Some things that websites online won't tell you is you can go all the way to the top of the Eiffel tower. While most sites claimed to only take us to the second floor, going all the way to the Summit is definitely worth the money.
Be prepared for a long queue and multiple security checks. We were fortunate to have clear skies but if not, the visit to the summit might not be worth your time. Overall a breathtaking view that everyone should witness!

Pictures do not do justice!!! There is this feeling that comes with being physically present there, I wish these feelings could be reflected in the pictures. Visit first and come back to let me know how you felt!!!

The Eiffel Tower was a sight to see. While on holiday it was under renovation. It was still letting patrons view it from the top. I was okay to take a picture in the front. It is educational for the whole family with how it was built and who built it became interesting conversations that you may not have considered. This was on my bucket list of places to visit. I just got a big fat check on my vision board. Near the entrance of Tour Eiffel Tower are bus tours and vendors selling Eiffel Tower souvenirs. It was worth the Euros spent to remember your Paris trip. MaLa Travel Guide from a locals point of view tested and approved. This is a bucket listable worthy... It will not disappoint. You heard it here first! When MaLaSpeaks Everyone Listens!

Finally got to go up the tower via stairs. It was during the hot August period. We went in the evening at 5pm. I would recommend then as it was starting to cool down! Took a while to climb the stairs due to my own poor fitness level. But it was worth it. Got great views and great pictures from the first floor. Then I braced myself for the next climb. It was dark and the lights came on at this point. It was not crowded either. Didn t spend much time at the second level but I m glad to cross this off my bucket list!

My bucket list! Backpacking with my mates to France from India almost 13 years ago. Planned to come here again but this time with my wife A beautiful structure, surrounding and culture Indeed.

Constructed from 1887 89 as the entrance to the 1889 World's Fair, it was initially criticized by some of France's leading artists and intellectuals for its design, but it has become a global cultural icon of France and one of the most recognisable structures in the world. The Eiffel Tower is the most-visited paid monument in the world; 6.91 million people ascended it in 2015.

The tower is 324 metres (1,063 ft) tall, about the same height as an 81-storey building, and the tallest structure in Paris. Its base is square, measuring 125 metres (410 ft) on each side. During its construction, the Eiffel Tower surpassed the Washington Monument to become the tallest man-made structure in the world, a title it held for 41 years until the Chrysler Building in New York City was finished in 1930. Due to the addition of a broadcasting aerial at the top of the tower in 1957, it is now taller than the Chrysler Building by 5.2 metres (17 ft). Excluding transmitters, the Eiffel Tower is the second tallest structure in France after the Millau Viaduct.

An absolute icon of Paris that needs to be visited! Make sure to see it during the day and at night. The light show happens on the hour after 10pm. Tickets should be purchased online way before you plan on going otherwise you'll have to buy them from a third-party company.

The most famous place in Paris and in the world. To enter to the territory of Eiffel tower you have to pass through the guards which check you and your bags as some stuff is forbidden to bring into the territory. If you would like to climb to the Eiffel Tower you have to again pass thought the other guards wich ckeck you and your bags more carefully. To climb to the tower you have two option. Climb by foot and climb with help of lift. If you would like to climb by foot it will be cheaper around 2 times. The time in two cases will be almost the same. Sometime you can climb by foot faster as queue to climb on lift always more bigger. The view from the tower is worth to climb to it.

Visiting during the mid-season changes there were a lot of renovation works in progress - but with that said, it was still definitely worth the trip. If it's your first time I highly recommend doing the top of the tower your ( 25pp) and give yourself around 2-3 hours to discover all the places! I was a bit skeptical about going at first but I was proven wrong! The panoramic views are great - but walking through the first and second floor there are a lot of historical and cultural facts around. Not to mention time taken just to marvel at the structural beams which were beautifully lit up at night when we went. We were there from 8pm to around 11pm and the crowd was manageable. Waited maybe a few minutes in every line (ticket purchase, elevator ride etc)

Note: security is very tight and with a long list of prohibited items. DO NOT bring pen knives or small sharp objects as they will be confiscated. I strongly recommend to read up a list of all prohibited items before visiting.

This iconic symbol of the French capital is a must see for anyone visiting the capital. The trip to the top is a great experience, how often will you get to drink champagne on top of the Parisian skyline? However the journey up is not ideal for those with vertigo.

What a picturesque monument. You have to come at the right time if you want to get a good picture. I came in the around 9am, and there are not so much people at that time. I can take a good picture. There are a lot of souvenir seller. They sell the cheapest price compared to the store or street seller.
Be careful, there is a lot of scam or pickpocket. Keep your things safe

This is truly one of the most magnificent structures in the world! I've made the trip all the way from Germany just to visit this iconic landmark! There were lots of people selling souvenirs nearby and they are relatively cheap compared to those sold in the shops. not sure if they are selling them legally tho. Anyway, the place is just simply perfect!

The most representative landmark of Paris is a nice place where you can spend few hours of taking pictures. Great view from the top floor if is not foggy. Also is better if you catch the changing from day to night.
I would suggest to buy online tickets to skip the long line from the ticket offices. We spent on hour and half to get the tickets.

Unforgetable tower. So big, that you will not believe to it. I was there at 7am morning during weekday in summer and there was almost nobody. Check my pictures, like almost alone there, only people with dogs. In that time, sun is filling the tower but not the grass and it looks stunning. Be careful with grass as they have automatic water spitting :) You can get easily wet with your camera :)

Once the tallest structure in the world, the Eiffel Tower 324' high is probably Europe's best known landmark and Paris's most famous symbol.
Eiffel Tower was inaugurated on March 31, 1889 and was built for the World Exhibition in 1889, held in celebration of the French Revolution in 1789.
The Eiffel Tower is a wrought-iron lattice tower, named after the engineer Gustave Eiffel, whose company designed and built the tower.
The tower has three levels for visitors, with restaurants on the first and second levels. The top level's upper platform is 276 m (906 ft) above the ground
We visited in group from India in Nov 2012 and it was a once in life time fascination experience to enjoy views of Romantic Paris from the upper deck.

My first time to Paris and of course the impressive and gargantuan Eiffel Tower is the first place on my bucket list. If you can stand the waiting time for the queues, you will be met with one of the most spectacular views from the top of this iron structure. The whole experience was a good one and a technical 'tour de force'. I highly recommend visiting this romantic location, and I will be returning again soon.

Such an amazing experience and sight to behold. It's so much more bigger than you'd imagine. The security was really good to: the priority certainly was maintaining safety. The queues to go up the tower were quite large so I'd certainly reccomend pre booking tickets to ensure that you're not waiting too long. Also try to go at night, it's such a different experience

Nice. You never realize how romantic and beautiful the eifel tower is until you actually see it with your own to eyes at night. The views, facilities, staff and environment were all amazing. The experience is always lovely, and it is amazing to see the tower from below or from within the structure itself. The nighttime view is especially wonderful and not as crowded.

Always spectacular to see. We have been here now several times and it's always super impressive. Of course little bit crowded but that doesn't bother. Sadly didn't go up so far. But I promise it's an amazing view

Well run facility ... we did the stairs the first 2 levels than took the lift up to the top. Steeped in history and you can see all the magnificent architecture of Paris from the top. Amazing to look at by night but I went up in the day.

The iconic Eiffel Tower known the world over!

I have visited the tower on two occasions, and both times the top of the tower was closed. But it did not spoil the visit. The view of Paris was fabulous!

It's always busy here so be prepared for a wait to go up the tower.

The tower has been featured in so many films over the years, but most famously the James Bond Film 'A View To A Kill'.

Great. The view was great. But you had to wait in a queue for every move between the floors. There was a free restroom in the highest floor.
The surrounding was nice, except for some constructions works which didnot really bother.
I think they have to do something for the queue. I wanted to go to the highest floor and i couldn't find an online ticket for that, so i had to wait in the line.

This is an experience, I enjoyed it. Pay the money to go to the top especially if it's a clear day, lovely. You can walk up for less if you chose. I took the elevator. Its was even more special since there was a couple and the guy was proposing to his bride to be at the top. I did a phone video and sent them the video. It was a great time, you can even have champagne at the top!

Incredible, the most remarkable touristic attraction in the city. The coolest thing is that in many parts of the city you are able to see the Tower and it can guide yourself. I heard that seeing it from the first time from the Trocadero is the best way, but this beaultiful feat of engineering is awesome to look from any angle.

What can I say, it s definitely the Eiffel Tower. It s really tall, more romantic at night, and kind of expensive but not judging anyone s bucket list. Go up that thing. If you want to eat at one of the two restaurants make sure to reserve it a year out. It s fun making sure you have a view somewhere in the city when it lights up each night. There is almost no need to knock it out early in your trip if you will be all around Paris as you will definitely see it! Enjoy it.

One of the greatest monuments of the world. One of the most important touristics places of the world. The construction is impressive, the view mafnificent. Romantic, good for family, couple, group, friends or even alone. Visited many times, and almost everytime I am in Paris I visit the tour. Visiting the tour without going to the "sommet" is a waste of time.

Built for the World Expo in 1887, this structure was originally built to only last 20 years. Obviously, it lasted longer than that. That's why people say we don't build things like we used to. It is a pretty impressive structure, and the most obvious tourist trap in Paris. If you think about Paris, the first image has got to be the tower. You can pretty much see the Eiffel Tower from anywhere in this district, but did you know that most Parisians treat this tower as an eyesore since the inception. The design does not look like anything else from the area, and this metal structure sticks out from the flat Paris skyline like a sore thumb. You get the idea. We tourists love it, but Parisians hate it.

Great place but be aware that for the moment, they are not doing well with dealing with covid. The were no way to keep social distancing when lining up for the elevator or when standing inside elevator. Quite chaotic the organization.

Of course it s a huge tourist attraction and when you go to Paris you 100% have to go. I mean it s incredible and a beautiful attraction. I d recommend booking tickets online so you don t have to queue on the day for them. (queuing to go up it etc is involved so buying them before hand just prevents you from getting sick of standing around, depending on the weather)
Only queue at your exact time of entry otherwise they will just turn you away. I d recommend going UP on the lift as there was little to no queue. And going down on the stairs if you are able too. This is because you have to wait roughly 30 mins for the lift down. The food is very expensive so try and eat something before hand. However the merchandise they sell is relatively good and well priced!

I mean what can you really write in a review about the Eiffel tower. Everything has already been said before. It's an amazing structure to look upon and so many interesting facts. If you're not afraid of heights then the summit is definitely the place to go, although it's high so be mindful. The champagne bar at the top is a bit too much and very pricey, but did not impact my thoughts. Get yourself there if you're in Paris!

If your going try and pre book for the first time slot of the day 9.30. That way you can be the first onto the top desk like I was, and got about 5-10min of it being very quite

When you pre book make sure you get a ticket to the top, it is worth it.

There are a few different levels, 1st floor with some history/information, 2nd floor for views, and 3rd floor for views of the top .
