Was the best thing we did in Paris. Climbing up the steps is not for the faint hearted. Good experience for all ages
We went on a Tuesday night, not so crowded (although the top was saturated and there was a wait). We tool the stairs down which was an adventure. They have gift shops and quick bites to eat on both floors & a restaurant (we didnt eat here). They have a twinkling light show every 15m.
Been before, very relaxing sitting on the grass admiring the view, can be very very busy. Unfortunately there are barriers all around and you have to queue to get closer. Before I was able to walk right underneath. But I understand why they have done it.
The Eiffel Tower is a wrought-iron lattice tower on the Champ de Mars in Paris, France. It is named after the engineer Gustave Eiffel, whose company designed and built the tower
Eiffel tower is one of the most exciting places that I ever been.
I adwice to you to visit this place.
We have been here 3 times now and it never gets old. It is a must to pay the extra and go to the top. Best time is sunset so you can see Paris in daylight and at night.
Panorama!!!!! Go there at you last days in Paris to overview all places you already visited before. Buy tickets on-line and come in the morning = less awaiting in a line. Good camera - must have. Windy. Crowded. Nice atmospheric place. Watch belongings.
Every traveler to Paris must experience! Awe inspiring! Must larger than you'd think. Beautiful!
The customer service was very welcoming. I couldn't walk in without someone saying hi to me! The food was also really good, especially for a cheap price!
Eiffel tower and the other great places you see in France speaks of enormous beauty, rich history and great pride! As I explored the city, I am grateful to have seen this place reliving my knowledge of European history and not just pure imagination from reading the book!
Never miss this place when you see Paris.
N. B. But please bear with the lesser hospitality from Parisians. Public restroom is a magical word! You are lucky to find one . You need to sit for dinner or drinks to access their restroom .
Beautiful view. It can be a bit scary for people with height phobia but take the lift and close your yes until you get to the top. The top can be closed without warning due to weather and other unexpected conditions. Be aware of pickpockets up there. We saw the security refusing people entry because they were carrying flag of other countries in their bag!
Great place to visit during the day and the early evening. Bring a foldable blanket to watch the tower light up after sunset. Long queues to get up the tower but the view is better from below.
We did it on a Wednesday mid morning.... Very small lines... Pay for the elevator.... It's very worth it. Be prepared to be stuffed in the elevator. Incredible views... Incredible experience
Was very busy the line was at least a mile of waiting.but very iconic
A must to visit, it's better to go there in the morning or in the evening as there are less people. When it's too crowded you'll wait here 2 hours to buy a ticket and the top floor will be probably closed.
For 130 years, the Eiffel Tower has been a powerful and distinctive symbol of the city of Paris, and by extension, of France. At first, when it was built for the 1889 World's Fair, it impressed the entire world by its stature and daring design, and symbolized French know-how and industrial genius
Nice and wonderful place.. Hard feeling to deserve.
Nice place with beautiful gardon. But there are some cheaters also .they play the game find the ball and looted the tourists. They are with there gang and create the seen like they are playing fare game. Top floor ticket is always advance booked.
Don t miss it while in Paris. I can recommend going up there at night. No queues, nice view and no crowds who won t let you take a proper picture.
An incredible place to visit that lives up to expectations. I even proposed there, took a night cruise around it and stayed in an airbnb nearby. I'd recommend getting the cut the line tickets to go up the tower if you don't want to wait in line forever. There is also extensive security you will have to pass through so don't bring your bags.
I had to wait in entry line for two hours... But after see the nice view from top I forget everything... Nothing compare with eiffel tower.. It's better to make reservations by online before visiting.. If you are student under 24 then the ticket price is reduced.
Romantic and amazing at day and at night with lights. Incredible feelings see such beauty
Love in the air
OMG! The Eiffel Tower! Not much more to say. A life long dream fulfilled! It doesn't cost to get close to it or take pictures around it but it does cost to go up in it. Absolutely breath taking! A must see when in Paris! Be careful outside the gates, tons of peddlers trying to make a quick buck. Felt safe but just observant.
Obvious tourist destination. Not sure it's worth the 24 entry fee, lucky weather was clear so could see for miles around when at the top. Went out of season so ques went bad would defo recommend early arrival in peak season and purchase ticket before hand.
One of the wonders of the modern world and has it's own charm especially at night with all the lightning and bling bling. The areas around add to the beauty of it. The view of city of Paris from the top Eiffel Tower are breathtaking as well.
Lovely place to chill out.. Better to come on March.
Don't miss the lights at night and the beautiful view from the top. It's truly amazing.
Obviously it's a Paris must see sight! Stunning view from top, worth queuing for couple of minutes to get in. Enjoy!
A great experience to be on top of the historic Eiffel Towers. It takes you to days of French Revolution and struggles.
Paris is fantastic city. The city of love. I think that everybody know about Eiffel tower. Eiffel tower is biggest in the world. The tower is located beside Seine river.
Beautiful day to vist the Eiffel Tower. It's not a disappointment... its beyond words. Fantastic!
When many of us think about Paris, I think this is what first comes to mind. It is one of the most iconic Parisian images. Despite being sooo popular, it is worth visiting. If you insist on going to the very top, make sure to book ahead on line, months before you go. For just as great as a view, walk up the first 2 floors without reservations, the views are still magnifique. I would not waste my time by waiting in line to take the lift to the top.
The most iconic place in Paris, maybe even France! A must visit if you are in Paris. Seeing the Eiffel tower is more impressive than it seems in pictures. Incredible. You can walk or take a lift up and I would recommend booking in advance if you want to do this
Breathtaking, even if you only see it once. I d definitely recommend a tour to the top, as the view up there is amazing. Doesn t matter what time of day you view it, but catching it just after sun down was amazing.
It s just as photogenic as everyone makes it out to be... so go to Paris and make some memories!!
Magnificent! Great view up there. Also it s a lot of fun if you choose the stair-climbing option.
This is a must go place and tops for tourist and I m sure for locals too, it has a spectacular view of Paris from the top. Although is beautiful at night I would recommend to go up during the day, you can sit at the restaurant, have lunch, enjoy the stunning view with a couple of drinks and have your photos taken. I loved it! But when I went the queues were not too long so we didn t have to wait much.
Amazing architectural structure and a great of engineering of the time during which it was built. It now stands as one of the most iconic structures in the world and synonym of France. Whether you visit day or night., the Eiffel tower is dazling and fascinating.
Romantic place nice garden to spend your time in Paris
Get a ticket from the website. Earlier times tend to be less crowded.
Nothing which I can say can add to the glory of this Paris tower. An eternal emblem of the city of Paris looks equally beautiful be it day or night. Do visit the top of the tower to have a bird's eye view of the city, advanced online booking is recommended.
This place is an obvious must when visiting Paris. Before going fot the top just scroll around, have a beer in the park and ejjoy the view of the tower. On the top you can buy a glass of sparkling wine, its not the cheapest but will add taste to your trip :)
The most remarkable attraction in Paris. Higher then we usually expect, elegant and a with a 360 degrees view of one of the most charming cities in the world. I strongly recommend buying one of the guided tours in advance and scheduling the visit early in the day.
Words can't really describe the feeling of peace I get when I see this giant ligthen up at night. Quite a few places in the area to grab a bite as well, shop for souvenirs. Beautiful walk along the Seine
Must visit in your lifetime, just can t explain the beauty of a tower made entirely of iron and steel, awesome in every angle.
Amazing iconic price of architecture. Would recommend
For a beauty like her,,no doubt that she is well guarded by the French troops.
It's the Eiffel tower. What else do you need to say? Amazing. Must see. Visit for sure. Paris' main attraction. You get the idea.
What can you say except, a super structure the man had vision
This place was beautiful so much to see and do here. Lots of areas to capture beautiful pictures, delicious food in close proximity to many sites and tourists attractions! Paris, France!
Visited the grounds and enjoyed it. Was a nice area to walk around. Didn't feel the need to go up to the top. Loads of sellers around pushing their product. Places to but snacks and gifts.
View is awesome though the staff need to be more organized in the beginning.
Amazing especially at night time when the lights come on. Good restaurants near by and stands dominant in the beautiful city of Paris
Except the Two hours queue outside in December with zero degrees the view from the top is wonderful.
Trying to add something on top of the zillions' reviews, I would say... Spend some time on the details, the top level worth the extra euros and bring an umbrella to avoid the sun in the lines.
It was nice to see. The weather wasn't cooperating but it was worth it. The pictures from the opposite side of the bridge were betted. Be warned that going into the park underneath the tower i believe requires paid admission and it blocked off by a see-through plexiglass gate.
Still the longest view of Paris available. 20 to the top, I elected to climb the first two floors and it does make you puff a bit, but you can get a lift ip as well. Be prepared to wait am hour in line to start climbing. Wear warm clothes for the top. There is food at the top which you may desire, and glasses of champagne available for high prices to toast. Gladly the way down is a lift.
A must see, very busy and very pricey to climb the tower. But you can't come to Paris and not see the tower. The surrounding park is full of life and very safe generally. A must see.
Magnificent, huge structure, entirety made of steel. A great work of engineering. Another human wonder showing what humans can achieve. Great view of france from top.
Beautiful and obviously a must see being one of the world's most iconic structures. Would have a higher rating if not for the poor quality of the people hanging about the base of the tower. Do not sign anything, do not play any games, do not buy anything - just keep to yourself and avoid the abundance of scammers.
A beatiful Landmark and once in a lifetime experience.
Always on the top of the list of visitors. A beautiful piece of architecture. One must visit it at night when it glows for 5 minutes..
Incredible view over Paris. Day or night. Incredibly windy at the top so bring a scarf. Annoying because even if you buy a ticket to go to the top you still have to queue for 30 minutes to get to the top from the first floor.
It's amazing. Actually pretty cheap and a must go in Paris.
Loved the grandeur of the place and it's incredible how facilities and crowd is being managed there.
The Eiffel Tower is beautiful - yes. However you might find it more much more attractive in different angles than the park directly below it.
We had a picnic on the (burnt) grass, and all you can see is the construction below which obstructs your view. There is too much garbage in the park as well. I'm not sure if it was due to the season we visited (mid-July) but it didn't seem too well kept. Plus there are a lot of people constantly bothering you, trying to sell you things and beer. It made for an annoying experience. They will call you "honey" and "baby", but it's best to wave them off like flies and ignore them.
Take a walk around the Tower for better, more exciting views/photos. It is beautiful at all hours of the day.
Travelling off season made this experience a lit more comfortable. Fewer beggars, smaller crowds. Trip to the top was worth it. The displays were very informative.
Do make it here - it is the postcard view and very symbolic of a visit to Paris. You don't even have to climb to the top (though you are more than welcome to), but stroll over to Mars Fields between serene trees or sit on steps of Trocadero - and just take it in: the beauty of architecture, the symbolic meaning of Paris, the excitement of tourists, the efficiency of street merchants, the shimmering of the tower at 10 pm...
Ultimate monument which looks not so extraordinary in day light. Visit twice in day and night and u will come to know why it is so famous.
the best Time but we should get ticket online because that take so mch time frm us to go up but . if you in Paris and u never being in top like u never being Paris.
Visitors love this place
The night view is awesome
Such a enjoyable place to all Visitors
Okay, here's the thing...
You travelled all this way to take pictures of (& with) this structure, so why bother going up it when you won't get to see it?
Honestly, I think it's just a tourist trap if you decide to go up it and not really worth it.
Just circle around it and stat after sunset for the lights show.
That's all you need really.
Who would rate this as less than 5! Not o ly is it a must see in Paris, it's actually a very beautiful structure. It contracts the surrounding in a nice way. It's quite a site, from all angles and distances.
Such a beautiful place, my advice is to visit the tower at night, so you'll see the city lit up. I think it is better to buy the tickets online, so you won't have to wait for too long.
November was not really the right choice to visit this amazing monument. A drizzly day with low hanging mist meant the view after making the effort to climb 428 steps to the 2nd stage platform wasn't really worth it. Nevertheless its still an inspiring tower and demands to be climbed all the way to the top. Best to take the lift, for which you need to book well in advance.
its a photo op and fun at night when they illuminate it. I've never had the desire to go to the top.
This place is super beautiful, I loved everything thing about this place. The Eiffel Tower was our number one stop when we landed in France. The tower is really tall , the whole experience of seeing it up close was surreal. You have to purchase tickets to climb up the stairs. The entrance is free .
A definite must if you come to Paris. I would recommend you come late night as there are less people and you can move around better , plus the views just pop more with the Paris lights. While the view from the second level are great in of themselves, if you can spring for the top level I recommend you do.
Omg it's so beautiful amazing views over Paris and beautiful surroundings
An unavoidable monument to do in Paris despite some negatives aspects, like the protection made with glass and metal or even the cost (22.50 per adult).
It's still an authentic and exceptional view on Paris at 323 meters! It's breathtaking!
This is The Place. Very organised. Just mind the fees. Good if you are an EU resident below 24 years age because then you get 50% discount.
Engineering wonder. Recommend to come after noon. Spend 7 pm to 9 pm in the opposite loan area.
It was greatest day of my life it's just mesmerizing. You can get best glimpse of the world that how it's look like. Food and all services are provided were great but very expensive. So, you should see this place because it is very beautiful. Specially, in night tower look even better. It was my dream and I just completed it. And I wish you complete yours
It's beautiful in Paris. One of the most beautiful structures on the planet.
Town niwari Modinaga g z b u.p India Livia my photos of gallery
Mighty and Majestic. The tower looks great and the place is really superb. You can easily access the top with the help of elevators. And also you can get a clear view of the entire tower from the seine river. You can also enjoy, river cruise, have a wine sitting along side the river restaurants. And also can have few gifts from the smalls shops surrounding the tower.
Must have to stay till sunsets so that you can view the tower with lights on.
Closed due to Covid restrictions, but still impressive to look at
If you are am EU citizen under 26 the entrance is free to the top. Highly recommend. It was really a sign of love the Eiffel tower. The view is incredible (pictures)
Great views from the top of the tower even at night. In fact, I d recommend heading up at night as the crowds are much more manageable. A must see in Paris! (Obviously)
The most beautiful place on Earth. Summers under Parisienne sky hanging with people from all around the world at Champ de Mars with the best view one can ever imagine. The Eiffel Tower, in all of his glory, remains one of my greatest loves in my beautiful Paris.
This is one of the most iconic monuments in the entire world. How could you not enjoy your time here? I recommend buying your tickets online and scheduling your time then. We did have to wait but not as long as others. And the view at night is astonishingly beautiful! Very romantic.
One of the most famous places of interest in Paris. Nice view from the Eiffel Tower over Paris and very beautiful sparking lights every hour in the evening.
Beautiful more than life monument. If he Paris never to miss. The beauty in the night is even better. We were there from 9pm to 11pm in summer, so we could enjoy the day and night.
I had the pleasure of visiting this place in 2010. Being from the USA, I always thought of the Tower as being France's most well-known landmark. While it is that, it is much more. It's the most visited paid monument in the /world/! I am very glad I had the time and ability to see the Tower. If you can speak French, you'll probably be able to take in the full experience a little more; but I think anyone who can speak English ought to do fine.
Iconic structure, free entrance, you only pay if you want to go up to the tower. Fortunately I had good weather, very good experience.
