Had a great time at the Hilton! Check in and checking out was a breeze. The staff was all very polite and I love the texting feature. They text me to ask how my stay was, and if I needed anything. Best experience I've had in a very long time at hotels, and I stayed in a competitor just down the street, a few months ago. Next time I'll have to try checking out the pool and Liberty Tavern. Only thing that I could possibly say that's not the greatest is there cost of room service and parking. But, we even had two lights out in our room and the engineer came up to fix them. We were out of the room (which I let the front desk know it was ok for someone to come up) so he left a note stating he could fix one and not the other. He gave us two complimentary coffee tickets for the Corner Market in the lobby. I didn't expect that. The area is perfect too. So close to parks, restaurants, and shopping.

The location was nice and easy to get to. The onsite parking is easy to use. Most of the room was nice but the fridge and shower in the room were broken. My wife also had an allergic reaction to thier sheets and soap. It was an overall okay experience.

Checked in, No upgrades available and its not because they didn't have them. That was disappointing. Was supposed to stay for 2 nights, but upon check in was notified that the next day the water was going to be off for majority of the day, which was disappointing. They didn't tell me about any of the amenities that were available to me, I had to call and ask about everything. Checked out the next morning and left my IPad behind. Went through their "proper protocol" in order to retrieve my items that I would have gladly came back the same day to get, didnt get a call back, called the following Monday, 5 days later, irritated and they finally had someone check the room. Very disappointing, the only thing that was great was the cleanliness of my room.

We had a very hard time booking. We decided to stay here because it said we could have 5 people. Now there is someone sleeping on the floor with bedding that took 3 requests and 2 hours to get. We called to see if there was a cot and they only have additional bedding.

Diamond status doesn't mean anything! Diamond and gold members are entitled to the exec lounge where all drinks (including beer and wine) are charged to the room. Breakfast in exec lounge is the same as a hampton inn or you have to pay for the normal breakfast buffet that is in the main dining. No vouchers. Frankfurt, London, DC all comp gold and dismond, but apparently Omaha is to good for that?

So comfortable! Staff is very friendly and helpful. It's close to the convention center and downtown, so there's lots to do. Rooms are equipped with mini fridges and are very spacious. Would definitely stay here again!

First- we had to pay $15 for parking at the hotel! They didn't tell you that until you get to the hotel. Second - the bathroom toilet didn't work properly and was extremely loud when flushed and the tank wouldn't fill up. Third - the walls around the tub had mold growing on them we took pictures to prove it. It was everywhere and the clerk at the desk didn't care, didn't apologize or try to make it right! We won't be staying there every again!

Stayed there Labor Day Weekend, have never stayed at a hotel that was so unprofessional. There was very loud people in the middle of the night walking the halls Very Annoying. Someone pulled the fire alarm at 1am we had to call the front desk and were told to evacuate. Waking up to the horrible alarm was a nightmare had to drag my daughter out of bed and sit outside, no one was informed of what was going on at all we decided to go back in after seeing the fire truck leave, no one was told to come back inside at any time, and as if that wasn't enough about 1hr later the fire alarm went off again, we had just gone back to sleep when that horrible sound came back on my fiancee went to the front desk to find out what the heck was going on and we were told the operations guy set it off on accident. It was pricey and you had to pay extra for everything else parking an extra charge, breakfast was not included in the price, internet was extra, even the gym was an extra charge. Overall a horrible experience will never stay at a Hilton ever again.

Nice hotel. Very suitable for conferences and conventions. Spacious with a lot of meeting rooms and abundant/clean bathrooms on the conference room floors. There's free Wi-Fi in the public area too.

Every staff member we had contact was very helpful and kind they were all willing to go above and beyond to make our stay very pleasant! That being said, the room was a little small for comparison to other rooms we have stayed in in the old market area. But the price of the room was a little cheaper then those rooms as well. Overall we will use this hotel again if for no other reason then the friendly staff and the price.

Hilton Omaha was the venue for the 2017 Pink Ribbon Affair to raise money for breast cancer awareness and research. The staff did a good job with allowing and assisting early setup of the event space and serving the dinner throughout the event.

Worst stay at a Hilton I have ever had. It used to be good like 5 years ago, but now the room service was literally rotten, they lost our credit card on file, the manager had no idea what she was doing and the man who checked us in couldn't find our reservation and we paid with our points. I have never had this bad of an experience at a Hilton ever.

The lobby is beautiful, wish I could say the same for the outdated rooms.. Gold and brown in the walls and funky looking mirrors in the rooms, no microwaves in the rooms, no free breakfast unless your an Amex gold member..the pool and the hot tub had way to much chemicals!! Burning eyes while using the pool.. the workout room is nice and big tho, lots of equipment..the rooms are not worth it for what they charge..

Clean hotel, nothing really special. Big issue with the pillows though. Used two pillows and they were in such bad shape they wrapped all the way around my head. No support, woke up with terrible pain in my neck.

Quick check in. Nice, upscale hotel. We had a running toilet that was not a simple fix, so we had to mess with it every time. Housekeeping knocked too early, we were still in bed, not checking out for at least 90 min. Clean, comfortable, plenty of space. It was really loud on our floor at 230am. Little issues that were incidental, so won't stop is from returning.

There is a SKYWALK to the CHI Health Center which is fantastic. Needs more fast food near the venue. I'll wait for updates to the venue. Since the place is new so I'm assuming they're working on the surrounding area. - Theres no options to walk upstairs after a concert...only the elevator. A severe design flaw and frustrating. Maybe it makes sense for fire code but we should know in advance. - Toilet paper is 1-ply (for regular customers.) - They have a full bar, restaurant, and coffee shop in the lobby

Room was clean and comfortable. But...The walk to my room was longer than a football field. And congratulations to Hilton Omaha, you have discovered how to magnify the sound of pissing in a toilet.

For a 4 star hotel, it is in dire need of updating. The entryway where you come in, check-in, bar area and cafe look nice. But the flooring in the restaurant is filthy. Which is too bad because their breakfast bar was good and the Turkey burger at lunch was very good. The carpeting in the hallways is very outdated and stained. The rooms are nothing but ordinary rooms that are outdated. I've attached pictures of our vent in the bathroom coated with mildew. Another photo shows the caulking missing by the tub with crinkling wallpaper. One day we were gone 12 hours and they never cleaned our room. I talked to the manager on duty and they sent housekeeping up, who did clean it in 15 minutes. The manager offered us a drink or snack....really??? We were going to bed at that time! When we checked in we called down for 2 extra towels, we waited 1 1/2 hours and finally went to bed. The next morning they were laying by our door on the nasty, dirty carpeting. Couldn't they have at least put it in a plastic laundry bag like they put in the rooms??? We would not stay here again!

Great staff, Great location, room cleanliness was ok. Parking is in a garage next door for $15 a day. Safe and well-lit entrance. Professional and courteous concierge. We were nervous about staying in a hotel during the COVID19 pandemic. We were happy the room was sealed with a "clean" sticker, and smelled like lysol. Room surfaces were clean. Bathroom floor was not cleaned well (found a long hair, fingernail polish stain, and very dusty dirty corners). Overall, we like the hotel, but were hesitant to put our belongings on the floor.

I had a fine stay at the Omaha Hilton during a trade show. Everything was in pretty good shape, and the energy in the lobby/bar/restaurant are lively and inviting. Service in the restaurant was quite good. They state no policy about sustainability (hang towels to tell cleaners to not replace, etc.), which I wish they did.

Love it here!! Beautiful hotel and great restaurant and bar atmoshere. Pls pls try the crabcake its to die for!!! Rooms are nice although i find i have issues with cellphone reception (tmobile) while in the rooms and also wifi can be tough depending on the room and im guessing could be because of how far i may have been from wifi router. But great hotel if u stay in OMA

Just got here and the trip has already been made. William who was working at the front desk was absolutely amazing. He upgraded us to a nicer room and was an absolute pleasure overall. 10/10 customer service from William.

It was a great experience! They even allowed us to check out much later (for a small fee) because our baby needed to take a nap around 3pm. Great customer service and a nice restaurant downstairs. The only disappointing part was the luggage carts were highly protected so we could not bring our own luggage up to the room.
