Horrible customer service. Online shows a product in stock and available. Show up and had to have him paged after 6 minutes of standing. Then he looks it up and staes it's out of season so it's on a pallet. Like oh well. Then I state they are the only place in town that carries it. He states, well I guess I could try, it'll take me a while, we have umpteen pallets. We walked out. Placed the order to pick up in store in an hour and he cancelled the order in 5 minutes. I will be speaking to a manager.
They showed they had 4 ground welding clamps but couldn t find any for me to purchase said they could be anywhere in their store pretty unorganized so had to buy the more expensive ones.
If you are needing help with your project do some research before coming in and staff will be more than willing to find the products you need but don't expect us to do the research for you. Need parts for your mower? Bring in your model number so we can get you the correct items rather than have to guess. Check store availability before assuming that since you saw the product online we will have it in the store. Call to double check especially if you are making a special trip. This could save you time and frustration.
There is no other place like Tractor Supply. I visit every couple weeks just to see what is new.
It's very hard to get help unless you know what your looking for alway understaffed
Edmond store wasn't friendly and parking lot was dark. Sign at street wasn't on , hard to find.
Always enjoy shopping there, they could use more cashiers,long lines,some customers give up walked out.
LP is not easily accessible for big rig RVs. Tree and curbs. No pull thru.
This place was clean and people secmed helpful. The prices did not seem to give the biggest bang for your buck. The inventory was adequate but not the most varied. It did seem to offer very easy in/out access for What they sold.

I could not find a chainsaw chain or fuel line for my poulan, but it can be ordered. They did have automotive and tractor batteries. Cashier was helpful and polite.
The staff is friendly and helpful. My only complaint is they are usually low or out of vaccines and many times are low on or out of the better dog foods.

Purchased and paid for a safe online for pickup I'm store. Arrived and they sold it to someone else. Had to argue to get them to return my money. My husband wanted this specific safe for Christmas so I just reordered and set pickio for Moore after I left and had zero problems. The worst part though was the customer service. No accommodation for their error, no going out of their way to make it right. Just "it looks like Elk City or Cordell has them" (neither even remotely close). Not a location visit again
Not friendly, not helpful, seem like they'd rather not be bothered. Asked about stock that was showing available online was brushed off and told whatever you see on the floor is what we have. Stated I saw it available online, was told well our online tracker doesn't work. Ummm what's the point then??...said thank you and as I was leaving employee asked if I was looking for a mower, which is what I specifically stated when I approached the counter . First time to a Tractor Supply store, will definitely be the last.
