If I could I would give 0 stars! Do not recommend.. bad customer service , bad delivery experience all around the board. Last year I ordered a 4K bed set and dresser and a bed set for my son.. everything delivered was damaged and took a year to replace due to COVID , my bed set had multiple dings in the wood due to the clumsiness of delivery guys two of my bed posts were completely different color wood from the rest of the bed had to wait for replacements, the frame of the bed that holds the bed up in the air was cracked and had to be fixed and renailed into place upon arrival (it s rigged) and then my dresser had a crack foot on the bottom and majority of the drawers had to be painted a similar color that I can see due to all the dings from handling for delivery, it was poorly painted to match to be a brand new dresser you can see where the wood paint dripped down the drawers how poorly it was done... I ended up taking back son s bed set and getting money back... this year I decided to give them another go since the prices are pretty good for the furniture style.. I decided to get the dining set and a fireplace and center table and a rug and a chair for my shop from them.. bad idea, from the time I saw the dining set in the store to when they delivered to my house , it ended up damaged the table was cracked so I wanted my money back and take back the dining table for this order because I didn t want to deal with their process of getting a replacement which is a time game( took 9 months to get all pieces of my bed set replaced finally!) I never recieved the fireplace or rug and they are charging me for it .. they have a lot of nice product but bad business and your items WILL BE DELIVERED DAMAGED!!! Beware!!!!!
