally 2 minutes flat! And return was even easier. Plus a great price. I highly recommend!

Howard offered same delivery, so I ordered a wheelchair in the afternoon, to be delivered a few hours later. Fed Ex drove by my house but didn't stop, telling Howard that they'd deliver the next day which was useless to me.. Bijan from Howard Medical personally brought a wheelchair to my house that afternoon!!!! Phenomenal customer service - thank you Bijan. The wheelchair was critical. Fed Ex also delivered a chair the next day despite being told to return it. My Fed Ex review of one star is next.

Excellent affordable choice for mobility rentals. I rented a scooter for my father for his visit. I called and was directed the right product for my needs and the scooter was delivered to the hotel for their arrival (this was a small independent hotel. I suggest you give the hotel a heads up). The equipment was great and we didn't need to recharge it during his stay. It actually convinced him to buy a scooter for himself when he returned home.

I reserved a mobility scooter for my mom who came to visit over Mother s Day weekend. She needs both knees replaced so even walking one block is painful for her. The scooter was delivered on time and looked brand new. My mom zoomed around the city with no problem. It gave her the ability to do what she wanted without pain. Everyone at Howard Medical was professional and helpful. I highly recommend them for your rental needs.

Camela Ramirez ROCKED, she couldnt be any more helpful, worked with is we needed it for Sunday and Monday where they would have been closed, she set it for delivery it arrived at our hotel before us, and was in tip top shape ready for a perfect.day of useage. We delivered it the day we were departing and met her in person,...again friendly, warm, and sweet. Howard's had the BEST prices normal, reasonable and budget worthy. We called other places and they wanted 2 or 3 times more and tacked on all kinds of extra.fees. We paid EXACTLY what was quoted, nothing hidden straight up. If I was able to give more stars it would have been 10,highly recommend and would rent.from them again. HUGE THANK YOU FOR A SUCCESSFUL TRIP THAT OTHERWISE WOULD NOT HAVE HAPPENED.
