If I could I would give 0 stars! Do not recommend.. bad customer service , bad delivery experience all around the board. Last year I ordered a 4K bed set and dresser and a bed set for my son.. everything delivered was damaged and took a year to replace due to COVID , my bed set had multiple dings in the wood due to the clumsiness of delivery guys two of my bed posts were completely different color wood from the rest of the bed had to wait for replacements, the frame of the bed that holds the bed up in the air was cracked and had to be fixed and renailed into place upon arrival (it s rigged) and then my dresser had a crack foot on the bottom and majority of the drawers had to be painted a similar color that I can see due to all the dings from handling for delivery, it was poorly painted to match to be a brand new dresser you can see where the wood paint dripped down the drawers how poorly it was done... I ended up taking back son s bed set and getting money back... this year I decided to give them another go since the prices are pretty good for the furniture style.. I decided to get the dining set and a fireplace and center table and a rug and a chair for my shop from them.. bad idea, from the time I saw the dining set in the store to when they delivered to my house , it ended up damaged the table was cracked so I wanted my money back and take back the dining table for this order because I didn t want to deal with their process of getting a replacement which is a time game( took 9 months to get all pieces of my bed set replaced finally!) I never recieved the fireplace or rug and they are charging me for it .. they have a lot of nice product but bad business and your items WILL BE DELIVERED DAMAGED!!! Beware!!!!!

Their financing plan is super helpful and they have gorgeous living room furniture and bedroom sets and more to choose from. Can t wait to add to our home in the future through this store!
I love the look of the piece of furniture I chose however it was not made well. A piece broke and when I called the store about a replacement piece there was going to be a charge to replace the broken piece of the bed. I have never bought furniture and the store not fix the product. Also used their Acima program which is horrible and has hidden fees. Store should switch to the Progressive plan!! Staff is friendly and helpful but will not purchase here again. Update! Received a call today that they double checked and my furniture is still under warranty so they will fix the product!

Ego furniture provided excellent customer service, they made my experience memorable, by providing exceptional customer service. Christina, the supervisor of one of ego's store, went above and beyond, for me, being that I was transitioning from one state to another. She has exceeded my expectations. She made me feel comfortable, and made me feel like I was in good hands, I did not have to worry about anything, because they were going to find me furniture, with affordable prices. Out of all the furniture stores that I have ever did business with, this was by far the best customer service I have ever had. The delivery service was exceptional as well, I definitely think Christina as well as her delivery team deserves a raise. I recommend Ego Furniture to all, they are the best and I look forward to working them soon! Thank you

Free delivery was advertised online. When i purchased, i noticed a $50 fee. I called to ask for a credit and was told that a minimum has to be sent. The associate stated she is aware it advertises "free delivery" online, there is an undisclosed minimum. This is false advertising.
I got me a black velvet bed that the other store was going to charge me over $200 more. Guys don t waste your time at other places just come here first. They have allot of nice furniture.
Furniture is nice and for a great price HOWEVER their delivery method needs a tremendous update. I wasted an entire day sitting at home waiting for my sectional to arrive, for it not to come. I called the store twice during the day first time it was an hour to half and a half away, second time it was they got caught up putting a tv stand together and were behind. My tip would be not to schedule so many deliveries in a day that you can t guarantee them all. And also to at least give people a decent delivery time window. 10am to 10pm is unacceptable. I am working through the pandemic and don t have extra time to spare, especially with nothing to show for it. IF I do decide to get more furniture from them it will be purchased directly from the store and taken home with me.

After waiting a month for my furniture, when they finally delivered it came incomplete and the put my brand new king sized matreess and box spring on the floor! There was no mirror to my dresser I called so they told me "it was damaged" but now it's "we told you it was on back order" look no you didn't but I won't be back! So there's that!

We purchased a mattress set. And it wasn't delivered the date it was supposed to be. We called that night to see when they were going to deliver it. They told us as soon as they got out of gbo. No phone call to say they wouldn't deliver it that night. We had to call the next day and confirm delivery. They told us they WOULD CALL THE DELIVERY MEN AND CONFIRM WHEN THEY WOULD BE HERE... THEN... CALL US... BACK...!!! NO SUCH CALL WAS MADE TO US. We had to call throughout the day and was given the runaround each time. Management wouldn't speak to us and we are still waiting. The purchase was made 3/1/2020. Delivery was promised 3/6/2020. We are still waiting at 4:45 the next day. Usually with reputable businesses they will send out a missed delivery first thing the next day... I'll be surprised if we get it at all. Please spare yourself

this store is horrible. went in with my brother to help him find mattresses. he had the cash to buy any one of the sets there. it was hard to find a sales person to help us and when we did, they did not have any knowledge of anything. she went to ask others and same results. the floors were dirty as well. we did not feel welcome or comfortable there so we left the store, went somewhere else and made a purchase with no problems.
They really work with you. I purchased a sectional and it got delayed due to covid. Solomon updated me on the situation and let me change it to a sextional that was $300 more for the same price.

Be aware do not conduct business with this place. If I could give this place zero stars I would. The staff is very unprofessional; they are either all seating around eating and gossiping, or outside smoking (I am not even sure if most of the people laughing and gossiping in the store actually work there). I viewed their website a few months back and finally decided to go in to purchase a bed-set that I really liked. They informed me that they didn t have that model in stock so it would take about a month for it to arrive (not including delivery time). Fortunately, they had another model that I also liked and was in stock; so I would be able to get it within the delivery time-frame which is one week. I went ahead and made the purchase thru their 90-day payment plan option after leaving a down-payment. They said I would get my delivery within a week. My purchase was on a Wednesday; the following week came along and I called on Wednesday to see when to expect delivery. They informed me that it would come in the next day (Thursday) between the times of 11 a.m. and 4 p.m. I don t know about the rest of you, but I have a job. How can someone be on a 5 hour standby to have furniture delivered to your home. So I called them back on the morning of Thursday to see if I could get an approximate time of when my furniture would arrive. They said the delivery guys would call me when they were 30 min away from my home. I can t ask a half-day off from work just to get furniture dropped off so I was basically on standby at work waiting for a call from them. They finally called around 2 pm and said they were 21 minutes away. Finally, after rushing home to meet them one of the delivery guys said I had not paid to have the furniture set-up. I have never heard of something so outrageous (a separate set-up fee which they never informed me of at the time of my purchase. I told the guys I was not informed of this fee and so they said they would do it just this once out of the kindness of their hearts cause normally there is a fee to set-up your furniture. I called the store the next day and they said that was not the case, delivery fee includes the set-up as well. A few weeks passed and when I went to make my payment (I wanted to make 3 months worth) they said the maximum they could process at one-time was two months. This is so outrageous as well. Why wouldn t you want your clients to make a high payment than the bare minimum. The next month came along and when I went in the store four employees were eating their lunch and seating in a group laughing they said the person that processes payments was taking a smoke break and that she would be in shortly (wow is all I have to say to that, outstanding customer service skills). I waited for 20 minutes when she finally arrived and I informed her that I had to make a payment to which she replied that she can only process 1 or 1.5 months payments at a time. (again no one is on the same page at this place). They say one thing then someone else says something completely different. After making my payment I asked for a balance and she took out a calculator and gave me a balance higher than the original balance I had upon my arrival. I showed her my receipts and then she said ok your right (pure incompetence at its best here folks). Again do not do business with this place.

This company sells defective furniture.Purchased a new T.V. stand and had it delivered,5 mins after being in my house the leg fell off! Called several times to have them fix the problem.They told and I QUOTE"We have your money and there is nothing you can do" unquote. This will be sent to the BBB to see if they can do anything! Be aware of this company they are scam artist!

Extremely disappointed with this place . We paid 913$ for this huge beautiful vanity for my birthday . The day it was delivered they rested the mirror outside and the wind blew it down causing it to break. They promised a new mirror and I also asked if they can drill the bottom half of dresser to the wall because I have a toddler here and cannot have a wobbling dresser . They say ok . They come with new mirror and don t have the tools to drill the dresser into the wall so therefore I still have a wobbling dresser . Also now I notice a big crack in the side of mirror . Call the owner of furniture store and he says we ve already given you delivery discount . I still paid 80$ AFTER discount ( for no installation btw ). He said he will call the manufacturer and see if they can do anything for me. Meaning , he s not going to compensate in anyway. They offer to send new mirror within a week and I could not wait a week . I asked for a discount and he said he couldn t give me one but can give me a new mirror or 30% on something else in store . Why would I want anything else after this experience? He then says he would give me money back then hours later says he will only give me 80 dollars back . Yes 80 dollars out of 913$ . Also sent him photos of way more flaws with the dresser part including a hole in the back of it . Honestly wouldn t trust another mirror to come and have flaws with it as well so that s why I declined and told him to keep his 80$. Quality of furniture is very bad as well. I was never the type to ask for discount but this case was ridiculous. Never again .

Do not buy from here! My daughter and I brought beds from this store. They said her bed was damage so they gave her a different bed. She put her own bed together by herself everything was fine until she got to her mattress its HARD as a rock fills like a show mattress . Then I oder a bed they also said that the i oder was damage now tell that not kind of strange well then i just got a different bed something similar to my daughter. They deliver the bed and they put the bed together today we had moved the bed and the whole bed falls apart just to realize that there was no metal slacks they put wooden thin slacks to hold a queen size bed we will not be back to this store

The worst place to buy in Winston will tell you anything in order to get you to buy same day including promise a next day delivery they will never deliver on or call to inform you that your furniture won t be able to make it. Then guarantee a early appointment slot for the very next day before 2pm and never call to confirm that delivery date with you. You might as well call them or you ll be forgotten (now does that seem right after you paid as much as you did for top of the line furniture ???) then you ll ask what time before 2pm and the customer service representatives at the front counter are throughly trained to provide half way truths like the driver will call you when he s otw which he never does. So you ll need to callback again at 1:30p to let them know you never got a call from the driver and they ll place you on hold to fake try to locate him and feed you more lies like the driver broke down but if you d never called you would ve never known. I was so quick to trust a small furniture business because I rather support within my community, but I see why people rather take their money elsewhere the level of professionalism is poor and the integrity factor of this business is questionable 1400 for a bed and mattress set and no refund so I was in turn treated like I didn t even deserve the courtesy of communication when it came to my two items.. just left in limbo wondering if it d ever show up and then told lie after lie about when it would. frustrating just isn t even the proper word for how I felt.. the worst/best money I ever spent, because the only good thing that came from this is that I now have a bed I love but wish i wouldve just went through Colfax furniture at least I would ve got a warranty and a reliable and effective delivery method.

i live in Lexington and was looking for a sectional sofa and this place was the closest location so we decided to check it out having never been before , the building that it is in is very old , run down we didn't like anything, was basically walked in and walked out, smelled like it needed to be cleaned , let me just say that I believe that if you are going to do a review on a place that you should be as honest as you can , it's not right that you go to a place and it's nothing like the review you read
