Inexperienced professionals who think they know more than parents. Untrained regarding HIPAA, ARS, and autism co occurring conditions. Curriculum changes are needed at ASU because it was surprising to witness professionals who graduated from the school to have such a poor knowledge of the Arizona Revised Statutes, HIPAA, etc. Additionally, tracking criteria was not consistent.

I worked for Arion Care Solutions as a Habilitation provider all throughout and after college for about 4.5 years while studying music therapy, and I even jump started my music therapy career with them. Although I have moved on, I wanted to share my experience with Fird Hunter my Hab supervisor. Fird was always there to answer phone calls or respond to emails. He cared about his employees well being and the clients. He always asked us how he could be the best supervisor he could be. I also highly appreciate how transparent Arion was about pay rates. They would always make sure they had the highest rate they could give for all their providers. I appreciate everything they have done for me, and they have set me up for success! Thank you!

I've worked for Arion for 4 years now. My clients are my autisic/downsyndrome/corpus nephews who are now 18 and 19. I absolutely love my job. Ive even quite working in a facility after being being infected with COVID-19. Being able to work with mom of my clients on my schedule it gives me freedom to care for the boys and also take time for myself when my health is not so good. Fird Hunter is a great boss and always takes the time to educated me if im don't understand something. Also, there are always opportunities for further education and training.
I love my job.
