This Edible store has the most amazing smoothies and treats I've ever had!! Yum!

I had a vanilla frozen yogurt with fresh strawberries and chocolate. It was so yummy and employees were very welcoming and hospitable.

the store is spotless! the staff are so helpful and they have the sweetest, freshest fruit. i am also obssessed with their seasonal pumpkin pie cheesecake and brownies.

Beautiful new Edible store in Hamden, CT with a great staff and delicious gifts and treats! The grand re -opening was such a fun event filled with good music, free treats, and amazing people. The location is also so convenient and if you can t pick up, they deliver same day!

Today one of their drivers drove down my residential street at better than twice the posted speed limit and went right thru a stop sign. I called the shop to report the incident and was told the manager was not available but would return my call - He never did.

Very unacceptable service! I am truly disappointed in how things turned out. I ordered around 9:00 am! The woman on the phone was extremely Nice. Helped me out with my order! She told me that my girlfriend will receive her order before she gets out of work since she works at Kohls . As the time goes on she still haven't received the order! At this moment she is going to pick up the order but It makes me beyond embarrassed since i wanted it to be a surprise. I probably wont be ordering for a while to be honest after what i had to go through today!

Local Edible Arrangements franchise. Unique fruit and chocolate gifts. A change for those who want to give something other than flowers.

Always friendly staff and fresh fruit but the prices are a little high

Today was my first time ordering anything from Edible Arrangements. I was confused and had a couple questions so I called the store and spoke with an employee named Maranissa (sorry if I butchered the spelling!) She was VERY informative, very polite, veryy sweet, and extremly helpful. You guys have a GREAT employee there! Thanks so much!

Store is spotlessly. Staff are always friendly & helpful. It s so much more than fruit bouquets! They have a wide variety of other treats including specialty drinks (I had a fabulous a strawberry Froyo shake today & a mini cheesecake), dipped pretzels or marshmallows, Carmel corn, etc. They often have Specials. It s one of Hamden s hidden gems!

I went into the actual store to pick out what I wanted to get for Father s Day because I couldn t find exactly what I wanted online, the young girl working there was so helpful and helped me pick out exactly what I wanted. I went back to pick it up the next day and the staff was so kind and the gentleman even gave me a little free sample :) The arrangement came out absolutely beautiful and I am so beyond happy with it.

I would have given 5 stars but the only thing I thought was a bit weird was that they made me fresh dipped bananas for my dipped fruit cup but when I wanted dipped pineapple star pop and the one they had in store was white and not yellow as pineapple should be they didn t offer to make me any kind of dipped pineapple not a cup or a pop or a few daisy s Or anything and I thought that was a bit rude then I got two dipped fruit cups of strawberries because I was told they were buy one get one free not the strawberry ones she made it sound like in general the dipped fruit cups were but one get one free and when my son came in I made another purchase of the dipped banana cup and I got charged for both and wasn t told it was only specific to berries or something and the other complaint I have is how much the bouquets actually cost even for a little one to me I think there to much $$$ for what your getting but other than that pretty good service and some of the fruits seemed fresh but I think they should have had all fresh fruits. Specially since they get there fruit from my husbands company he delivers to them and I know what there fruit is when they get it!!!!!

Since it s been under new management it s amazing ... i love this location the staff is very welcoming and they make sure you have a wonderful shopping experience .. The store is so clean and refreshing .. keep up the amazing job guys ...
