Always a nice shop, friendly staff and nice stuff ... especially the Cilo department.

Cozy to Eijerkamp, but "just" drive. At the door we are received hospitably and everything is explained, fine. Large store with a lot of choice. We were looking for a sofa (two separate sofas) and there were plenty! More than enough. We are now looking at home which preference is preferred. We did not notice the "living smell".

Unfortunately not found the seat we were looking for. We follow VT live weekly, so its critical audience, maybe that's why it was a bit disappointing.
Fortunately we were in the area and we didn't go there specially for it ..
Lunch was nice by the way, although the sandwiches took ages to arrive.

For the first time at Eijerkamp nice shop was well organized and large spacious set up a lot of friendly reception.

Wide range, good price. Style studios. What against.

Large store with a lot of choice. Nice brands. Good coffee. We were at a quiet moment, the sellers / advisors were fairly pushy.

Helpful staff and what a variety of furniture. Good to get ideas or to see them already worked out.

Lots to see .... it would be nice if someone at the entrance is approachable to request something

Update. Hier een Mobiel hoekbank gekocht die op 2 plekken kapot bleek te zijn. Er was een vierkant stuk stof uitgesneden (echt) en een poot ontbrak in het midden van de bank waardoor hij was doorgezakt. Na wat moeite met de klantenservice is de hoofdsteun opgehaald om op te sturen en een gedeelte van de bank opgehaald om te laten repareren. Dit was in oktober. Binnen enkele weken hadden we de bank terug, maar de hoofdsteun was vergeten op te sturen. Die is nu net na kerst teruggekomen.
Alles is geregeld maar ik heb er constant achter aan moeten zitten. Geen briefje of iets van 'oeps' of sorry. Blijkbaar is dit normaal.
Ik kan deze winkel helaas niet aanbevelen.

A Sta-op-Stoel was no longer strong after almost three years. Eijerkamp has ensured that the chair was again neatly filled with memory foam. Totally perfect! Thank you Eijerkamp.

The store is beautiful. And the guidance too, if you buy something. But once bought and paid for, for a small fortune, the service is very hard to find. Something was wrong with both the dining table and one of the side tables. Just under 2500 euros together. After I had to call myself at least 6 times, we would get a loan table. The other had to go back to the factory. Duration: 6 weeks. And now we are already 12 weeks after delivery, while the complaints were reported day 1. Because we are put with our backs to the wall because of the fine print, we agreed under protest. The deal was: A loan table of 220 (ours is 240). We get a loan table of 190. We are still waiting for that side table. In short: Terrible service. They have beautiful shops and beautiful things. But the service is really a drama! I hope that nothing happens with the rest of our purchased furniture. So be warned ...

People talk about a great discount promotion, but that was certainly not the case. Only those things that nobody wants.

Everything under one roof when it comes to living with a fine restaurant and good service. Good reception. Staff has knowledge.

Very customer-unfriendly staff. 50 minutes driving for advice on a certain product and then you can still figure it out yourself.

As stated earlier in reviews, so not entirely unknown. Today I experienced something similar. One is looked back to the parking lot. Very forced friendliness in the store itself. I understand that there is a certain image and image associated with Eijerkamp, but this really hits everything ... A few other points, but okay. I think you first have to get your hands full on improving the arrogant jellyfish attitude & so-called friendliness of the staff.

Beautiful showroom and well helped during the sale.
Bought living room furniture in December. Dining area, cupboard, coffee table and TV cabinet. Deliveries were made in March. The TV cabinet was mirrored and could therefore be returned immediately. There were cracks in the coffee table. The dining area had a small dent and cracks and a cupboard fell out of a cupboard door before the deliverers left. Now 3 months after delivery, this is still not resolved.

Helaas klachten over bank. Kussens zakten na kleine week al in. Hebben onze gelijk gekregen van de mensen die zijn geweest om te kijken. Maar het hoort schijnbaar bij t product... had de verkoopster moeten vertellen. Ze zijn dud wel komen kijken en hebben geprobeerd te helpen (met de poef is t gelukt overigens, heel netjes)
Maar uiteindelijk t advies terug te gaan naar onze verkoopster en haar erop aanspreken...en dan kijken wat zei zal doen dat ze ons dat niet heeft verteld...sorry maar voor dit geld echt een zware teleurstelling.

Large selection of furniture. Helped well. And of course way too much money spent for 1 afternoon away. ;-)

Pretentious with capital letters! Already at the entrance a bust of Cornelis Prul Eijerkamp as if it were god himself. Rarely seen so many smiles in one room. Forced friendliness, talk about designers ("the piece of brand experience") and eyes in your back to the parking lot. Everything is fake here! I really don't understand why people want to shop or work in this oppressive atmosphere. There are so many great home stores with real prices and real people. The self-delusion of Eijerkamp penetrates to Cilo, Trendhopper and everything they come up with to sell their old wine in new bags. A dreary industrial area, without a joke.

Known from TV programs. Too bad that there are only 4 places of 11kW available for electric cars. However, an extra large parking space is available for Eijerkamp, there is certainly plenty of parking space

Large furniture center, lots of space and parking spaces free of charge.

Sale, but without really special offers. It is just what you are looking for.

Op 17-8-2020 bij Eijerkamp in Zutphen geweest om een Montell bank te bekijken. We hebben al een Montell, maar we willen een nieuwe bank.

Bij binnenkomst bij Eijerkamp wordt je netjes gegroet door de gastvrouw.

Eenmaal binnen bij Montell wordt je door alle drie de medewerkers niet gegroet, terwijl mijn vrouw en ik ze wel begroeten. We zijn zeker wel 10 minuten binnen geweest om banken te bekijken, maar niemand die ons te woord kan staan of helpt (de zaak had geen andere bezoekers). We zijn maar weer weggegaan.

Zonde want we hebben nu maar een Natuzzi bestelt.

Een tip voor Eijerkamp en Montell; laat een mysterie shopper eens langs gaan dan zal deze de slechte ervaring alleen maar bevestigen.

I found it rather disappointing actually . Would have expected more. Found the layout in terms of furniture very illogical and messy. Friendly staff.

Enorm assortiment. Veel merken voor elk budget. Vooral Cilo is een aanrader. Kunnen ook interieur advies geven.

Upon entering you will be kindly welcomed by an employee. There is a wide range and something for everyone. The name Eijerkamp has built up a name and fame in the past years and is working hard to consolidate this position.

We are always very nice helped by Peter de Vroet. Also by other employees, but Peter stands head and shoulders above everyone. Praise for his knowledge and good interpretation of what suits someone. We like to keep coming there.
