Very unacceptable service! I am truly disappointed...

Very unacceptable service! I am truly disappointed in how things turned out. I ordered around 9:00 am! The woman on the phone was extremely Nice. Helped me out with my order! She told me that my girlfriend will receive her order before she gets out of work since she works at Kohls . As the time goes on she still haven't received the order! At this moment she is going to pick up the order but It makes me beyond embarrassed since i wanted it to be a surprise. I probably wont be ordering for a while to be honest after what i had to go through today!
