If I could give Discmakers a zero for the substandard replication if my CD project which took me six years to complete and over ten thousand dollars out of my own pocket to produce, I would because they deserve the worse possible score and review. Apparently, when Tony Van Veen took over the company a few years ago he turned what was once a custom reproduction company into a cut corners on the quality of the printed materials (in my case, a very costly sixteen page booklet), the quality of paper, the quality of CD reproduction and the customer service. This is my fourth CD reproduction with Discmakers in ten years and the comparison of the quality from my first two CDs to this one is stark and upsetting. They are not willing to correct poor printing and offered me a partial discount. Where does that leave me? I can t sell or distribute these defective CDs, so I would have to order from another company and end up paying one and a half times for a good product and have 1000 CDs that I can t sell or give out. Run, don t walk away from this company. You will be horribly disappointed with your final product and there will be no recourse because Discmakers simply does not care.
