Purchased and paid for a safe online for pickup I'm store. Arrived and they sold it to someone else. Had to argue to get them to return my money. My husband wanted this specific safe for Christmas so I just reordered and set pickio for Moore after I left and had zero problems. The worst part though was the customer service. No accommodation for their error, no going out of their way to make it right. Just "it looks like Elk City or Cordell has them" (neither even remotely close). Not a location visit again
