The store is beautiful. And the guidance too, if you buy something. But once bought and paid for, for a small fortune, the service is very hard to find. Something was wrong with both the dining table and one of the side tables. Just under 2500 euros together. After I had to call myself at least 6 times, we would get a loan table. The other had to go back to the factory. Duration: 6 weeks. And now we are already 12 weeks after delivery, while the complaints were reported day 1. Because we are put with our backs to the wall because of the fine print, we agreed under protest. The deal was: A loan table of 220 (ours is 240). We get a loan table of 190. We are still waiting for that side table. In short: Terrible service. They have beautiful shops and beautiful things. But the service is really a drama!
