Cannot consider the services of Eidsiva Broadband, only sellers and customer service.
Approached by selling in January 2016 that was to check whether there was enough households in residential trips that would have fiber so that they could start the development. Since I lived in bedsit apartment, so enlightened seller that I could terminate the contract at no cost when there are special rules for single rooms (since it is separate binding agreement for legal landlord). For your knowledge answers landlord present when the seller explained and assured me (us) that my contract could be terminated at no cost if I moved before signals were delivered. At the end of February we received a text message that there was fiber development, one work that will start between April and September 2016. Now in March I announced relocation and sent termination (on a service that was not yet delivered or active subscription) . Eidsiva Broadband then manages to send me one notice of breach of contract and a bill of 2990, -
Then contact customer service (Wednesday), who answers the phone very quickly. Explains the case and agreements with the client manager to send me the case number on my inquiry. I do not get any case number ... Calls again the following day (Thursday), calls for case number and gets to talk to a customer service agent who was more service minded (he sent case number on SMS while we talked). He stated that it looked like the seller had registered my contract incorrectly, not as "multiple contract" (with free cancellation if moving before signals are delivered), but registered it as normal contract. The client manager would talk to their bosses and call me back. He called back the same day, but informed him that he had not talked to his bosses, but would call me again on Friday. Then it became completely quiet from Eidsiva, not a sound! On Wednesday I called them again and got to talk to a new customer manager. She looked in the matter who I had spoken to on the Thursday before and that he was at work now, so she was going to go over to him and let them know that he would call me. Unfortunately, and not surprisingly anymore, I haven't heard one beep from him or others from customer service.
The case has not been resolved as of March 18, 2016 - so the case is still ongoing.
