Guys, this could save your money so READ IT VERY CAREFULLY.

This is the most unprofessional and deceitful agency in London so far in my experience.
Just for example it took almost 10 days to repair the shower when boiler broke and we had to ask friends to take shower in their home.
We moved out two months ago from the property with the right notice time, including pictures and cleaning everything but they are not paying back our deposit. Kazir is an unreliable and unprofessional agent making up any sort of excuses and inventing any sort of meeting (8-9PM meeting lol) to not answer to calls nor emails.

If you care about your money don't waste your time with them or when you close the contract they'll find anything, literally anything, to steal it from you.
