Very poor communication. Wasted my time by not showing for a viewing. Awful, rude and I don't recommend..

Extremely pleased with my experience as a tenant with Edward Lewis & Co. They were responsive, polite, and professional at all times. Would highly recommend them and their services. Communicated predominately with Kazir throughout and found him to be an easy to talk to and competent property manager.

We have rented a property for the last couple of years through Edward Lewis & Co and they are great! Kazir is always happy to help with anything you need, very professional and always at the end of the phone if needed. Maintenance guys are great too and will get things sorted asap. Would highly recommend and will be using them again if we are back in the area!

We rented our property for 2 years and were really pleased with the service provided during our time there. Any problems we had were dealt with immediately, by either Kazir or Francis (maintenance), and both were consistently happy to help. We would highly recommend and would certainly go back to them again.

I rented a flat last year with the help of Edward Lewis & Co and happy with my choice. Kazir is professional and was very helpful during the process of renting, agreement and payment. He is fast in responding and was available to answer questions by phone at anytime.

The worst experience I ve ever had in London so far! Lying unprofessional disrespectful people. And worst than that, theyre collaborating with Walsh Properties Investments! I have nothing against the Walsh Property, but those who s working for them, they re just rude, disrespectful, and two faces lying people. All in all, be careful doing business (buying, selling, Renting, or letting) with them!

Great experience so far. We had Kazir managing our property search, reference admin and some of the move in logistics. He's been brilliant - responsive, friendly, honest and has seemed to go the extra mile on more than one occasion.

Guys, this could save your money so READ IT VERY CAREFULLY.

This is the most unprofessional and deceitful agency in London so far in my experience.
Just for example it took almost 10 days to repair the shower when boiler broke and we had to ask friends to take shower in their home.
We moved out two months ago from the property with the right notice time, including pictures and cleaning everything but they are not paying back our deposit. Kazir is an unreliable and unprofessional agent making up any sort of excuses and inventing any sort of meeting (8-9PM meeting lol) to not answer to calls nor emails.

If you care about your money don't waste your time with them or when you close the contract they'll find anything, literally anything, to steal it from you.

I moved to London 2 years ago and used Edward Lewis & Co. Kazir could not have been more helpful from start to finish of my tenancy. Always quick to respond to any questions or issues with the flat. I would definitely recommend
